Alia Sultan is an Emirati media professional who combines a passion for words and images. A graduate of Applied Media from the Higher Colleges of Technology, she found in media a platform that reflects her personality and gives her the opportunity to be an active voice in society. Alya is proud of a distinguished record of achievements. Among the highlights is her graduation from the Content Creators Program in Dubai, which enhanced her skills in producing meaningful and impactful content, as well as her graduation from the “Balance” Program in its eighth edition at the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, organized by the Diraya program—an experience that deepened her understanding of economic concepts and enriched her knowledge. She was also empowered to serve as an official speaker and was invited as one of the keynote speakers at the One Billion Followers Summit an accomplishment that reflects her influential presence on the media stage.

In addition, Alya is recognized as the first comprehensive employee, the first inventor, and a pioneer in creating economic content at the federal level, where she successfully merged media and economics in a simple and innovative way that resonates with all segments of society.

Her professional journey began with an inner passion for words and images, and it continued through challenges that taught her the importance of organization, patience, and continuous learning. Among the most difficult challenges she faced as an Emirati woman was balancing her roles as a mother, employee, and entrepreneur, while also breaking stereotypes about women in analytical and economic fields.

Alya is considered one of the most inspiring Emirati figures. She believes her greatest accomplishment is being an employee within a UAE government institution, reflecting her deep passion for development and innovation, as well as her unwavering belief in the ability of Emirati women to break barriers and excel in traditionally difficult or male-dominated fields.
