I did not choose this field because it was simply a career; I chose it because it reflects who I am. From the beginning, I believed that people are the greatest investment we can make, and that the greatest success a person can achieve is to become a reason for changing someone else’s life.
Through my work in education, I witnessed how a single word could restore confidence in a student, how a family could regain balance when they found someone willing to listen, and how a training program could transform the way a leader or young person thinks.
At that moment, I realized that my mission went beyond solving problems; it was about building people. Training and social work became two sides of the same purpose: empowering individuals to discover the best version of themselves.
From Implementing Initiatives to Creating Impact
I believe true achievements are not measured by the number of awards or certificates, but by the impact that remains after the work is completed.
If I were to identify a turning point in my journey, it would be the moment I moved from implementing initiatives to designing and leading them, and from providing solutions to building systems of work that create sustainable impact.
Throughout my journey, I have delivered training programs, led social and educational initiatives, participated in forums and conferences, appeared in the media to share awareness messages, and obtained local and international professional certifications.
However, the achievement I value most is seeing the results of my work reflected in people whose lives have changed, students who regained confidence in themselves, families that became more aware, and leaders who found in training the beginning of a new development journey.
Challenges… A School of Resilience and Perseverance
Every stage of success comes with a price, and that price is often patience and persistence.
One of the greatest challenges I faced was that social work does not always show immediate results. You work with people, and people need time to change and grow.
Balancing my roles as a social specialist, trainer, leader, and researcher also required careful time management and continuous self-development.
However, I learned that challenges are not overcome through strength alone, but through resilience. Whenever I faced an obstacle, I considered it an opportunity to learn, because I believe that people grow through the challenges they face, not only through the successes they achieve.
The Emirati Woman… A True Partner in Shaping the Future
The Emirati woman today no longer seeks to prove her capabilities because she has already proven them.
Today, we see her leading, innovating, managing, researching, participating in decision-making, and contributing to shaping the nation’s future across different sectors.
This achievement did not happen by chance; it is the result of the wise leadership’s vision that believed empowering women is not only a gain for women themselves, but a strength for the entire nation.
As a result, Emirati women have become a global model that combines pride in identity, professional competence, and the ability to compete.
Arab women today also have a historic opportunity to present a modern and balanced model that combines authenticity with innovation, proving that true success does not require abandoning one’s identity, but rather building upon it to reach global horizons.
When Restoring a Person’s Confidence Becomes the Greatest Achievement
Many moments have touched my journey, but the most meaningful ones are not those that ended with recognition; they are those that ended with a smile or renewed hope in someone’s life.
I remember a student who had lost faith in himself before losing interest in education. Difficult family circumstances had made him see school as a place of failure, and he became convinced that leaving education was the natural end of his journey.
At that moment, I realized that my role was not simply to convince him to stay in school, but to restore his belief in himself.
We began a long journey of support, listening, and rebuilding his confidence step by step. Today, as I await his high school results, I feel that his success is not just a number on a grade sheet; it is a victory for a person who was close to giving up on life.
I also remember another student who left school after a series of behavioral issues and disciplinary actions. It would have been easy for our role to end once he left, but I believed that an educational mission does not end at the school gate.
We continued communicating and following up with him until he returned to education through home study and became more stable and confident in his future.
Family, Leadership, and Partnership… The Foundations of Success
After the grace of Allah, my family has been my first source of support. They instilled in me the values of responsibility, dedication, and determination.
I am also deeply grateful for the great trust our leadership has placed in Emirati women. They have made women’s empowerment a national approach and provided opportunities for women to demonstrate their capabilities in various fields, believing that women are essential partners in development, not merely participants.
I am grateful to every leader who gave me an opportunity to learn and take responsibility, because a true leader does not only discover talents; they help create new leaders.
Professionally, every student, every family, and every field experience has been a true school that shaped my personality and strengthened my belief that success is not achieved individually, but through partnership, trust, and working toward a mission greater than ourselves.

My message to every Emirati girl is: do not set your dreams below your capabilities.
Invest in yourself before investing in anything else, because knowledge, experience, and values are the true capital that never loses its value.
Do not wait for someone to give you an opportunity; be prepared when it arrives, and work until your presence becomes a valuable addition wherever you go.
Always remember that true success is not reaching the destination alone, but opening the path for others and leaving an impact behind you, because people are remembered for what they give, not only for what they say.

