I am ALIA RASHID ALSHAMSI, an Emirati woman who believes that true success is not measured solely by personal achievements, but by the impact we leave on the lives of others and within our community.

Throughout my journey, I have brought together entrepreneurship, training, coaching, media and public relations, volunteering, and social responsibility. Since 2016, I have worked as an internationally certified entrepreneurship trainer, using my experience and knowledge to empower others, particularly children, youth, women, and entrepreneurs.

I am naturally passionate about taking initiative and creating opportunities. I believe that an idea becomes more valuable when it is transformed into meaningful action that serves people. For this reason, I have never wanted my journey to be limited to my own career and business ventures. Instead, I have always sought to play an active and meaningful role in serving my community.

My Journey in Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship is a fundamental part of my journey. I have established and developed my own ventures, including my brand ALIA FOR OUD, which specializes in perfumes, oud, and incense. My ambition is to continue developing the brand into an Emirati name capable of reaching international markets.

I have also worked in the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, gaining experience in real estate marketing, working with investors, and identifying investment opportunities.

I continuously invest in my personal and professional development through education and training in entrepreneurship, project management, innovation, artificial intelligence, future technologies, coaching, media, and public relations.

My Mission in Training and Empowering Future Generations

One of the areas closest to my heart is training and empowering the next generation, because I believe that building people begins with knowledge and awareness.

During the summer of 2026, I trained 30 students through the “Smart Money Management and Entrepreneurship” program.

Through this program, I focused on teaching students, in a simple and interactive way, the concepts of saving, smart spending, money management, entrepreneurial thinking, and how a small idea can be transformed into a business. I also emphasized the values of giving and social responsibility.

My goal was not simply for students to leave the program with information, but with a different mindset that could support them throughout their future.

Volunteering and Creating Impact

I believe that volunteering is both a responsibility and a human and national value. This belief led me to establish the Ahl Al Sanah Volunteer Team, a platform through which we can transform the values of giving and Emirati Sanah—the traditions and values of good character and community spirit—into meaningful initiatives that serve society.

We chose the team’s motto: “And an Impact That Remains”

Because I believe that an initiative may end in a day, but its positive impact can continue for a long time.

My Community Initiatives

Among the initiatives I am particularly proud of is “Nabarrid Alayhom” (Cooling Them Down), launched during the summer of 2026 to support construction workers working in hot weather.

We distributed water, juices, and fans to more than 1,200 construction workers. Beyond providing practical relief, my goal was to deliver a simple and sincere message:

We appreciate your efforts, your work, and your contribution.

“Jusoor Al Khair” Initiative

During the holy month of Ramadan 2026, I participated in the “Jusoor Al Khair” (Bridges of Goodness) initiative, under the patronage of the Emirates Association for Women Entrepreneurs.

The initiative included organizing one of the longest Iftar tables, benefiting 1,434 people.

This was an experience I deeply value because it reflected the UAE community’s values of compassion, solidarity, and generosity. It also reinforced my belief that collective action can transform initiatives into meaningful impact that reaches a large number of people.

My Impact in Numbers

I am proud that three of the initiatives and programs I contributed to and helped implement during 2026 created direct impact for more than 2,664 beneficiaries:

1,434 beneficiaries through the “Jusoor Al Khair” initiative
More than 1,200 construction workers through the “Nabarrid Alayhom” initiative
30 students trained through the “Smart Money Management and Entrepreneurship” program

For me, these are not simply numbers. They represent 2,664 stories, opportunities, and moments of positive change in people’s lives.

My Participation and Representation of Emirati Women

I also make a conscious effort to participate in programs and conferences that support women and entrepreneurship. I have taken part in local and international events, including the Global Summit of Women 2026 in Istanbul, through engagements connected to the Emirates Association for Women Entrepreneurs.

These experiences have given me valuable opportunities to learn, exchange knowledge, and explore global perspectives on women’s empowerment, leadership, the economy, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship.

With every international participation, I take pride in being an Emirati woman carrying with me the image of a nation that has given women the confidence, opportunity, and space to learn, lead, innovate, and create impact.

Why I Am Putting Myself Forward for This Nomination

I am putting myself forward for this nomination because I believe my journey is no longer defined by a single individual achievement. It has become a journey that brings together entrepreneurship, empowering others, training, community service, and volunteering.

I do not measure my journey simply by the number of initiatives I have implemented or events I have participated in. Instead, I continually ask myself:

What impact have I made? Who has benefited? And how can I make that impact last?

For this reason, I am committed to making my future initiatives more organized and sustainable, expanding the reach of the Ahl Al Sanah Volunteer Team to serve wider segments of society, and continuing to deliver programs that support children, youth, women, and entrepreneurs.

My Vision for the Future

My ambition is to continue giving back to the United Arab Emirates through knowledge, action, and service, and to contribute to building a generation equipped with knowledge, confidence, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility toward its community.

I also aspire to leverage my experience in entrepreneurship, training, media, and artificial intelligence to support more sustainable and impactful community initiatives.

I hope that one day my name will be associated not only with what I have achieved for myself, but also with what I have contributed to achieving for others.

My Message

I am ALIA RASHID ALSHAMSI. I believe that every person has the opportunity to make a difference, no matter how small.

I have chosen to bring together my ambition in entrepreneurship, my passion for training, and my love for volunteering, transforming what I have learned and the experience I have gained into meaningful impact that benefits others.

I have learned that an achievement may be written on a résumé, and an award may be placed on a shelf, but true impact lives in the life of a person.

That is why I will continue to learn, give, empower others, and serve my community and my country.

Because initiatives come to an end. Events come to an end.

