On the morning of her graduation from the United Arab Emirates University in 1997, students were taking photographs with their fathers and mothers, celebrating the years of study that had culminated in a dream fulfilled. As for Hind, she held her degree in her hands, while her heart missed the two people she had most wished to have beside her on that day. Just a few weeks earlier, she had lost both her father and mother, in the same month. It was one of the most difficult chapters of her life, but she refused to let grief become the end of her journey.

That day, after praying that Allah would envelop her mother in His mercy, she made a promise to herself: to continue on her path and fulfil the dream her mother had wished for her. Dr. Hind says: “My mother could neither read nor write, but she believed that education was the greatest thing a person could possess. She dreamed of seeing me earn the title of ‘Doctor,’ but she passed away before her dream could come true. On my graduation day, I prayed for Allah’s mercy upon her and promised myself that I would continue the journey… and from that day on, I have lived to fulfil that promise.” That promise was not merely an emotional moment; it became the compass that guided her life for the years that followed.

Dr. Hind Yousef Sahouh was born in the Emirate of Sharjah into a large and closely connected Emirati family, where from an early age she learned the values of family, hard work, and responsibility. Yet life tested her at an early age. As she was preparing to complete her university studies in Media at the United Arab Emirates University, she lost both of her parents. That moment could have extinguished her dreams, but she chose to make it a new beginning.

She graduated in 1997 with the belief that although a person may not always have the power to change what happens to them, they always have the power to choose how they rise after it.

She began her professional career at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs before moving in 1999 to Emirates Telecommunications Corporation, seeking a more challenging environment where she believed true growth began when a person stepped outside their comfort zone. She says: “I was not looking for a job… I was looking for a place where I could learn and grow every day.”

Over more than twenty-seven years, she worked across sales, marketing, and corporate communications, contributing to the launch of institutional projects and initiatives and representing the United Arab Emirates at international exhibitions and conferences across Europe, Asia, and the Arab region, at a time when the presence of Emirati women in such forums was still in its early stages. Yet she never viewed success simply as a position, nor achievement as a title. She believed that true success was becoming a better person than she had been the day before.

Despite her professional responsibilities, she never allowed that promise to fade. After seven years of work, she enrolled in the Executive Master of Business Administration programme at the University of Sharjah, and then continued her academic journey through a doctoral programme at Abu Dhabi University. For years, she travelled to Abu Dhabi on weekends while continuing to fulfil her full-time professional responsibilities.

The journey was not easy… but she knew exactly why she had started. She says: “Every time I felt tired, I remembered why I had started. The doctorate was no longer just my dream… it had become a promise I had to fulfil.”

For her doctoral dissertation, she chose to research customer sentiment analysis through social media networks, at a time when this field had not yet received the level of attention it enjoys today. She believed that genuine academic research is research that anticipates the future and creates knowledge that serves humanity before it becomes a global trend.

Then came 2017… the year she describes as the most complete year of her life. That year, she earned her PhD in Business Administration from Abu Dhabi University with distinction and first-class honours, achieving the dream her mother had carried in her heart for so many years. In the same year, she welcomed her only daughter, Latifa.

She smiles as she recalls those days, saying: “I feel that 2017 was not simply the year I graduated… it was the year a circle was completed. I fulfilled a promise I had made to my mother, and at the same time, I began a new journey with my daughter. As though life was telling me: one trust has been fulfilled… and another has begun.”

Throughout her academic journey, she did not limit herself to studying; she also presented research papers at scientific conferences both within the United Arab Emirates and abroad, and received the Rashid Award for Academic Excellence twice, in recognition of her academic excellence and research contributions. This affirmed that learning, for her, was never a phase that ended, but rather a way of life.

As the years passed, she discovered that the most beautiful legacy a person can leave is not only what they achieve for themselves, but what they give to others.

For this reason, she turned toward training and knowledge transfer, and came to believe that true expertise is complete only when it becomes an impact in people’s lives.

She says: “Every experience I went through, whether a success or a challenge, was a lesson that I believe deserves to be passed on to someone else, so that perhaps their path may be easier than mine.”

When she returned years later to the United Arab Emirates University to deliver a specialised workshop on managing media communications during crises, she did not see herself as a lecturer standing before students, but rather as a student returning to the place that had witnessed the most difficult chapters of her life.