When I heard the phrase “We Will Always Appear Stronger and Better” from His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, may Allah protect him, I felt it was not merely a slogan, but a national message carrying confidence, determination, and responsibility, calling every individual in this nation to live up to this trust.
To me, this slogan represents responsibility before celebration.
True strength is not measured by positions or individual achievements, but by the ability to continue, create impact, inspire others, and carry responsibility with sincerity.
Personally, it motivates me to continuously develop myself and strive to become the best version of myself.
At the family level, it reminds me that the family is the first foundation for building people, and that women are the cornerstone in planting values and shaping generations.
Professionally, it inspires me to provide initiatives and programs that create sustainable impact in the lives of individuals and institutions.
Nationally, I see it as a reflection of our leadership’s vision that believes empowering women is empowering the nation, and that Emirati women are true partners in shaping the future and responsible for always living up to the trust placed in them.

فصايل محمد عبدالله النيادي أخصائية اجتماعية ومدربة في التدريب والتطوير في مهارات الحياة وباحثة في علم الاجتماع ومستشارة في أسرية. كرّست مسيرتي لبناء الإنسان وتمكين الأفراد وتطوير المؤسسات وتصميم المبادرات المجتمعية والتربوية التي تُحدث أثراً مستداماً في الفرد والمؤسسة والمجتمع. لم تكن رحلتي المهنية محصورة في وظيفة بل في رسالة. فمنذ بداياتي في الميدان التربوي أدركت أن خلف كل سلوك قصة وخلف كل تحدٍ فرصة وأن الإنسان عندما يجد من يؤمن بقدراته يستطيع أن يعيد كتابة مستقبله. لذلك لم يكن هدفي يوماً تقديم حلول مؤقتة أو تنفيذ برامج تنتهي بانتهاء فعالياتها بل صناعة أثر يبقى. انتقلت من معالجة المشكلات إلى بناء المبادرات ومن التدريب إلى تمكين الإنسان ومن تنفيذ الأفكار إلى قيادتها إيماناً بأن الاستثمار الحقيقي يبدأ بالإنسان وأن بناء الوعي والقيم والقدرات هو أعظم استثمار يمكن أن نقدمه لوطننا. واليوم لا أقيس نجاحي بعدد الشهادات أو التكريمات بل بعدد الأشخاص الذين استعادوا ثقتهم بأنفسهم والطلبة الذين عادوا إلى مقاعد الدراسة والأسر التي وجدت طريقها نحو الاستقرار والقيادات التي آمنت بأن الإنسان هو محور التنمية وأن الأثر الإنساني هو الإنجاز الذي يبقى

عندما يصبح الإنسان أعظم مشروع للاستثمار

لم أختر هذا المجال لأنه وظيفة بل لأنه يشبهني. منذ بداياتي كنت أؤمن أن الإنسان هو أعظم مشروع يمكن الاستثمار فيه وأن أعظم نجاح يمكن أن يحققه الإنسان هو أن يكون سبباً في تغيير حياة شخص آخر. في الميدان التربوي رأيت كيف يمكن لكلمة أن تعيد الثقة إلى طالب وكيف يمكن لأسرة أن تستعيد توازنها عندما تجد من يستمع إليها، وكيف يمكن لبرنامج تدريبي أن يغير طريقة تفكير قائد  أو شاب. عندها أدركت أن رسالتي تتجاوز معالجة المشكلات إلى بناء الإنسان وأن التدريب والعمل الاجتماعي وجهان لرسالة واحدة هي تمكين الإنسان ليكتشف أفضل نسخة من نفسه

