When Huda joined Abu Dhabi’s oil and gas sector in 1991, the landscape was far from welcoming to young women. But she wasn’t deterred. Within years, she became the first female member of ADNOC’s Extended Leadership Team. Her trajectory took her from corporate communications to excellence management, and eventually to the role of Vice President of General Services.

But what truly set her apart wasn’t just her rise, it was her impact. She chaired internal committees, participated in high-level tenders, and reshaped how ADNOC embraced institutional excellence and inclusion.

بدأت من قسم العلاقات العامة، ثم انتقلت إلى إدارة التميز المؤسسي، وبعدها تولت منصب نائب رئيس دائرة الخدمات العامة. كما ترأست لجنة الرياضة والترفيه، وكانت عضوًا في لجنة المناقصات — لتُثبت أن القيادة النسائية لا حدود لها في المؤسسات الكبرى

سيدة أعمال بروح اجتماعية
