When you meet Ejiro Osakede, famously known as The Energetic EJ, you instantly feel her warmth, a contagious mix of energy, empathy, and conviction. She’s an international event host, transformation coach, and voice empowerment advocate who has graced more than a hundred stages across the world. Yet behind the charisma and global acclaim lies a woman deeply committed to one mission: helping women, especially those over 40, find, refine, and release their voices with confidence and purpose.
Who is Ejiro Osakede?
Ejiro Osakede is a multi-passionate creative, an author, coach, host, and inspirator whose work bridges continents and hearts. Whether she’s moderating panels, mentoring women, or leading her global podcast, she carries an unmistakable authenticity. “In my core,” she says, “I am an inspirator by design, an encourager and energiser. I exist to create a lasting positive impact.”
For Ejiro, every role she takes on is simply another channel to express her purpose — to ignite confidence in others, especially women who have silenced themselves for too long.

Lessons from Over 100 Stages
Having hosted over a hundred events globally, from Nigeria to Canada and beyond, Ejiro has seen the world from countless podiums. When asked what this experience has taught her, her answer is strikingly humble:
“Learning never ends. Just as no two DNAs are identical, no two events are the same. There is always something to learn from every event.”
This curiosity and openness to growth have become her superpower. They remind her that leadership and service are never static, they evolve with each experience and every person encountered.
A Story of Transformation: Chinenye’s Journey
Ejiro’s work isn’t just about hosting or speaking; it’s about transformation. When asked to share a moment that defined this impact, she lights up as she recalls Chinenye Okeke, a woman whose journey mirrors the essence of her mission.
“Chinenye joined my community about two years ago,” Ejiro shares. “She had taken several of my programs, but earlier this year, she took a leap and signed up for my one-to-one coaching. That changed everything.”
Through their sessions, Chinenye gained clarity about her limitations, rediscovered her vision, and found a new sense of purpose. “It was a game-changer,” Ejiro says proudly. “I got to know her deeply, and I’m so proud of her determination and commitment to birthing her dream of becoming a confidence coach someday soon. Watching her transform into a bolder, more confident version of herself has been such a blessing.”
For Ejiro, stories like Chinenye’s reaffirm why she does what she does to help women turn their pain into purpose and their dreams into action.

Why Helping Women 40+ Find Their Voice Is Personal
Ejiro’s passion for empowering women over 40 isn’t a professional slogan it’s personal.
“As I approached 40,” she reflects, “I realised my voice is more than speaking or producing sound. It’s deeply rooted in my identity.”
That realization sparked a deeper calling: to support women entering midlife transitions who may have lost touch with their sense of purpose or power. “Many women don’t have access to the kind of rich coaching communities I belong to,” she explains. “They’re not exposed to the tools, resources, or mentors I’ve been privileged to learn from.”
Her mission, therefore, is to be the catalyst to guide women to discover, develop, and deploy their voices for impact and to turn abandoned dreams into achievable goals. It’s not just empowerment, it’s restoration.

Building a Global Brand Through Service
Ejiro’s career has taken her from Nigeria to Canada and into global spaces where her energy and authenticity resonate powerfully. Yet, she admits, the journey hasn’t been without challenges.
“One of my biggest struggles,” she shares candidly, “was accepting my multi-influential flows and finding the core of who I am.”
The turning point came through coaching and service. “COACHING helped me find myself,” she explains. “SERVICE helped me build my brand. I served my way up. And because clarity comes in motion, I keep fine-tuning the brand as I go and grow. It’s still a work in progress.”
Her honesty is refreshing a reminder that success is not a destination, but a continuous evolution.

HER SUCCESS STORY Series: Celebrating Women Globally
Among her most impactful collaborations is the HER SUCCESS STORY Series, created in partnership with Women of Rubies Inc. — a global media platform co-founded by Esther Ijewere with bases in Nigeria and Canada.
“Women of Rubies,” Ejiro explains, “is dedicated to celebrating, empowering, and inspiring women. They amplify women’s voices, share their stories, and provide tools for growth and visibility.”
Through this partnership, Ejiro hosts a platform that highlights women from different walks of life their triumphs, resilience, and leadership. The series also aligns with Women of Rubies’ broader initiatives, which include marketing and communications, brand strategy, leadership development, and fundraising for women-led businesses.
“It’s such a pleasure,” Ejiro smiles, “to work with a brand that mirrors my heart for women and storytelling.”
Leading with Energy and Empathy
Ask Ejiro what leading with energy and empathy means to her, and her answer is both poetic and practical:
“Energy is your vibe, and empathy is how you embody other people’s experiences to better understand them. For me, leading with energy and empathy means leading with positivity and making experiences empowering for others as much as for myself.”
This philosophy shapes everything she does from coaching sessions to hosting international events. Her leadership style is grounded in awareness, compassion, and contagious enthusiasm.
Overcoming Self-Doubt and Sharing Your Story
Ejiro is passionate about helping people overcome self-doubt a battle she knows too well from her coaching journey.
“What I realised recently,” she says, “is that none of us have lived before to know exactly how life works. Even when two people have similar experiences, their results can be different. So what if your unique experience is the first of its kind? What if sharing it helps others navigate life more easily?”
Her message is clear and empowering:
“Stop doubting yourself. Your experience is original, and so is your story. Even when it seems similar to someone else’s, it is never the same, and that tiny difference is reason enough to share it.”
The Power of The Voice
Among her many inspiring moments, one continues to shape her vision, her discovery of the power of The Voice.
She recalls: “The year was 2014, and I was a student at the ProEmcees Academy, training to become an On-Air Personality. One of our resources was a documentary titled THE EXPERIENCE, it was about how the audio Bible was created. That marked my heart for good.”
The film ignited her passion for voice artistry and led her to pursue an associate degree in Audio Engineering at SAE Dubai.
“I set out to become an audiobook producer — and I still am one,” she smiles. “But looking back, it was never just about audiobooks. It was about the power of THE VOICE. By God’s grace, my voice will echo long after I am gone, laced with positive impact.”

Looking Ahead: What’s Next for The Energetic EJ