من تنفيذ المبادرات إلى صناعة الأثر

أؤمن أن الإنجازات الحقيقية لا تُقاس بعدد الجوائز أو الشهادات بل بالأثر الذي يبقى بعد انتهاء العمل. لكن إذا أردت أن أحدد نقطة تحول في مسيرتي فهي اللحظة التي انتقلت فيها من تنفيذ المبادرات إلى تصميمها وقيادتها ومن تقديم الحلول إلى بناء منظومات عمل تحقق أثراً مستداماً. خلال رحلتي قدّمت برامج تدريبية وقادتني المسؤولية إلى قيادة مبادرات اجتماعية وتربوية والمشاركة في ملتقيات ومؤتمرات والظهور الإعلامي لنقل رسائل توعوية والحصول على اعتمادات مهنية محلية ودولية. إلا أن الإنجاز الذي أفتخر به أكثر من غيره هو أنني أصبحت أرى ثمرة عملي في أشخاص تغيرت حياتهم وفي طلبة استعادوا ثقتهم بأنفسهم وأسر أصبحت أكثر وعياً وقيادات وجدت في التدريب بداية لرحلة تطوير جديدة

التحديات.. مدرسة الثبات والاستمرار

كل مرحلة من مراحل النجاح لها ثمن وثمنها غالباً يكون الصبر والاستمرار. من أكبر التحديات التي واجهتها أن العمل الاجتماعي لا تظهر نتائجه بسرعة فأنت تتعامل مع الإنسان والإنسان يحتاج إلى وقت حتى يتغير. كما أن الجمع بين أدواري كأخصائية اجتماعية ومدربة وقائدة وباحثة كان يتطلب إدارة دقيقة للوقت وتطويراً مستمراً للذات. لكنني تعلمت أن التحديات لا تُهزم بالقوة بل بالثبات. وكلما واجهت عقبة كنت أعتبرها فرصة للتعلم لأنني أؤمن أن الإنسان يتطور بقدر ما يواجه من تحديات وليس بقدر ما يعيش من نجاحات

المرأة الإماراتية.. شريك أصيل في صناعة المستقبل

المرأة الإماراتية اليوم لم تعد تسعى لإثبات قدرتها لأنها أثبتتها بالفعل. واليوم نراها تقود وتبتكر وتدير وتبحث وتشارك في صناعة القرار وتسهم في رسم مستقبل الدولة في مختلف القطاعات. وما تحقق لم يكن صدفة بل هو ثمرة رؤية قيادتنا الرشيدة التي آمنت بأن تمكين المرأة ليس مكسباً للمرأة وحدها بل قوة للوطن بأكمله. ولذلك أصبحت المرأة الإماراتية نموذجاً عالمياً يجمع بين الاعتزاز بالهوية والكفاءة المهنية والقدرة على المنافسة. أما المرأة العربية فهي اليوم أمام فرصة تاريخية لتقديم نموذج حضاري يوازن بين الأصالة والتجديد ويثبت أن النجاح الحقيقي لا يعني التخلي عن الهوية بل الانطلاق منها نحو العالمية

حين يصبح استعادة الإنسان لثقته أعظم إنجاز

هناك مواقف كثيرة مرّت بي لكن أكثرها تأثيراً ليست تلك التي انتهت بتكريم بل تلك التي انتهت بابتسامة أو أمل عاد إلى إنسان. أتذكر طالباً كان قد فقد إيمانه بنفسه قبل أن يفقد اهتمامه بالدراسة. كانت ظروفه الأسرية القاسية قد جعلته يرى المدرسة مكاناً للفشل وأصبح مقتنعاً بأن ترك مقعد الدراسة هو النهاية الطبيعية لرحلته. في تلك اللحظة أدركت أن دوري لم يكن أن أقنعه بالبقاء في المدرسة بل أن أعيد إليه إيمانه بنفسه. بدأنا رحلة طويلة من الاحتواء والاستماع وبناء ثقته بنفسه خطوة بخطوة. واليوم، وأنا أنتظر إعلان نتائج الثانوية العامة أشعر أن نجاحه ليس رقماً في كشف الدرجات بل انتصار لإنسان كاد أن يستسلم للحياة. وأتذكر أيضاً طالباً غادر المدرسة بعد سلسلة من المخالفات والإجراءات المدرسية. كان من السهل أن ينتهي دورنا عند خروجه لكنني كنت أؤمن أن الرسالة التربوية لا تنتهي عند بوابة المدرسة. واصلنا التواصل والمتابعة حتى عاد إلى مسار التعليم من خلال الدراسة المنزلية وأصبح أكثر استقراراً وإيماناً بمستقبله

