Saleha is a certified trainer, writer, and volunteer. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources, as well as a Professional Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling, in addition to several diplomas, including Future Foresight, Speech and Communication, Special Education, and Small and Medium Enterprise Management. She also nominated herself for the Federal National Council elections in 2023.
Her professional journey began in the smallest department at Emirates Telecommunications Corporation. Through dedication and hard work, she moved across several departments before settling in the Sales Department, where she started as an employee and later became a department supervisor. This experience taught her the value of discipline and customer service.
She later moved into entrepreneurship, where she had the honor of becoming one of the suppliers for the Khalifa bin Zayed Foundation for Humanitarian and Charitable Works in the Emirate of Ajman and its affiliated areas, including Masfout, Al Nuaimia, and Al Manama. She was also the sole supplier for the Mansour bin Zayed Foundation in Ajman and its affiliated areas.
Driven by her passion for volunteer work, she volunteered with several organizations. One of the most significant milestones in her journey was being appointed Executive Director of the Emirates Association for Friends of Senior Citizens, where she discovered her true mission in serving the “blessing of society.”

Saleha believes that the most important element in life is the human being. Her passion for training and writing began from her belief that words have the power to create change, and that training can build individuals and develop their abilities.
When she entered the field of community work and serving senior citizens, she felt that she had found the space where she could combine her administrative experience with her humanitarian values, transforming her knowledge and experiences into meaningful service for people and society.

From Corporate Work to Community Service… A Turning Point That Shaped Her Mission
The greatest turning point in Saleha’s journey was her transition from the corporate sector to community and volunteer work. Taking on the role of Executive Director of the Emirates Association for Friends of Senior Citizens was both an honor and a responsibility.
Among the achievements she takes pride in is becoming an approved supplier for two major charitable organizations, as well as launching programs and initiatives within the association aimed at integrating senior citizens into society and promoting the concept of “active ageing.”
She believes this stage represented an important transformation in her life because it gave her the opportunity to directly serve a respected segment of society and create a tangible impact in their lives.

Challenges… Opportunities for Learning and Growth
The greatest challenge Saleha faced was moving from a corporate environment to the charitable sector, which requires patience, flexibility, and the ability to manage limited resources. However, she was able to overcome these challenges through belief in her mission, teamwork, and continuous learning as a trainer and life coach.
She believes that every obstacle she encountered was an opportunity for learning, and that challenges are not always barriers; they can become milestones that build experience, strengthen character, and open new doors for growth and development.

One of the moments that remains deeply memorable for Saleha was when a mother at the association told her that she had inspired her to undertake many initiatives.

صالحة فرج العليلي مدربة معتمدة، وكاتبة، ومتطوعة، حاصلة على بكالوريوس إدارة أعمال في الموارد البشرية وماجستير مهني في التوجيه والإرشاد، إلى جانب عدد من الدبلومات، من أبرزها دبلوم استشراف المستقبل، والنطق والكلام، والتربية الخاصة، وإدارة المشاريع المتوسطة والصغيرة. كما رشحت نفسها لانتخابات المجلس الوطني الاتحادي عام 2023. بدأت رحلتها المهنية في أصغر قسم في مؤسسة الإمارات للاتصالات، وبفضل الجد والاجتهاد انتقلت إلى عدة أقسام، قبل أن تستقر في قسم المبيعات كموظفة ثم مسؤولة قسم، حيث تعلمت قيمة الانضباط وخدمة المتعامل. وبعد ذلك انتقلت إلى ريادة الأعمال، وكان لها شرف أن تكون أحد الموردين لمؤسسة خليفة بن زايد للأعمال الخيرية والإنسانية في إمارة عجمان والمناطق التابعة لها، مصفوت والنعيمية والمنامة، كما كانت المورد الوحيد لمؤسسة منصور بن زايد في إمارة عجمان والمناطق التابعة لها. وبحكم شغفها بالعمل التطوعي، تطوعت في عدة جهات، وكان من أبرز محطاتها اختيارها مديراً تنفيذياً لجمعية الإمارات لأصدقاء كبار المواطنين، حيث وجدت رسالتها الحقيقية في خدمة «بركة المجتمع

