Dr. Mona Gamal is an Empowerment and Integrative Wellbeing Coach with over 15 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and training, supporting women across diverse cultures and life stages. Her journey did not begin with formal titles or public recognition, but with a deep human curiosity about women their inner worlds, the silent emotional weight they often carry, and the resilience they demonstrate while continuing to give, lead, and succeed.
Over the past three years, Dr. Mona has worked closely within the Emirati community, evolving from Chapter involvement to Case Manager and Mentor. In this role, she has guided women in discovering and applying their natural talents, transforming them into meaningful achievements, restoring balance across different aspects of life, and stepping forward as more confident and impactful versions of themselves.

In addition to her coaching and mentoring, Dr. Mona is the Founder of Moonlight, a wellbeing and training company dedicated to designing and delivering transformative programs for individuals and institutions. Through Moonlight, she provides integrative solutions combining emotional intelligence, nervous system awareness, and conscious leadership. While much of her recent work has taken place in the UAE, her experience spans the Gulf region, supporting women navigating high responsibility, emotional overload, and the pursuit of clarity and balance.
Her philosophy extends beyond individual growth to community empowerment. Dr. Mona emphasizes that when a woman feels emotionally supported, seen, and safe enough to reconnect with herself, her influence naturally radiates to her family, workplace, and wider society. She explains, “Lightness is not the absence of struggle, but the return to oneself after carrying too much.” For her, personal wellbeing is not separate from social impact it is the foundation of it.

Reflecting on her journey, Dr. Mona shares that her work began long before coaching became her profession. Traveling and meeting people from different cultures revealed a clear pattern: when individuals changed how they processed emotions and related to themselves, their lives and environments shifted. This insight inspired her to study psychological and integrative sciences, including emotional regulation and nervous system awareness, forming the foundation for her approach today.
When asked about empowerment, she states, “True empowerment is inner stability. It’s the ability to make decisions without fear, set boundaries without guilt, and remain connected to oneself regardless of external expectations. An empowered woman does not need to prove her worth—she lives from it.” Her coaching integrates mind, heart, and body, focusing simultaneously on awareness, emotional truth, and nervous system regulation. This holistic approach ensures that transformation is sustainable and deeply grounded.
Among her greatest challenges, Dr. Mona identifies working in environments that prioritize speed over depth, which required redefining success as alignment over approval and integrity over constant performance. She shares inspiring stories of women who, though appearing strong externally, felt undervalued or disconnected internally. Through mentoring, they rediscovered long-dismissed talents, applied them meaningfully, and restored balance in their lives.

Dr. Mona’s work has received recognition from the UAE Red Crescent, Sharjah Radio and Television, and includes winning first place in a national literary research competition in Egypt, with a personal commendation from the Minister of Culture. Yet, for her, the truest measure of success lies in the quiet moments when women reconnect with themselves. As she recalls, “A prominent woman once told me, ‘You are a treasure for anyone who truly wants to change their life.’ I carry that as a quiet medal on my heart.”
Currently, Dr. Mona is developing intimate programs focusing on nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and conscious leadership, particularly for women navigating high pressure and inner fatigue. Her advice is empowering and direct: “Pause before you push. Your emotions are not obstacles they are guidance. Lightness begins when you stop fighting yourself and start listening inwardly.”