الأسرة والقيادة والشراكة.. ركائز النجاح

بعد توفيق الله سبحانه وتعالى كانت أسرتي هي السند الأول فهي من غرست في داخلي قيم المسؤولية والاجتهاد والإصرار. كما أعتز بالثقة الكبيرة التي أولتها قيادتنا الرشيدة للمرأة الإماراتية فقد جعلت من تمكين المرأة نهجاً وطنياً ومنحتها المساحة لتثبت كفاءتها في مختلف المجالات إيماناً بأن المرأة شريك رئيس في صناعة التنمية وليست مجرد مشاركة فيها. وأدين بالفضل لكل قائد منحني فرصة للتعلم وتحمل المسؤولية لأن القائد الحقيقي لا يكتشف الطاقات فقط بل يصنع منها قيادات جديدة. أما على المستوى المهني فقد كان كل طالب وكل أسرة وكل موقف ميداني مدرسة حقيقية شكلت شخصيتي ورسخت في داخلي قناعة بأن النجاح لا يتحقق بالعمل الفردي وإنما بالشراكة والثقة والعمل من أجل رسالة أكبر من الأشخاص

إلى كل فتاة إماراتية.. لا تجعلي سقف أحلامك أقل من إمكاناتك

رسالتي لكل فتاة إماراتية هي: لا تجعلي سقف أحلامك أقل من إمكاناتك. استثمري في نفسك قبل أن تستثمري في أي شيء آخر لأن العلم والخبرة والمحافظة على القيم هي رأس المال الحقيقي الذي لا يفقد قيمته. لا تنتظري من يمنحك الفرصة بل كوني مستعدة لها عندما تأتي واعملي حتى يصبح وجودك إضافة في كل مكان تدخلينه. وتذكري دائماً أن النجاح الحقيقي ليس أن تصلي وحدك، بل أن تفتحي الطريق لغيرك وأن يكون لك أثر يبقى بعدك لأن الإنسان يُذكر بما قدم لا بما قال. (وهذا هو الشيخ زايد لم يقف العالم عن ذكره رحمه الله عليه)

طموح يتجاوز المنصب إلى رسالة وأثر

طموحي لا يرتبط بمنصب فقط بل برسالة و أثر ترى بالعين. أسعى إلى أن أكون مرجعاً وطنياً في التدريب والتطوير المؤسسي والتنمية الاجتماعية وأن أمثل دولتي الامارات العربية المتحدة في المحافل الداخلية والخارجية بصورة مشرفة ومشرقة للمرأة الاماراتية. كذلك أن أساهم في إعداد قيادات تمتلك الفكر والقيم والقدرة على صناعة الأثر. وأطمح إلى تطوير برامج تدريبية نوعية وإطلاق مبادرات مجتمعية مستدامة وبناء منصات معرفية تسهم في نقل الخبرات الإماراتية إلى المستويين الإقليمي والدولي لأنني أؤمن أن المعرفة عندما تُشارك تتحول إلى أثر. والأثر هو الاستثمار الحقيقي الذي يبقى للأجيال القادمة

الأثر الإنساني هو الإنجاز الذي يبقى

في يوم المرأة الإماراتية أقف بكل فخر وامتنان أمام وطن جعل تمكين المرأة واقعاً نعيشه لا شعاراً نردده. أتوجه بخالص الشكر إلى قيادتنا الرشيدة التي آمنت بالمرأة الإماراتية واستثمرت في تعليمها وتمكينها حتى أصبحت اليوم نموذجاً مشرفاً في مختلف الميادين. كما أشكر كل أسرة دعمت ابنتها وكل قائد منح امرأة فرصة لتثبت كفاءتها لأن بناء الإنسان مسؤولية مشتركة. ورسالتي لكل امرأة هي: لا تجعلي نجاحك يقاس بعدد المناصب التي وصلتِ إليها بل بعدد الأشخاص الذين تغيرت حياتهم لأنك كنتِ جزءاً منها. فالأثر الإنساني هو الإنجاز الذي يبقى عندما تنتهي كل الإنجازات الأخرى