She says: “When I stood before the students at the very university that had witnessed my grief and my graduation, I felt that the circle had come full circle… What I once learned in order to persevere had now become knowledge that I could pass on to others so they could lead with confidence.”

Today, Dr. Hind continues her journey as the Executive Director of the Safety and Emergency Security Association, putting her experience in service of a different purpose.

After years of building institutional reputations and brands, she chose to dedicate her expertise to building a culture of safety and community preparedness, believing that prevention begins with awareness, and that protecting people is the highest form of social responsibility.

She says: “After many years in institutional work, I felt that the time had come to dedicate my experience to building something whose impact would remain after us… a culture of safety, awareness, and people who are better prepared to protect themselves and their communities.”

She believes that true investment is not solely in systems, but in people, because they are the cornerstone of every safe and sustainable society.

When she speaks about Emirati women, she is not speaking only about a personal story, but about the story of a nation that believed in women’s capabilities, gave them confidence, and opened the doors of education, work, and leadership to them.

She says: “Every opportunity I received was the fruit of a leadership vision that believed empowering women is not a privilege, but a responsibility, and that investing in people is the greatest investment nations can make.”

She believes that true achievement does not lie in reaching positions, but in the ability to create an impact that remains after a person is gone.

As for her message to Emirati girls, it is a message born from experience: “Do not let circumstances determine the ceiling of your dreams. Life may begin with a painful story, but it can become an inspiring one if a person holds firmly to their purpose and believes that every hardship has meaning, and that every promise has a time when it will be fulfilled.”

One name continues to hold a special meaning in Dr. Hind’s life… Latifa, the name of her mother… and the name of her only daughter. The choice of the name was not a coincidence, but an expression of loyalty to a promise and a love that never ends. She says with a deeply emotional smile: “I did not want my mother’s name to remain only in memory; I wanted it to live with me every day. That is why I gave my daughter her name. And whenever I call out, ‘Latifa’… I feel that my mother is still present in my prayers and memories, and that the dream that began with her did not end, but was passed on to a new generation.”

She then pauses for a moment and adds the sentence that perhaps sums up her entire journey: “I thought I was walking this path to fulfil my mother’s dream… then, years later, I discovered that it was that dream that had been guiding me.”

She then smiles and concludes her reflections with words that capture the essence of her journey: “If I am to leave something behind after this journey, I do not want it to be a position or a title… but a person who learned something useful, a volunteer who saved a life, or a girl who believed that her dreams were worth fighting for.”

And so, the promise a daughter made to her late mother was never merely a personal story. It became a journey of knowledge, a mission of service, and a belief that the greatest achievements are not those we keep for ourselves, but those that open the way for others. And so… the promise did not end; it became a legacy passed from heart to heart, and from one generation to the next.

Dr. Hind Yousuf Sahooh Al Suwaidi brings more than 27 years of professional experience across corporate communications, marketing, media, events, and exhibitions. Her distinguished journey has been recognised through receiving the Rashid Award for Scientific Excellence twice, reflecting her contributions and achievements across both academic and professional fields.

She has also represented the United Arab Emirates and participated in more than 40 local and international conferences, exhibitions, and events, covering areas including corporate communications, marketing, technology, event management, and scientific research. Alongside her professional experience, Dr. Hind has contributed to knowledge exchange by presenting numerous research papers, working papers, and training programmes at scientific and professional conferences and forums, reflecting her continued commitment to advancing knowledge, developing expertise, and promoting a culture of excellence.

Dr. Hind Yousuf Sahooh Al Suwaidi currently serves as the Executive Director of the Safety and Emergency Security Association, a public-benefit association established under Ministry of Community Empowerment Resolution No. (13) of 2025. When I read this slogan, I did not think about being stronger than others. Instead, I thought about being better than who we were yesterday. On a personal level, it means continuing to learn and never stopping my own development, regardless of how many achievements I accomplish. On the family level, I see it as a responsibility to be a positive role model for my daughter and to pass on to her the values of knowledge, giving, and belonging, just as my mother instilled them in me. Professionally, it motivates me to deliver work that leaves a genuine impact on people’s lives, because success, to me, is not measured by position, but by what a person contributes to their country and community. At the national level, the “We Will Emerge Stronger and Better” slogan reflects the story of the UAE itself: a nation that believed in its people and gave them the opportunity to create, contribute, and serve their country. Therefore, our responsibility today is to live up to that trust.

