On Emirati Women’s Day, we feature Eng. Khulood AlMansoori, an aviation engineer and certified trainer with a double major in Management and a minor in Human Resources. Her entire professional journey has been rooted in learning and development—a path she chose intentionally to connect with people, help them grow, and create lasting impact.

Khulood reflects: “What truly drives me is the ability to see others evolve through learning, and to know that I played a small part in their growth. It’s a rewarding experience that gives me purpose every single day.”

A lifelong reader, she considers books her greatest teachers, and what fuels her passion is the pursuit of her fullest potential, fulfilling her dreams, and building a name that inspires others.

The Beginning

Her journey began with a genuine passion for learning and development, particularly in designing executive programs, measuring impact, and collaborating with experts. A turning point was realizing this was not just a passion but her calling. Mentorship from senior professionals gave her the confidence to pursue the field with dedication.

Challenges

Throughout her journey in a diverse field, she faced challenges that tested her resilience, yet she chose to turn those challenges into opportunities for learning and growth rather than barriers to ambition. Achievements

Khulood takes pride in leading the largest strategic program at a government academy under the Department of Government Enablement, dedicated to developing Abu Dhabi’s future leaders. “It was both an honor and a great responsibility, and witnessing its impact on people and institutions was unforgettable.”

Beyond her professional milestones, she treasures her contributions as a volunteer, affirming that giving back connects her deeply to community values.

On the Golden Jubilee of the General Women’s Union, Khulood reflects: “This milestone is not just a celebration, it’s a reminder of our responsibility to continue building, supporting one another, and shaping an inclusive and innovative future for the next generations.”

البدايات

الإنجازات
تفتخر خلود بقيادتها لأكبر برنامج استراتيجي في أكاديمية حكومية ضمن دائرة التمكين الحكومي، وهو برنامج محوري لتأهيل القيادات المستقبلية في حكومة أبوظبي. وتقول: «كان ذلك شرفاً عظيماً ومسؤولية استثنائية، حيث جمعت مهاراتي في الإدارة وشهدت أثر المبادرة في الأفراد والمؤسسات
