When asked about the challenges she faced, Khadija speaks with the quiet confidence of an Emirati woman shaped by resilience:

“Every woman faces challenges, but in the UAE we are blessed with leadership that has paved the way for us to thrive.”

Her greatest test was balancing her many roles as a mother, an employee, and a community leader. Yet she overcame these obstacles with determination, organization, and a heart full of love for what she does. Every difficulty, she believes, is an opportunity for growth and distinction.

Among her many achievements, Khadija values most the trust she has earned from her team and community. She has led several impactful initiatives, including Green Rabdan, Sustainable Zayed City, Our Special Summer, and Our Neighborhood Breakfast, all designed to strengthen community bonds and environmental awareness. “My greatest achievement,” she says, “is that people see me as a source of positive energy and an example of sincere dedication.”

Reflecting on the evolution of Emirati women’s roles, she believes that today’s women are true partners in national development, continuing the legacy of previous generations who built the foundation with patience and perseverance.

“The opportunities today are greater, and empowerment is now a reality but the message remains the same: to serve our nation with loyalty and to raise its flag wherever we go.”

Her inspiration and guiding light is Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the Mother of the Nation, whom she describes as a living embodiment of humanitarian leadership:

“From Her Highness, I learned that leadership is not a position, but a human mission. Her support and vision have made Emirati women a model of excellence for the entire world.”

Khadija’s message to young Emirati women is filled with optimism and resolve:

“Believe in yourselves. Don’t wait for opportunities create them. Success isn’t measured by titles, but by the impact you leave in people’s hearts. Work with passion, because those who work with love always reach their goals.”

Speaking of the national theme “Hand in Hand We Celebrate Fifty Years”, marking the 50th anniversary of the General Women’s Union, Khadija explains:

“Hand in hand is not just a slogan; it’s a way of life. When we work together with sincerity and kindness, we create achievements that carry the spirit of the UAE to the world.”

Looking ahead, her ambition is to establish a National Youth Center an educational and cultural platform that instills authentic Emirati values in future generations, starting from early education through university.
She expresses this vision with heartfelt conviction:

“My message to our sons and daughters is to hold tightly to our customs and traditions. They are the foundation of who we are what we inherited from Sheikh Zayed and our forefathers. If we preserve our morals and our identity, our nation will remain united, strong, and prosperous.”

ومع تنامي حضورها المجتمعي، أدركت أن للإعلام قدرة أكبر على إيصال رسائل الخير، فانطلقت نحو الشاشة والإذاعة، متحدثةً عن المواطنة، المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وتمكين المرأة. تؤكد أن بداياتها كانت بسيطة، لكن الإصرار والإيمان بالرسالة هما ما أوصلاها إلى مكانة مؤثرة في مجتمعها

أما عن التحديات، فتقول خديجة بثقة المرأة الإماراتية التي تعرف قدرها: كل امرأة تواجه تحديات، لكننا في الإمارات محظوظات بدعم قيادتنا التي مهدت الطريق لنا لنثبت أنفسنا
تحدياتها كانت في الموازنة بين أدوارها كأم وموظفة وقائدة مجتمعية، لكنها تغلبت عليها بالتنظيم والإصرار والعمل بحب، معتبرةً أن كل عقبة هي فرصة جديدة للتميز

تُعد إنجازاتها كثيرة، غير أن أكثر ما تعتز به ليس الألقاب، بل الثقة التي اكتسبتها من الناس. فهي صاحبة بصمة في العديد من المبادرات المجتمعية والبيئية مثل ربدان خضراء، مدينة زايد مستدامة، صيفنا مميز، وفطور فريجنا، وكلها تجسد مفهوم التكافل والروح الإماراتية الأصيلة. تقول بفخر: أعظم إنجاز بالنسبة لي أن يراني الآخرون مصدر طاقة إيجابية، وقدوة في الإخلاص والتفاني

وعن رؤيتها لتطور دور المرأة الإماراتية، ترى أن المرأة اليوم أصبحت شريكاً أساسياً في التنمية الوطنية، مكمّلة لمسيرة الأجيال السابقة التي مهدت الطريق بالصبر والعزيمة

“الفرق أن الفرص اليوم أكبر، والتمكين أصبح واقعاً، لكن الرسالة لم تتغير: أن نخدم وطننا بوفاء، ونرفع رايته أينما كنا

وتستمد خديجة قوتها من قدوتها سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك “أم الإمارات”، التي تصفها بأنها منارة للقيادة الإنسانية والإلهام. تقول عنها: “تعلمت من أم الإمارات أن القيادة ليست منصباً بل رسالة إنسانية، ومن دعمها استمدت المرأة الإماراتية قوتها لتكون نموذجاً عالمياً في العطاء

أما رسالتها للشابات الإماراتيات، فهي دعوة للإيمان بالنفس وصناعة الفرص لا انتظارها، فالنجاح لا يُقاس بالمناصب، بل بالأثر الذي نتركه في قلوب الناس. كوني طموحة، متوازنة، وافعلي كل شيء بحب، لأن من يعمل بحب يصل دائماً

وفي ظل شعار هذا العام “يداً بيد نحتفي بالخمسين” بمناسبة مرور 50 عاماً على الاتحاد النسائي العام، تعبّر خديجة عن عمق انتمائها الوطني قائلة: يداً بيد ليست مجرد كلمات، بل أسلوب حياة أؤمن به. حين نعمل معاً بإخلاص ومحبة، نحقق إنجازات تُخلّد اسم الإمارات وتعبّر عن روحها الأصيلة

طموح خديجة لا يتوقف عند الحاضر، بل يمتد إلى المستقبل. فهي تسعى إلى تأسيس مركز وطني للشباب من الجنسين، يكون منصة تربوية وثقافية لغرس القيم الإماراتية الأصيلة في الأجيال القادمة منذ المراحل الدراسية الأولى وحتى التخرج الجامعي
تقول في ختام حديثها رسالتي أن يتمسك أبناؤنا وبناتنا بعاداتنا وتقاليدنا، فهي أساس كياننا وما ورثناه من أبونا زايد وأجدادنا. إذا تمسكنا بأخلاقنا وسنعنا، سنبقى أسرة واحدة، ووطننا سيبقى مزدهراً وقوياً