My message to every woman who aspires to be among the “stronger and better” is to work hard and strive for excellence. Be true to your dreams, be patient along your journey, and never allow any circumstance to convince you that you cannot succeed. As for the influence of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, “Mother of the Emirates,” on my vision of Emirati women, I am proud to have had the honor of meeting Her Highness in 1997 at my graduation ceremony from United Arab Emirates University. I still remember that moment in every detail. I remember Her Highness’s presence and stature, and her confident voice as she handed me my graduation certificate and warmly said to me, “Congratulations.” It was a simple word, but it has remained deeply rooted in my memory to this day because it came from an Emirati woman who created an inspiring model of leadership, giving, and women’s empowerment. Since that day, I have seen Her Highness as a symbol of strength combined with humanity, and of leadership grounded in the belief that true investment begins with people. What Emirati women have achieved today across various fields is the result of a far-sighted vision that made women’s empowerment an integral part of the UAE’s development journey.

د. هند يوسف ساحوه السويدي.. الوعد الذي لم ينتهِ… كيف قاد حلم أمٍ بسيطة ابنتها إلى رحلة علم، ورسالة خدمة، وإرث يمتد من جيل إلى جيل

في صباح يوم تخرجها من جامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة عام 1997، كان الطلبة يلتقطون الصور مع آبائهم وأمهاتهم، يحتفلون بسنوات الدراسة التي انتهت بحلم تحقق، أما هند… فكانت تحمل شهادتها، بينما كان قلبها يفتقد أكثر شخصين تمنّت وجودهما في تلك اللحظة، قبل أسابيع قليلة فقط، فقدت والدها ووالدتها، كلاهما في الشهر نفسه، كان ذلك من أصعب الفصول في حياتها، لكنها لم تسمح للحزن أن يكون نهاية الطريق، في ذلك اليوم، وبعد أن دعت الله أن يتغمد والدتها بواسع رحمته، عاهدت نفسها أن تواصل الطريق، وأن تحقق الحلم الذي كانت والدتها تتمناه لها، تقول الدكتورة هند: (كانت أمي لا تقرأ ولا تكتب، لكنها كانت تؤمن أن العلم هو أعظم ما يمكن أن يمتلكه الإنسان. كانت تحلم أن تراني أحمل لقب دكتورة، لكنها رحلت قبل أن يتحقق حلمها. يوم تخرجي، دعوت الله لها بالرحمة، وعاهدت نفسي أن أكمل الطريق… ومنذ ذلك اليوم، وأنا أعيش لأوفي بذلك الوعد)، ذلك الوعد لم يكن مجرد لحظة مؤثرة، بل أصبح البوصلة التي وجّهت حياتها طوال السنوات التالية

وُلدت الدكتورة هند يوسف ساحوه في إمارة الشارقة، وسط أسرة إماراتية كبيرة ومترابطة، تعلمت فيها منذ طفولتها قيمة الأسرة، والاجتهاد، وتحمل المسؤولية، لكن الحياة اختبرتها في سن مبكرة، فبينما كانت تستعد لإنهاء دراستها الجامعية في تخصص الإعلام بجامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، فقدت والديها معًا، كان يمكن لتلك اللحظة أن تُطفئ أحلامها، لكنها اختارت أن تجعلها بداية جديدة

تخرجت عام 1997 وهي تؤمن أن الإنسان قد لا يملك تغيير ما يحدث له، لكنه يملك دائمًا أن يختار كيف ينهض بعده

بدأت حياتها المهنية في وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية، قبل أن تنتقل عام 1999 إلى مؤسسة الإمارات للاتصالات، بحثًا عن بيئة أكثر تحديًا، تؤمن فيها بأن النمو الحقيقي يبدأ عندما يخرج الإنسان من منطقة الراحة، وتقول: (لم أكن أبحث عن وظيفة… كنت أبحث عن مكان أتعلم فيه، وأكبر معه كل يوم)

وعلى امتداد أكثر من سبعة وعشرين عامًا، تنقلت بين المبيعات، والتسويق، والاتصال المؤسسي، وأسهمت في إطلاق مشاريع ومبادرات مؤسسية، ومثّلت دولة الإمارات في معارض ومؤتمرات دولية في أوروبا وآسيا والمنطقة العربية، في وقتٍ كان حضور المرأة الإماراتية في مثل هذه المحافل لا يزال في بداياته، لكنها لم تكن تنظر إلى النجاح بوصفه منصبًا، ولا إلى الإنجاز بوصفه لقبًا، فقد كانت تؤمن أن النجاح الحقيقي هو أن يصبح الإنسان أفضل مما كان عليه بالأمس

