قال العبّار خلال المقابلة: “تايـو ريزيدنسز يتجاوز كونه مشروعاً عقارياً… إنه أسلوب حياة منحوت بالضوء”، كاشفًا عن رؤية المشروع العميقة. وقد صُمم المشروع ليجسد الانسجام بين الضوء الطبيعي والهدوء، ويحمل اسم “تايـو” وهي كلمة يابانية تعني “الشمس” ليعكس الفلسفة التي قامت عليها كل تفاصيل التصميم المعماري ونمط الحياة

من المقرر تسليم تايـو ريزيدنسز في الربع الأول من عام 2028، ويستند المشروع إلى مفهوم مبتكر بعنوان “مصمم بواسطة الضوء”. ويتضمن 379 وحدة سكنية تتراوح بين الاستوديوهات والشقق بغرفة أو غرفتين أو ثلاث غرف نوم، وقد تم تصميم كل وحدة لتمزج بين المساحات الداخلية والخارجية من خلال الشرفات الواسعة والنوافذ الممتدة من الأرض إلى السقف، باستخدام لوحة طبيعية من الألوان والمواد

النتيجة؟ مساحات معيشية مُلهمة وعملية في آنٍ واحد، مغمورة بالضوء، مفتوحة في تصميمها، ومُهيأة لتحقيق الراحة الذهنية
