One of the moments that remains deeply memorable for Fatima was when a student was asked at school to write an essay about someone who had influenced his life, and he chose to write about her.

حين يكتب طالب عن أثر معلمته

من أكثر المواقف التي لا تزال عالقة في ذاكرة فاطمة، ذلك اليوم الذي طُلب فيه من أحد الطلاب في المدرسة أن يكتب موضوع تعبير عن شخص أثر في حياته، فاختار أن يكتب عنها. كتب الطالب أن الأستاذة فاطمة الحمادي كانت سبباً في حبه للتطوع، وتغيير نظرته للحياة، واستثمار وقته في أعمال نافعة، حتى أصبح يجمع ساعات تطوعية معتمدة ويشارك في خدمة المجتمع. وعندما قرأت فاطمة ما كتبه، شعرت أن الأثر الحقيقي لا يقاس بعدد المبادرات أو الشهادات، بل عندما ترى إنساناً تغيرت حياته إلى الأفضل بسبب كلمة أو فرصة أو تشجيع قدمته له. وكانت تلك اللحظة من أجمل ما مر بها، ورسخت لديها قناعة بأن الأثر الحقيقي هو ما يبقى في حياة الآخرين
