Her dedication and professional excellence have led to her receiving Outstanding Employee Awards for Achieving Happiness, reflecting her commitment to excellence and to creating a positive impact within her workplace. She has also developed strong capabilities in multitasking, time management, and handling work-related pressures, while simultaneously managing her own personal projects across several fields.

One of the most significant challenges Khulood has faced throughout her journey has been maintaining a healthy balance between her professional responsibilities, family life, and personal projects. As a mother of five children, managing the demands of work and home has presented considerable challenges. Nevertheless, she has successfully achieved this balance and remained committed to ensuring that her family responsibilities do not affect her professional duties—something reflected in her repeated professional achievements.

Khulood strongly believes in the complementary role of women and men in building the nation. She draws inspiration from the words of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan: “Women are half of society.” This statement reflects the important role of women alongside men in the UAE’s development journey. Through this partnership and under the leadership of the UAE’s wise leadership, the country has achieved leading and advanced positions across numerous fields worldwide.

Motherhood and Achievement

One of the most significant and proudest moments in Khulood’s life was seeing her daughter, Maitha Sultan Al Zaabi, achieve third place at the national level in the School Olympics Championship in 2025.

This achievement filled Khulood with immense pride and happiness, particularly in recognition of her daughter’s dedication and efforts. It also reflected the commitment and support provided by both Khulood and her husband in following her daughter’s journey, nurturing her talent, and encouraging her to pursue her potential.

Khulood also acknowledges the important role played by coach Rasha Ahmed Ali, whose guidance and support contributed to this remarkable achievement.

On a family level, it represents my responsibility as a mother to raise my children to become productive, influential, and responsible individuals who contribute positively to their community and country.

Professionally, it reflects my commitment to continuous development, excellence, and delivering the highest standards of service, while ensuring that my work creates a meaningful and tangible impact. At the national level, it reinforces my belief that every individual has a role to play in the UAE’s journey of development and progress, and that our collective efforts can contribute to building a stronger and better future for our country.

My message to every Emirati woman is: Be confident in yourself, believe in your abilities, and never be afraid of challenges. Every step you take has the power to make a difference in your family, your community, and your country.

تؤمن خلود ملاح بأن لكل فرد دورًا حيويًا وفاعلًا في هذه الحياة، وأن الإنسان وُجد لتعمير الأرض والمساهمة في نهضة المجتمع. ومن هذا المنطلق، حرصت على أن تؤدي دورها كفرد منتج ومؤثر في المجتمع ونهضة الوطن، من خلال موقعها كمواطنة تسهم في مسيرة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وأم تربي أبناءها ليكونوا أفرادًا منتجين ومؤثرين، وموظفة تثري قطاع الأعمال وتسهم في تعزيز دوره في نهضة الدولة وتطورها
اختارت خلود العمل في قطاع الخدمات انطلاقًا من إيمانها بأهمية ترجمة رؤية دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في تقديم أفضل الخدمات وأجودها للمتعاملين، وفق نظام النجوم العالمي لتصنيف الخدمات، الذي يمثل نموذجًا رائدًا على مستوى العالم لقياس مستوى جودة الخدمات الحكومية، من خلال تصنيف النجوم المستوحى من النظام المعمول به في قطاع الفندقة
وقد انعكس تميزها وتفانيها في المجال المهني على حصولها على شهادات الموظف المتميز في تحقيق السعادة، بما يعكس حرصها المستمر على تقديم أداء نوعي وترك أثر إيجابي في بيئة العمل. كما تتميز بقدرتها على تعدد المهام وإدارة الوقت والتعامل مع ضغوطات العمل، إلى جانب إدارتها لمشاريعها الخاصة على الصعيد الشخصي وفي عدة مجالات، الأمر الذي عزز خبراتها في الإدارة والتنظيم وتحمل المسؤولية
ومن أبرز التحديات التي واجهتها خلال مسيرتها تحقيق التوازن بين العمل والحياة الشخصية والمشاريع الخاصة، ولا سيما أنها والدة لخمسة أطفال. وقد شكلت مسؤولياتها الأسرية والمهنية تحديًا كبيرًا في إدارة الوقت وتحقيق التوازن بين متطلبات العمل والمنزل، إلا أنها نجحت في إدارة هذه المسؤوليات بكفاءة، وحرصت على ألا تؤثر مهامها المنزلية على مسؤولياتها الوظيفية، وهو ما انعكس في تميزها المهني المتكرر
وتؤمن خلود بأهمية الدور المتكامل للمرأة والرجل في بناء الوطن، مستلهمةً ما قاله المغفور له الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان: «المرأة هي نصف المجتمع»، وهي رؤية تؤكد دور المرأة، إلى جانب شقيقها الرجل، في مسيرة نهضة دولة الإمارات. وبفضل تكامل الأدوار، وتحت ظل القيادة الرشيدة، تبوأت دولة الإمارات مراكز متقدمة وريادية في مجالات شتى على مستوى العالم
أمومة تصنع الإنجاز
يمثل حصول ابنتها ميثاء سلطان الزعابي على المركز الثالث على مستوى الدولة في بطولة الأولمبياد المدرسية عام 2025 نقطة محورية ومصدر فخر واعتزاز كبير في حياة خلود. فقد رأت في هذا الإنجاز ثمرة لجهود ابنتها وإصرارها، إلى جانب ما بذلته هي ووالدها من جهود في متابعتها ورعاية موهبتها ودعمها للوصول إلى هذا المستوى
كما تؤكد خلود اعتزازها بالدور الذي قامت به المدربة رشا أحمد علي، وإسهامها في تحقيق هذا الإنجاز الرياضي المتميز، الذي شكل لحظة فخر للأسرة ومحطة مهمة في مسيرة ابنتها
وتؤمن خلود بأن النجاح لا يتحقق إلا بتوفيق من الله سبحانه وتعالى، ومن بعده البيئة الداعمة التي وفرتها القيادة الرشيدة لأبناء وبنات الإمارات لتحقيق التميز والتفوق. كما تؤكد أن زوجها وأبناءها وعائلتها أدوا دورًا حيويًا في دعمها وتشجيعها في مختلف مراحل مسيرتها المهنية والشخصية، وكانوا جزءًا أساسيًا من رحلتها نحو النجاح

فعلى المستوى الشخصي، يعكس الشعار إيماني بأهمية التطور المستمر وضرورة مواجهة التحديات بعزيمة وثقة. وعلى المستوى الأسري، يجسد مسؤوليتي كأم في تربية أبنائي ليكونوا أفرادًا منتجين ومؤثرين ومسؤولين، ويسهموا بصورة إيجابية في مجتمعهم ووطنهم

وأؤمن بأن كل امرأة قادرة على إحداث أثر حقيقي وملموس عندما تؤمن بنفسها، وتتمسك بقيمها وطموحاتها، وتستثمر الفرص التي أتاحها لها وطنها. فالتحديات لا ينبغي أن تُنظر إليها كعقبات، بل كفرص للتطور والتعلم واكتساب المزيد من القوة والخبرة

وقد تأكد لي هذا الأمر بصورة أكبر من خلال النجاحات والإنجازات التي حققتها في مسيرتي المهنية والشخصية، وما وفرته دولة الإمارات للمرأة الإماراتية من فرص ودعم وبيئة تمكنها من تحقيق طموحاتها وتطوير قدراتها والمساهمة بصورة فاعلة في أسرتها ومجتمعها ووطنها