تؤمن صالحة العليلي بأن أهم ما في الحياة هو الإنسان، وأن شغفها بالتدريب والكتابة انطلق من إيمانها بأن الكلمة قادرة على التغيير، وأن التدريب قادر على بناء الإنسان وتطوير قدراته. وعندما دخلت مجال العمل المجتمعي وخدمة كبار المواطنين، شعرت بأنها وجدت المجال الذي تستطيع من خلاله أن تجمع بين خبرتها الإدارية وقلبها الإنساني، وأن تحول معرفتها وتجاربها إلى خدمة حقيقية للناس والمجتمع

من القطاع المؤسسي إلى العمل المجتمعي.. نقطة تحول صنعت رسالتها

كانت أكبر نقطة تحول في مسيرة صالحة العليلي انتقالها من القطاع المؤسسي إلى العمل المجتمعي والتطوعي، حيث كان توليها منصب المدير التنفيذي لجمعية الإمارات لأصدقاء كبار المواطنين شرفاً ومسؤولية في الوقت ذاته. ومن الإنجازات التي تفخر بها أن تكون مورداً معتمداً لمؤسستين خيريتين كبيرتين، إلى جانب إطلاق برامج ومبادرات داخل الجمعية تستهدف دمج كبار المواطنين وتحقيق مفهوم «الشيخوخة النشطة» لهم، مؤكدة أن هذه المرحلة شكلت انتقالاً مهماً في حياتها، لأنها منحتها فرصة مباشرة لخدمة فئة عزيزة على المجتمع وصناعة أثر ملموس في حياتهم

كان التحدي الأكبر الذي واجهته صالحة العليلي هو الانتقال من بيئة الشركات إلى بيئة الجمعيات الخيرية، بما تتطلبه من صبر ومرونة وقدرة على إدارة موارد محدودة، إلا أنها تمكنت من تجاوز هذه التحديات من خلال الإيمان بالرسالة، والعمل الجماعي، والتعلم المستمر بصفتها مدربة ولايف كوتش. وترى أن كل عقبة مرت بها كانت فرصة للتعلم، وأن التحديات لا تكون دائماً عوائق، بل يمكن أن تتحول إلى محطات تصنع الخبرة وتقوي الشخصية وتفتح أبواباً جديدة للتطور

من أكثر المواقف التي لا تزال عالقة في ذاكرة صالحة العليلي موقف حدث معها في الجمعية، عندما أخبرتها إحدى الأمهات بأنها ألهمتها للقيام بالعديد من الأعمال. وفي تلك اللحظة أدركت أن المنصب ليس امتيازاً، بل تكليف ومسؤولية، وأن الابتسامة التي تستطيع أن ترسمها على وجه كبار المواطنين قد تكون أكبر إنجاز يمكن أن يحققه الإنسان، مؤكدة أن الأثر الحقيقي لا يقاس دائماً بالأرقام أو المناصب، بل بما يتركه الإنسان في نفوس الآخرين

دعاء الوالدين وقيادة آمنت بالمرأة وكبار المواطنين معلموها

توجه صالحة العليلي رسالتها إلى بنات زايد بأنهن المستقبل، داعية إياهن إلى التعلم والتدريب وصناعة التأثير، وألا يخشين البدء في سن مبكرة. وتؤكد أن الدولة وفرت لهن الفرص، وأن دورهن هو أن يصنعن الفرق ويثبتن قدرتهن على تحمل المسؤولية، سواء كن كاتبات أو مدربات أو رائدات أعمال أو متطوعات، لأن بصمة كل امرأة مطلوبة، وكل جهد مخلص يمكن أن يسهم في بناء المجتمع والوطن

طموحها.. جودة حياة لكبار المواطنين وتوثيق حكمتهم

تتمثل طموحات صالحة العليلي في مواصلة العمل من خلال الجمعية للوصول إلى كل كبير مواطن في الدولة، والمساهمة في تحقيق جودة حياة أفضل لهم، إلى جانب العمل على مشاريع تهدف إلى التمكين الرقمي لكبار السن. وعلى المستوى الشخصي، تطمح إلى كتابة كتاب يجمع قصص كبار المواطنين وحكمتهم، إيماناً منها بأن تجاربهم تمثل ثروة إنسانية ومعرفية تستحق أن تُوثق وتصل إلى الأجيال القادمة

الإمارات.. الحضن الدافيء والأمن والأمان وقيم زايد
