In the thriving cities of the UAE, where life pulsates at a frenetic pace, a quiet revolution is reshaping personal well-being and mental resilience: the rise of the healing coach. As residents juggle demanding careers, familial obligations, and personal aspirations, a cohort of empathetic professionals is stepping forward to guide individuals toward clarity, purpose, and balance. We spoke with three remarkable women leading this transformative movement.

In a departure from a successful 15-year career in technology, Noor channeled her analytical mindset into health coaching. Operating under the brand “Healthy Nourita,” her practice bridges emotional well-being and nutritional science. “Women come to me struggling with unresolved gut issues, emotional eating, and hormonal imbalances,” she shares. Drawing inspiration from her late father’s resilient health practices and her own postpartum challenges, Noor tailors her health coaching program to reframe clients’ relationships with food, stress, and self-image.

Her methodology, combining gut health insights and emotional mindfulness, has garnered early success. Her December 2024 webinar, “Breaking the Cycle: Intro to Emotional Eating,” drew over 30 participants and underscored the appetite for structured, empathetic guidance among UAE residents.

For Nancy Ismail, healing is inner self process. The trauma of losing her brother marked a pivotal moment, steering her from corporate procurement into the realms of life coaching, emotional healing, and NLP. “Life teaches us harsh lessons if we don’t listen,” she reflects. Her approach, rooted in positive psychology and neuroscience, centers on building resilience and uncovering the emotional root causes of personal challenges.

Nancy’s ability to create meaningful change is exemplified in her client stories. One individual, grappling with anger rooted in childhood trauma, rediscovered self-expression through gratitude and journaling. “Coaching is sacred,” she affirms. Her workshops on toxic relationships and self-worth are helping countless women reclaim their lives.

With a background as diverse as civil engineering and project management, Nancy Kamal epitomizes the power of reinvention. For her, coaching transcends mere career ambition—it is a calling. “Coaching is about moving from operating through the ego-self to the essence-self,” she explains. Nancy’s approach emphasizes the importance of identifying core values and addressing personal saboteurs, empowering clients to embrace authentic living.

Her sessions blend introspection with actionable strategies, beginning with a discovery phase that establishes a client’s intentions and goals. Nancy’s workshops delve into awakening one’s true self by breaking limiting beliefs, a philosophy she applies in initiatives such as women’s circles to tackle the silent struggles of everyday life. “Coaching isn’t a job for me; it’s my mission,” she says passionately.