ورغم مسؤوليات العمل، لم تسمح لذلك الأمل أن يتراجع، فبعد سبع سنوات من العمل، التحقت ببرنامج الماجستير التنفيذي في إدارة الأعمال بجامعة الشارقة، ثم واصلت رحلتها الأكاديمية في برنامج الدكتوراه بجامعة أبوظبي، ولسنوات، كانت تقطع الطريق إلى أبوظبي في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع، بينما تواصل أداء مسؤولياتها المهنية بدوام كامل

لم تكن الرحلة سهلة…لكنها كانت تعرف جيدًا لماذا بدأت، وتقول: (في كل مرة أشعر فيها بالتعب، كنت أتذكر لماذا بدأت. لم تعد الدكتوراه حلمي وحدي… أصبحت وعدًا يجب أن أوفي به)، وفي أطروحة الدكتوراه، اختارت أن تبحث في تحليل مشاعر العملاء عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، في وقتٍ لم يكن هذا المجال قد حظي بالاهتمام الذي يشهده اليوم، إيمانًا منها بأن البحث العلمي الحقيقي هو الذي يستشرف المستقبل، ويصنع معرفةً تخدم الإنسان قبل أن تصبح اتجاهًا عالميًا

ثم جاء عام 2017… العام الذي تصفه بأنه أكثر أعوام حياتها اكتمالًا، ففيه حصلت على درجة الدكتوراه في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة أبوظبي بامتياز مع مرتبة الشرف الأولى، محققةً الحلم الذي حملته والدتها في قلبها سنوات طويلة، وفي العام نفسه، رُزقت بابنتها الوحيدة لطيفة، وتبتسم وهي تسترجع تلك الأيام قائلة: (أشعر أن عام 2017 لم يكن عام التخرج فقط… بل كان عام اكتمال دائرة. حققت وعدًا قطعته لأمي، وفي الوقت نفسه بدأت رحلة جديدة مع ابنتي. وكأن الحياة كانت تقول لي: انتهت أمانة… وبدأت أمانة أخرى)

وخلال رحلتها الأكاديمية، لم تكتفِ بالدراسة، بل شاركت بأوراق بحثية في مؤتمرات علمية داخل دولة الإمارات وخارجها، ونالت جائزة راشد للتفوق العلمي مرتين، تقديرًا لتميزها الأكاديمي وإسهاماتها البحثية، في تأكيد على أن التعلم بالنسبة لها لم يكن مرحلة تنتهي، بل أسلوب حياة.

ومع مرور السنوات، اكتشفت أن أجمل ما يمكن أن يتركه الإنسان ليس ما يحققه لنفسه فقط، بل ما يقدمه للآخرين

ولهذا، اتجهت إلى التدريب ونقل المعرفة، وأصبحت تؤمن بأن الخبرة الحقيقية تكتمل عندما تتحول إلى أثر في حياة الناس

وتقول: (كل تجربة مررت بها، سواء كانت نجاحًا أو تحديًا، كانت درسًا أؤمن أنه يستحق أن يُنقل إلى شخص آخر، لعل طريقه يصبح أسهل من طريقي)

وعندما عادت بعد سنوات إلى جامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لتقديم ورشة متخصصة في إدارة الاتصال الإعلامي أثناء الأزمات، لم تكن ترى نفسها محاضرة تقف أمام الطلبة، بل طالبة تعود إلى المكان الذي شهد أصعب فصول حياتها

وتقول: (عندما وقفت أمام الطلبة في الجامعة نفسها التي شهدت حزني وتخرجي، شعرت أن الدائرة اكتملت… وما تعلمته يومًا لأصمد، أصبح اليوم علمًا أنقله للآخرين ليقودوا بثقة)

واليوم، تواصل الدكتورة هند رحلتها بصفتها المدير التنفيذي لجمعية السلامة وأمن الطوارئ، واضعةً خبرتها في خدمة هدف مختلف

فبعد سنوات من بناء السمعة المؤسسية والعلامات التجارية، اختارت أن تكرّس خبرتها لبناء ثقافة السلامة والجاهزية المجتمعية، إيمانًا منها بأن الوقاية تبدأ بالوعي، وأن حماية الإنسان هي أسمى صور المسؤولية المجتمعية

