Shooting… A Turning Point That Shaped My Personality
I consider every stage of my life an achievement in itself, but shooting was a major turning point for me. It taught me patience, discipline, self-confidence, and the courage to face any challenge in my life. It also instilled in me beautiful values that I strive to pass on to my children today, because sports do not only create achievements; they build character as well. Through shooting, I learned that focus, discipline, and perseverance can lead a person to achieve results they never expected, and that facing challenges is an essential part of the path to success.
Balancing Motherhood, Work, Sports, and Content Creation
The greatest challenge I have faced has been balancing my different roles as a mother, employee, businesswoman, content creator, and athlete. Each of these roles carries its own responsibilities and challenges, and achieving balance between them requires great patience, commitment, and organization. I have learned that success requires perseverance, dedication, and refusing to give up. I learned to believe in myself even during the most difficult circumstances, and I was able to overcome challenges through hard work and determination. Most importantly, I never stopped learning and developing myself.

When a Discouraging Comment Became Motivation for Victory
One of the moments I will never forget was when I participated in my first shooting competition. Someone told me: “Leave shooting to men.” Those words became a challenge for me, and in that same competition, I achieved first place among all participating categories. That moment taught me an important lesson: never allow the opinions of others to define what I can achieve. Since then, I have become more convinced that individuals determine their own abilities, not the judgments of others. What some may see as impossible can become the beginning of a new challenge and an opportunity to prove what we are capable of achieving.
Self-Belief… and the Support of a Nation That Believed in Women’s Capabilities
I believe that a person is their own first source of support. Therefore, I have always encouraged myself and worked on developing my abilities. Self-belief, continuous learning, and the desire for growth have been among the key factors that supported my journey. After that, I owe great gratitude to the UAE and our wise leadership, which has spared no effort in supporting and empowering women across different fields, giving us the opportunity to dream, succeed, and achieve our aspirations.

My message to every girl and every woman living in the UAE is to believe in herself and her abilities. No dream is impossible when ambition is combined with hard work. The UAE believes in women and supports them, and all they need to do is take the first step and strive; they will find doors open before them, God willing. We should not wait for perfect circumstances to begin, as many dreams start with a small step and, through determination and effort, can become real achievements.

I have many ambitions, and I still consider myself at the beginning of my journey. صناعة محتوى يترك أثراً إيجابياً

أعمل حالياً في مجال صناعة المحتوى الهادف الذي يقدم فائدة للجمهور، وخاصة النساء، سواء في مجالات الجمال أو الحياة الأسرية أو أسلوب الحياة بشكل عام، وأكثر ما يسعدني هو أن أترك أثراً إيجابياً لدى متابعيني وأن أشاركهم تجاربي بصدق وشفافية. وأؤمن بأن المحتوى يمكن أن يكون أكثر من مجرد صورة أو فكرة عابرة، بل يمكن أن يكون وسيلة لتقديم الفائدة، ومشاركة التجارب، ودعم الآخرين، وخاصة النساء، من خلال محتوى قريب من حياتهن واحتياجاتهن اليومية

الرماية.. نقطة تحول صنعت شخصيتي

أعتبر كل مرحلة في حياتي إنجازاً بحد ذاته، لكن الرماية كانت نقطة تحول كبيرة بالنسبة لي، فقد علمتني الصبر والانضباط والثقة بالنفس، وأن لا أخاف من مواجهة أي تحدٍ في حياتي. كما غرست في داخلي قيماً جميلة أسعى اليوم إلى غرسها في أبنائي، لأن الرياضة لا تصنع الإنجازات فقط، بل تصنع الشخصية أيضاً. ومن خلال الرماية تعلمت أن التركيز والانضباط والاستمرار يمكن أن تقود الإنسان إلى تحقيق نتائج لم يكن يتوقعها، وأن مواجهة التحديات جزء أساسي من طريق النجاح

بين الأمومة والعمل والرياضة وصناعة المحتوى

كان أكبر تحدٍ واجهته هو الموازنة بين أدواري المختلفة كأم وموظفة وسيدة أعمال وصانعة محتوى ورياضية، فكل دور من هذه الأدوار يحمل مسؤولياته وتحدياته، وتحقيق التوازن بينها يحتاج إلى الكثير من الصبر والالتزام والتنظيم. وقد تعلمت أن النجاح يحتاج إلى صبر والتزام وعدم الاستسلام، وأن أؤمن بنفسي حتى في أصعب الظروف، وتمكنت من تجاوز التحديات بالعمل والاجتهاد، والأهم بأنني لم أتوقف عن التعلم والتطور

المرأة الإماراتية.. طموح بلا حدود

تؤمن بأن المرأة الإماراتية اليوم قادرة على الإبداع في مختلف المجالات، فقد أثبتت حضورها في قطاعات متعددة وأصبحت شريكاً أساسياً في التنمية والنجاح. ونحن محظوظات بالدعم الكبير الذي تقدمه دولة الإمارات للمرأة، وهو ما جعل سقف الطموح مفتوحاً أمامنا جميعاً، فالمرأة الإماراتية تمتلك اليوم الفرصة لخوض مختلف المجالات، وتطوير نفسها، وتحقيق طموحاتها، وأن تكون شريكة حقيقية في بناء مستقبل وطنها