مسيرتي في ريادة الأعمال
لي دور واضح في خدمة المجتمع، وتُعد ريادة الأعمال جزءًا أساسيًا من مسيرتي، حيث أسست وطورت مشاريعي الخاصة، ومن بينها علامتي المتخصصة في العطور والعود والبخور(علياء للعود)، وأسعى إلى تطويرها لتكون علامة إماراتية قادرة على الوصول إلى أسواق عالمية. كما عملت في المجال العقاري في أبوظبي ودبي، واكتسبت خبرة في التسويق العقاري والتعامل مع المستثمرين والفرص الاستثمارية، وأحرص باستمرار على تطوير نفسي من خلال الدراسة والتدريب في مجالات ريادة الأعمال، وإدارة المشاريع، والابتكار، والذكاء الاصطناعي، وتقنيات المستقبل، والتدريب الشخصي، والإعلام والعلاقات العامة. ومن أكثر المجالات القريبة إلى قلبي التدريب وتمكين الأجيال القادمة، لأنني أؤمن بأن بناء الإنسان يبدأ من المعرفة والوعي، وخلال صيف عام ٢٠٢٦ قمت بتدريب ٣٠ طالبًا في برنامج «الإدارة الذكية للأموال وريادة الأعمال»، وحرصت من خلال البرنامج على تعليم الطلبة بطريقة مبسطة وتفاعلية مفاهيم الادخار، والإنفاق الذكي، وإدارة الأموال، والتفكير الريادي، وكيف يمكن أن تتحول الفكرة الصغيرة إلى مشروع، إلى جانب غرس قيمة العطاء والمسؤولية المجتمعية. وكان هدفي ألا يخرج الطالب بمعلومة فقط، بل بفكر مختلف يساعده في مستقبله

العمل التطوعي وصناعة الأثر
أؤمن بأن العمل التطوعي مسؤولية وقيمة إنسانية ووطنية، ولذلك أسست فريق أهل السنع التطوعي ليكون منصة نستطيع من خلالها تحويل قيم العطاء والسنع الإماراتي إلى مبادرات حقيقية تخدم المجتمع

مبادراتي المجتمعية
ومن المبادرات التي أعتز بها مبادرة «نبرد عليهم» خلال صيف 2026، والتي استهدفت عمال البناء الذين يعملون في الأجواء الحارة.
قمنا بتوزيع المياه والعصائر والمراوح على أكثر من 1,200 عامل بناء، وكان هدفي من المبادرة إلى جانب التخفيف عنهم أن نوصل لهم رسالة بسيطة وصادقة: نحن نقدر جهودكم وعملكم ومساهمتكم
مبادرة جسور الخير
خلال شهر رمضان المبارك 2026، شاركت في مبادرة «جسور الخير» برعاية جمعية الإمارات لرائدات الأعمال، والتي تضمنت تنظيم أطول سفرة إفطار استفاد منها 1,434 شخصًا.
كانت تجربة أعتز بها كثيرًا، لأنها جسدت قيم مجتمع الإمارات في التراحم والتكافل والعطاء، وأكدت لي أن العمل الجماعي قادر على تحويل المبادرات إلى أثر كبير يصل إلى أعداد واسعة من الناس

أفتخر بأن ثلاثًا من المبادرات والبرامج التي شاركت في تقديمها وتنفيذها خلال عام 2026 حققت أثرًا مباشرًا وصل إلى أكثر من 2,664 مستفيدًا

أحرص كذلك على المشاركة في البرامج والمؤتمرات التي تدعم المرأة وريادة الأعمال، وقد شاركت في فعاليات محلية ودولية، ومن أبرزها القمة العالمية للمرأة 2026 في إسطنبول ضمن مشاركات مرتبطة بجمعية الإمارات لرائدات الأعمال
أتاحت لي هذه المشاركات فرصة التعلم وتبادل الخبرات والاطلاع على تجارب عالمية في تمكين المرأة والقيادة والاقتصاد والذكاء الاصطناعي وريادة الأعمال
وأعتز في كل مشاركة دولية بأنني امرأة إماراتية أحمل معي صورة وطن منح المرأة الثقة والفرصة والمساحة لتتعلم وتقود وتبتكر وتصنع أثرًا
لماذا أقدم نفسي لهذا الترشيح؟
أتقدم لهذا الترشيح لأنني أرى أن مسيرتي لم تعد مرتبطة بإنجاز فردي واحد، بل أصبحت رحلة تجمع بين ريادة الأعمال، وتمكين الآخرين، والتدريب، والعمل المجتمعي والتطوعي.
أنا لا أبحث فقط عن عدد المبادرات التي نفذتها أو الفعاليات التي شاركت فيها، وإنما أسأل نفسي دائمًا
ما الأثر الذي تركته؟ ومن استفاد؟ وكيف يمكن أن أجعل هذا الأثر يستمر؟

ولهذا أحرص على أن تكون مبادراتي القادمة أكثر تنظيمًا واستدامة، وأن يتوسع فريق أهل السنع التطوعي ليصل إلى فئات أكبر، وأن أواصل تقديم البرامج التي تساعد الأطفال والشباب والمرأة ورواد الأعمال
رؤيتي للمستقبل
طموحي أن أواصل رد الجميل لدولة الإمارات من خلال العلم والعمل والعطاء، وأن أساهم في بناء جيل يمتلك المعرفة والثقة وروح المبادرة والمسؤولية تجاه مجتمعه
كما أطمح إلى توظيف خبرتي في ريادة الأعمال والتدريب والإعلام والذكاء الاصطناعي لخدمة مبادرات مجتمعية أكثر استدامة وتأثيرًا
وأتمنى أن يكون اسمي مرتبطًا يومًا ما ليس فقط بما حققته لنفسي، بل بما ساهمت في تحقيقه للآخرين.