وتقول: (بعد سنوات طويلة في العمل المؤسسي، شعرت أن الوقت قد حان لأكرّس خبرتي لبناء شيء يبقى أثره بعدنا… ثقافة سلامة، ووعي، وإنسان أكثر استعدادًا لحماية نفسه ومجتمعه)

وترى أن الاستثمار الحقيقي لا يكون في الأنظمة وحدها، بل في الإنسان، لأنه حجر الأساس في كل مجتمع آمن ومستدام

وعندما تتحدث عن المرأة الإماراتية، فإنها لا تتحدث عن قصة شخصية فقط، بل عن قصة وطن آمن بقدرات المرأة، ومنحها الثقة، وفتح أمامها أبواب العلم والعمل والقيادة

وتقول: (كل فرصة حصلت عليها كانت ثمرة رؤية قيادة آمنت بأن تمكين المرأة ليس امتيازًا، بل مسؤولية، وأن الاستثمار في الإنسان هو أعظم استثمار يمكن أن تصنعه الأوطان)

وترى أن الإنجاز الحقيقي لا يكمن في الوصول إلى المناصب، بل في القدرة على صناعة أثر يبقى بعد رحيل الإنسان

أما رسالتها إلى الفتيات الإماراتيات، فهي رسالة خرجت من قلب التجربة: (لا تدعن الظروف تحدد سقف أحلامكن. قد تبدأ الحياة بقصة مؤلمة، لكنها تستطيع أن تتحول إلى قصة ملهمة إذا تمسك الإنسان بهدفه، وآمن بأن لكل تعب معنى، ولكل وعد موعدًا يتحقق فيه)

ويبقى في حياة الدكتورة هند اسم يحمل معنىً خاصًا… لطيفة، اسم والدتها… واسم ابنتها الوحيدة، ولم يكن اختيار الاسم مصادفة، بل كان وفاءً لوعدٍ وحبٍ لا ينتهي، وتقول بابتسامة يغلبها التأثر: (لم أرد أن يبقى اسم أمي في الذاكرة فقط، بل أردته أن يعيش معي كل يوم. لذلك حملت ابنتي اسمها. وكلما ناديت: “لطيفة”… أشعر أن أمي ما زالت حاضرة في دعائي وذكرياتي، وأن الحلم الذي بدأ معها لم ينتهِ، بل انتقل إلى جيل جديد)، ثم تتوقف قليلًا، وتضيف الجملة التي ربما تختصر رحلتها كلها: (كنت أظن أنني أسير لتحقيق حلم أمي… ثم اكتشفت بعد سنوات أن ذلك الحلم هو الذي كان يقودني)، ثم تبتسم وتختم حديثها بعبارة تحمل خلاصة رحلتها: (إذا كان لي أن أترك شيئًا بعد هذه الرحلة، فلا أريده أن يكون منصبًا أو لقبًا… بل إنسانًا تعلّم شيئًا نافعًا، أو متطوعًا أنقذ حياة، أو فتاة آمنت أن أحلامها تستحق أن تُحارب من أجلها)، وهكذا، لم يكن وعدٌ قطعته ابنةٌ لوالدتها الراحلة مجرد قصة شخصية، بل أصبح رحلة علم، ورسالة خدمة، وإيمانًا بأن أعظم الإنجازات ليست تلك التي نحتفظ بها لأنفسنا، بل تلك التي تفتح الطريق لغيرنا، وهكذا… لم ينتهِ الوعد، بل أصبح إرثًا ينتقل من قلبٍ إلى قلب، ومن جيلٍ إلى جيل

قيادة إماراتية لتعزيز ثقافة السلامة والجاهزية للطوارئ

تشغل الدكتورة هند حالياً منصب المدير التنفيذي لجمعية السلامة وأمن الطوارئ، وهي جمعية نفع عام مشهرة بموجب قرار وزارة تمكين المجتمع رقم (13) لسنة 2025. وتعمل الجمعية على ترسيخ ثقافة السلامة والجاهزية للطوارئ، وتعزيز الشراكات المؤسسية، وتمكين أفراد المجتمع من خلال مبادرات نوعية وبرامج تدريبية ومشاريع تطوعية، بما ينسجم مع رؤية دولة الإمارات في بناء مجتمع أكثر جاهزية واستدامة وقدرة على مواجهة مختلف التحديات

