In a world where professional success is measured by scale, speed, and status, Corinda de Witte offers a different metric: soul.

A leadership and life coach for high performers and the founder of Temple of Thoughts and SheLeads Dubai, de Witte is carving out a new paradigm for female leadership—one rooted not in performance, but in presence.

Born in the Netherlands and now based in the UAE, Corinda’s trajectory mirrors that of many women navigating modern ambition: executive roles, brand launches, relentless performance. But beneath the polished achievements lay a recurring question that would not let go: Is this it?

That quiet inquiry, persistent and inconvenient, would eventually become the foundation of her life’s next chapter—and the birth of a movement.

“I’ve been the strong one. The achiever. The person who holds it all together. But at some point, I realised that strength without alignment is just survival. And I wanted more than that for myself, and for every woman I work with.”

A Pause with Purpose

Corinda’s inflection point came in 2015, after relocating to the UAE and stepping away from her fast-paced corporate life. In the stillness that followed, clarity arrived.

“I was a full-time mom for the first time in years. It was both a gift and a disorientation. Without KPIs and deadlines, I was left with the most important metric of all—how do I feel?” she reflects.

From that introspection emerged Temple of Thoughts a sanctuary for women to reconnect with themselves, harness cognitive tools for growth, and build lives that resonate from the inside out.

Her platform isn’t about self-help platitudes. It’s about depth. Intention. Thoughtful disruption. “The Temple is the place,” she explains, “and the Thoughts are the tools.”

The Soulful Strategy of SheLeads Dubai

If Temple of Thoughts is the soul of Corinda’s mission, SheLeads Dubai is its pulse.

Not a traditional leadership collective, SheLeads is intentionally informal. It’s a place where female CEOs, founders, and creatives strip off titles and speak with honesty. The unfiltered kind. From exhaustion to expectations, from ambition to identity.

“We don’t just talk about growth metrics. We talk about what it costs to keep growing when no one asks how you are,” Corinda says.

The offerings are varied masterclasses, coaching, intimate gatherings, and moments of radical rest. But the common thread is unmistakable: connection without competition.

The Leadership Redefined

Corinda challenges the leadership archetype: loud, fast, always in control. Instead, she teaches a slower power—one that emerges when women listen inward and move from alignment.

This is not a retreat from ambition. It is a recalibration of it.

“Real leadership isn’t in the titles. It’s in the daily choices. It’s in the decision to ask, ‘Am I still honouring what I need?’”

For high-performing women, this becomes both the challenge and the invitation. Many of Corinda’s clients arrive burnt out—successful on the surface, quietly unraveling within. Through her 3-month coaching frameworks and one-on-one intensives, she helps them untangle those internal contradictions.

It’s not therapy. It’s not corporate training. It’s a return.

A Legacy Built on Fire and Feminine Power

As a mother of two daughters, Corinda carries her mission beyond business. Her leadership is both personal and generational.

“My daughters are my mirror,” she says. “They’ve seen me fail, rebuild, question, persist. I want them to know that strength is not in perfection. It’s in truth.”

One story stands out—a client who entered the room depleted, unsure, and unsure of her own voice. Months later, she launched her own consultancy, speaking on stages she once feared.

“It’s not about me changing people,” Corinda notes. “It’s about creating space for them to remember who they are.”

The Fire Within

At its core, Corinda de Witte’s work is not about strategy but sovereignty. She invites women to lead not from scarcity but from soul. To speak not louder, but truer.

“The most powerful version of a woman is the one who’s rested, real, and on fire from within. That’s the version the world needs most right now.”

Her philosophy isn’t disruptive—it’s evolutionary. It doesn’t scream. It calls you inward. It demands a different kind of courage, the kind that trades pressure for purpose and performance for presence.

And in a region known for ambition, Corinda de Witte is building something rarer: depth.