الإمارات.. وطن نحمله في الضمير

الإمارات ليست مجرد وطن نحمله في الهوية بل وطن نحمله في الضمير. هي قصة قيادة آمنت بالإنسان فصنعت من الصحراء نموذجاً عالمياً في التنمية ومن الحلم واقعاً يعيشه كل من ينتمي إلى هذه الأرض. وأرى أن حب الوطن لا يُقاس بحجم الكلمات بل بجودة العمل والإخلاص في الأداء واحترام القيم والهوية الوطنية والحرص على أن نعكس صورة الإمارات أينما كنا فنحن محط الانظار فلا نرضى الا بما يميزنا. والمرأة الإماراتية تجسد هذا الحب في كل دور تؤديه فهي تبني الأسرة وتصنع المعرفة وتقود المؤسسات، وتشارك في الابتكار وتحمل رسالة الإمارات إلى العالم بأخلاقها وكفاءتها وإنسانيتها. وسيظل أعظم تعبير عن حب الوطن هو أن نترك أثراً يليق باسم الإمارات وأن يكون كل إنجاز نحققه امتداداً لمسيرة وطنٍ علّم أبناءه أن الطموح لا حدود له

«بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل».. مسؤولية قبل أن تكون شعاراً

عندما سمعت «بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل» بصوت صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، رئيس الدولة، حفظه الله، شعرت أنه لم يكن مجرد شعار، بل رسالة وطنية تحمل في نبرتها الثقة، والعزيمة، والمسؤولية، وتدعو كل فرد في هذا الوطن إلى أن يكون على قدر هذه الثقة. بالنسبة لي يمثل هذا الشعار مسؤولية قبل أن يكون مناسبة للاحتفاء. فالقوة الحقيقية لا تُقاس بالمناصب أو الإنجازات الفردية، بل بالقدرة على الاستمرار، وصناعة الأثر، وإلهام الآخرين، وتحمل المسؤولية بإخلاص. على المستوى الشخصي يدفعني إلى تطوير ذاتي باستمرار والسعي لأن أكون أفضل نسخة من نفسي. وعلى المستوى الأسري يذكرني بأن الأسرة هي النواة الأولى لبناء الإنسان، وأن المرأة هي الركيزة الأساسية في غرس القيم وصناعة الأجيال. أما على المستوى المهني، فهو يحفزني على تقديم مبادرات وبرامج تُحدث أثراً مستداماً في حياة الأفراد والمؤسسات. ووطنياً، أراه انعكاساً لرؤية قيادتنا الرشيدة التي آمنت بأن تمكين المرأة هو تمكين للوطن، وأن المرأة الإماراتية شريك أصيل في صناعة المستقبل ومسؤولة عن أن تكون دائماً على قدر الثقة التي أولتها لها القيادة

لا تبحثي عن التميز بالمقارنة مع الآخرين، بل بالمقارنة مع نفسك كل يوم. استثمري في علمك وطوري مهاراتك وتمسكي بقيمك وهويتك واجعلي أثرك يسبق اسمك. فالقوة الحقيقية هي أن تنهضي بغيرك كما تنهضين بنفسك وأن يكون نجاحك مصدر إلهام وخدمة لوطنك ومجتمعك وأسرتك

تمثل سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك نموذجاً وطنياً استثنائياً جعل تمكين المرأة مشروعاً مستداماً لا مبادرة مؤقتة. لقد منحت المرأة الإماراتية الثقة وفتحت أمامها آفاق التعليم والقيادة والمشاركة، حتى أصبحت شريكاً حقيقياً في مسيرة التنمية. وأتوجه لسموها بخالص الشكر والامتنان فكل إنجاز تحققه المرأة الإماراتية اليوم يحمل بصمة من رؤيتها وإيمانها بقدرات بنات الوطن. ونسأل الله أن يحفظها ويديم عليها الصحة والعطاء وأن تبقى رمزاً للإلهام والتمكين

القوة الحقيقية تُقاس بالأثر

شعار هذا العام “ بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل” ليس دعوة للمنافسة بل دعوة لأن نُظهر أفضل ما فينا من قيم وعلم وعطاء وانتماء. المرأة الإماراتية أثبتت أن القوة تُقاس بالأثر، وأن النجاح الحقيقي هو ما ينعكس على الأسرة والمجتمع والوطن. شكراً لسمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك “أم الإمارات” التي جعلت تمكين المرأة نهجاً وطنياً وألهمت أجيالاً كاملة لتؤمن بأن لا حدود للطموح عندما يقترن بالإخلاص والعلم
