Source of Inspiration
Since the beginning of my professional journey, I have believed that the greatest investment a person can make is investing in themselves. Throughout more than 25 years of working in human resources, employee relations, training, and development, I realized that knowledge alone is not enough. Awareness, inspiration, and human support are what truly make a difference in people’s lives.
For me, training has always been a mission before being a profession; a mission focused on empowering individuals, helping them discover their abilities, and becoming the best version of themselves.
As for the “Sada” podcast, it was born from my belief in the power of words and the impact of stories. I wanted to create a platform where inspiring human experiences and life lessons could be shared—stories that could leave a positive impact or inspire someone to take a new step in their life.
From the same passion, “Mada” was created because I believe that community events and initiatives are not merely activities; they are real opportunities to build bridges between people, strengthen human values, and create sustainable impact in society.
Simply put, what inspires me is people—their growth, awareness, emotions, and their ability to create positive change in their own lives and the lives of others.

The Biggest Challenges
One of the greatest challenges I faced was balancing my responsibilities as a mother with my professional journey, personal projects in training, podcasting, and community work. Time was a real challenge, and I had to learn how to balance all these roles without neglecting any of them.
In terms of support, the reality is that I did not receive clear encouragement or rejection. There was a kind of silence. No one said, “Continue,” and no one said, “Do not do it.” Therefore, I had to find motivation from within.
I believed in the idea and the message I wanted to deliver, and that belief gave me the strength to continue despite the absence of immediate feedback. I learned that silence does not necessarily mean a lack of acceptance. Sometimes, we must take the first step ourselves and build confidence through our work, consistency, and results.
Over time, people began to recognize the value and impact of what I offered. The greatest lesson I learned from this journey is that passion and belief in a mission can be stronger than any external encouragement, and that success begins when you believe in yourself—even in moments when you do not hear applause from anyone.

The Role of Women Amid Opportunities and Development
I believe women today are experiencing an exceptional era of empowerment and opportunities, especially in the UAE, which has created a supportive environment enabling women to actively participate in various fields, including leadership, business, innovation, entrepreneurship, and community service.
I believe a woman’s role is not limited to professional achievements; it extends to raising generations, creating awareness, and strengthening human values within families and society.
A woman can be a leader at work, a nurturer at home, an influential figure in her community, and a contributor to positive change around her.
With rapid developments and modern technology, opportunities have become greater than ever to reach people, share knowledge and experiences, and launch meaningful initiatives and projects.
Therefore, I believe our responsibility today is not only to benefit from these opportunities but also to use them to create sustainable positive impact.
My message to every woman is: Do not wait for perfect circumstances or everyone’s approval. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and begin with small steps toward what you believe in.
Every great achievement started with an idea, and every beautiful impact began with someone who believed in their mission and continued pursuing it.
True success is not measured only by what a woman achieves for herself, but by the impact she leaves in the lives of others and the values she passes on to future generations.

An Inspiring Childhood Memory That Remains in Her Heart
One of the moments that remains deeply rooted in my memory goes back to my childhood, when I would always ask my father:
“What will I become when I grow up? Where will I work?”
At that time, during the 1980s, the expected options for girls were limited. My father would answer:
“Maybe a teacher, an educator, or a homemaker.”
But I was not satisfied with that answer. I would ask again:
“I want to work in the same place where you work.”
He would smile and say:
“No, women do not work there. Everyone there is a man.”
Years passed, and that little girl who asked so many questions grew up. Over time, opportunities changed, society developed, and new doors opened for Emirati women.
In 2001, I joined the same company where my father worked—the very company he once told me had no women employees.
I would always smile and tell him:
“Do you remember when I was little and told you I wanted to work where you worked? Look how God made that dream come true.”
This moment taught me that the small dreams we carry in our hearts as children can one day become reality, and that what seems impossible at one stage can become achievable with determination, changing circumstances, and available opportunities.
That is why I always believe we should never underestimate our children’s dreams—or our own dreams—because the future may be more beautiful and greater than we imagine.