عندما تحولت كلمة محبطة إلى دافع للانتصار

من أكثر المواقف التي لا أنساها عندما شاركت في أول بطولة للرماية، وقال لي أحد الأشخاص: «اتركي الرماية للرجال»، وكانت تلك الكلمات تحدياً بالنسبة لي، وفي البطولة نفسها حققت المركز الأول على جميع الفئات المشاركة. وقد كان ذلك الموقف درساً مهماً بالنسبة لي، إذ أدركت ألا أجعل كلام الآخرين يحدد ما أستطيع تحقيقه، ومنذ ذلك الوقت أصبحت أكثر إيماناً بأن الإنسان هو من يحدد قدراته، وليس آراء الآخرين، فما قد يراه البعض مستحيلاً قد يكون بالنسبة لنا بداية تحدٍ جديد وفرصة لإثبات ما نستطيع تحقيقه

الإيمان بالنفس.. ودعم وطن آمن بقدرات المرأة

أؤمن بأن الإنسان هو الداعم الأول لنفسه، ولذلك كنت دائماً أشجع نفسي وأعمل على تطويرها، وكان الإيمان بالنفس والاستمرار في التعلم والرغبة في التطور من العوامل الأساسية التي ساعدتني في مسيرتي. كما أن الفضل بعد الله يعود إلى دولة الإمارات وقيادتنا الرشيدة التي لم تدخر جهداً في دعم المرأة وتمكينها في مختلف المجالات، مما منحنا الفرصة لنحلم وننجح ونصل إلى ما نطمح إليه

لكل فتاة وامرأة: ابدئي.. وستجدين الأبواب مفتوحة

رسالتي لكل فتاة ولكل امرأة تعيش على أرض الإمارات هي أن تؤمن بنفسها وبقدراتها، فلا يوجد حلم بعيد المنال إذا اجتمع الطموح مع العمل. فدولة الإمارات تؤمن بالمرأة وتدعمها، وما عليها سوى أن تبدأ وتسعى، وستجد الأبواب مفتوحة أمامها بإذن الله. ولا ينبغي انتظار الظروف المثالية حتى تبدأ، فالكثير من الأحلام تبدأ بخطوة صغيرة، ومع الإصرار والعمل يمكن أن تتحول إلى إنجازات حقيقية.

طموحات لا تعرف سقفاً

طموحاتي كثيرة وما زلت في بداية الطريق، وأسعى دائماً إلى أن أكون أفضل مما كنت عليه بالأمس، وأن أواصل تطوير نفسي ومشاريعي في مختلف المجالات. فقد تربينا في دولة الإمارات على أن نكون دائماً في القمة، ولذلك لا أضع سقفاً لطموحاتي، وأؤمن بأن كل هدف أحققه يمكن أن يكون بداية لهدف أكبر، وأن رحلة التطور لا تتوقف عند مرحلة معينة

أتوجه بجزيل الشكر والعرفان إلى قيادتنا الرشيدة التي جعلت من المرأة الإماراتية قصة نجاح تُروى للعالم، وإلى سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك «أم الإمارات» التي كانت وما زالت الداعم الأول لمسيرة المرأة وتمكينها. كما أشكر كل امرأة آمنت بنفسها وسعت إلى تحقيق أحلامها، فنجاح المرأة هو نجاح للمجتمع بأكمله، وأقول لكل امرأة: لا تقللي أبداً من قدراتك، فكل خطوة صغيرة اليوم قد تكون إنجازاً عظيماً غداً

يعني لي شعار «بنظهر أقوى والأفضل» أن المرأة الإماراتية قادرة دائماً على التطور وتجاوز التحديات، وأن قوتها تظهر في قدرتها على تحقيق التوازن بين نفسها وأسرتها وعملها وخدمة وطنها. وعلى المستوى الشخصي، يدفعني الشعار إلى أن أكون أفضل، وعلى المستوى الأسري إلى أن أكون مصدر دعم وقدوة لأبنائي، وعلى المستوى المهني إلى أن أستمر في التعلم والإنجاز، أما وطنياً، فأشعر بالفخر لأنني ابنة وطن آمن بالمرأة ومنحها الثقة والفرص لتكون شريكة حقيقية في مسيرة التنمية

إلى كل امرأة تطمح لأن تكون من الأقوى والأفضل

رسالتي لكل امرأة هي ألا تقارن نفسها بغيرها، وألا تستهين بأي خطوة صغيرة تخطوها، فالقوة ليست فقط في النجاح، بل في الاستمرار بعد التعب، وفي الإيمان بالنفس، وفي القدرة على النهوض من جديد. كوني طموحة، وطوري نفسك، وكوني فخورة بهويتك ودورك، لأن كل إنجاز تحققينه يضيف لك ولأسرتك ولمجتمعك ووطنك.