مسيرة مهنية حافلة بالتميز والخبرة

تمتلك الدكتورة هند مسيرة مهنية تمتد لأكثر من 27 عاماً، اكتسبت خلالها خبرات واسعة في مجالات الاتصال المؤسسي والتسويق والإعلام وإدارة الفعاليات والمعارض. وقد تُوّج هذا المسار بالحصول على جائزة راشد للتفوق العلمي مرتين، في تقدير لمسيرتها العلمية والمهنية وإسهاماتها في مجالات تخصصها

كما مثّلت دولة الإمارات وشاركت في أكثر من 40 مؤتمراً ومعرضاً وفعالية محلية ودولية، تناولت مجالات متنوعة شملت الاتصال المؤسسي والتسويق والتكنولوجيا وإدارة الفعاليات والبحث العلمي. وإلى جانب خبرتها العملية، أسهمت الدكتورة هند في إثراء المعرفة من خلال تقديم العديد من الأبحاث العلمية وأوراق العمل والدورات التدريبية ضمن المؤتمرات والملتقيات العلمية والمهنية، بما يعكس التزامها المستمر بتبادل المعرفة وتطوير الخبرات ودعم مسيرة التميز

عندما قرأت هذا الشعار، لم أفكر في أن نكون أقوى من غيرنا، بل فكرت في أن نكون أفضل من أنفسنا بالأمس، فعلى المستوى الشخصي، يعني لي الاستمرار في التعلم، وعدم التوقف عن تطوير نفسي مهما حققت من إنجازات، وعلى المستوى الأسري، أراه مسؤولية في أن أكون قدوة صالحة لابنتي، وأن أورثها قيم العلم، والعطاء، والانتماء، تماماً كما غرستها فيّ والدتي، أما مهنياً، فهو دافع لأن أقدم عملاً يترك أثراً حقيقياً في حياة الناس، لأن النجاح بالنسبة لي لا يقاس بالمنصب، بل بما يضيفه الإنسان لوطنه ومجتمعه، ووطنياً، فإن شعار (بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل) يعكس قصة الإمارات نفسها؛ دولة آمنت بالإنسان، ومنحته الفرصة ليبدع ويخدم وطنه، ولذلك فإن مسؤوليتنا اليوم أن نكون على قدر هذه الثقة

رسالتها لكل امرأة إماراتية

رسالتي لكل امرأة تطمح لأن تكون من «الأقوى والأفضل»، رسالتي لكل امرأة أن تجتهد وتسعى نحو الأفضل، كوني صادقة مع أحلامك، واصبري على طريقك، ولا تسمحي لأي ظرف أن يقنعك بأنك لا تستطيعين الوصول، فالمرأة القوية ليست من لا تواجه التحديات، بل من تحوّلها إلى دافع للنمو، وتبقى محافظة على قيمها، وإنسانيتها، وتواضعها وهي تحقق النجاح

اما بخصوص مدي تأثير  سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك «أم الإمارات» في رؤيتي للمرأة الإماراتية، أعتز بأنني حظيت بلقاء سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك (أم الإمارات) عام 1997 في حفل تخرجي من جامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وما زلت أحتفظ بتلك اللحظة في ذاكرتي بكل تفاصيلها، أتذكر حضور سموها وهيبتها، وصوتها الواثق وهي تسلمني شهادة التخرج وتقول لي بكل دفء: «مبروك». كانت كلمة بسيطة، لكنها بقيت راسخة في ذاكرتي حتى اليوم، لأنها صدرت من امرأة إماراتية صنعت نموذجاً ملهماً للقيادة والعطاء وتمكين المرأة، ومنذ ذلك اليوم، وأنا أرى في سموها رمزاً للقوة المقرونة بالإنسانية، وللقيادة التي تؤمن بأن الاستثمار الحقيقي يبدأ بالإنسان. وما وصلت إليه المرأة الإماراتية اليوم في مختلف المجالات هو ثمرة رؤية بعيدة المدى، جعلت تمكين المرأة جزءاً أصيلاً من مسيرة التنمية في دولة الإمارات

ورسالتي إلى سموها هي: شكراً لأنكم لم تكتفوا بتمكين المرأة الإماراتية، بل منحتموها الثقة لتتعلم، وتبدع، وتخدم وطنها. وسيظل هذا الأثر مصدر إلهام لكل امرأة إماراتية، ولكل جيل قادم