People and Factors That Shaped Her Success
Without a doubt, my parents were my greatest supporters and had the deepest influence on my life. My father and mother, may God preserve them, instilled in me from a young age the values of hard work, commitment, respect for others, and sincerity.
I learned from them that success is not measured only by positions or achievements, but by morals, values, and the positive impact we leave on people’s lives.
My father taught me ambition and discipline, while my mother taught me patience, giving, and strength in facing challenges.
What I am today, after God’s blessings, is the result of the values and upbringing they planted within me.
My family and children have also been a source of inspiration and motivation to continue growing and developing. Every experience I have gone through—whether success or challenge—has contributed to shaping my personality and strengthening my expertise.
The greatest factor in my journey, however, is the United Arab Emirates and its wise leadership. We have been blessed with a safe and ambitious nation that provided us with opportunities for learning, growth, empowerment, and innovation.
What I have achieved today would not have been possible without the vision of our leaders who believed in Emirati men and women, invested in them, and opened doors for education, work, development, and creativity.
I believe success does not come from one person or one factor. It is the result of good upbringing, family support, national empowerment, visionary leadership, personal effort, and a belief that learning and development are lifelong journeys.
I always say: We are fortunate to be children of this nation. Every achievement we accomplish is a result of leadership that believed in its people and gave them the opportunity to dream, work hard, and transform dreams into reality.

Message to Emirati Women
Do not wait for everyone’s encouragement. Some dreams begin quietly, and some successes are born from believing in yourself before others recognize you.
Believe in your abilities, invest in your personal development, continue learning, and do not fear trying or making mistakes.
Every experience carries a lesson, and every challenge creates a stronger and more mature version of yourself.
At the same time, remember that true success should not come at the expense of your values, family, or identity.
Be ambitious, but preserve your authenticity, morals, and humanity, because these are the greatest qualities that define the Emirati woman and give her true strength.

In the next stage of my journey, I aspire to expand the impact of my initiatives and community projects to reach a wider segment of society, using my professional and personal experiences to provide content and initiatives that contribute to human development and enhance quality of life.
Regarding the “Sada” dialogue platform, I hope it becomes an inspiring platform dedicated to documenting meaningful human stories and hosting individuals from different fields to share their experiences and life lessons, contributing to awareness, knowledge, and inspiring future generations.
I also aspire to expand the platform to include dialogue sessions, community gatherings, and development programs that create real impact in people’s lives.
As for “Mada,” my ambition is for it to grow into a leading community organization focused on designing and implementing sustainable initiatives and programs that serve different segments of society, strengthen social connections, empower individuals, and support humanitarian and developmental causes.
My greatest ambition remains to leave a positive impact on people’s lives, inspire others, and witness ideas that started as small dreams transform into projects that create meaningful change in society.

One of the moments that remains deeply engraved in my memory was when I was a student at the Higher Colleges of Technology in 1997 and had the honor of meeting Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, “Mother of the Emirates.”
During her visit, she was keen to meet with female students, understand our interests and ambitions, and ask us about the books we read in the college library, how we prepared for the future, and how we developed our skills to enter the workforce.
That visit left a profound impact on me. At that stage of our lives, we felt that our leadership believed in us, invested in us, and recognized our abilities.
It showed us that women’s education and development were not just slogans, but a genuine commitment and direct attention.
I still remember that moment and the confidence and enthusiasm it planted within us. It made us feel that we had a responsibility toward ourselves and our nation, and that education and continuous development are the path toward building the future.
Since then, I have viewed the Emirati woman as envisioned by “Mother of the Emirates”: an educated, ambitious, influential woman capable of balancing professional success with humanitarian and community roles.
That meeting was not just a beautiful memory; it became a continuous source of inspiration throughout my life.

منذ بداية مسيرتي المهنية، كنت أؤمن بأن أعظم استثمار يمكن للإنسان أن يقوم به هو الاستثمار في الإنسان نفسه. وخلال أكثر من 25 عامًا من العمل في مجال الموارد البشرية  علاقات الموظفين والتدريب والتطوير، أدركت أن المعرفة وحدها لا تكفي، بل إن الوعي والإلهام والدعم الإنساني هي التي تصنع الفرق الحقيقي في حياة الناس، لذلك كان التدريب بالنسبة لي رسالة قبل أن يكون مهنة؛ رسالة تهدف إلى تمكين الأفراد ومساعدتهم على اكتشاف قدراتهم وتحقيق أفضل نسخة من أنفسهم

أما بودكاست “صدى” فقد جاء من إيماني بقوة الكلمة وأثر القصة. أردت أن أخلق مساحة تُشارك فيها التجارب الإنسانية الملهمة والدروس الحياتية التي قد تترك أثرًا إيجابيًا أو تلهم شخصًا لاتخاذ خطوة جديدة في حياته، ومن هذا الشغف نفسه وُلدت “مدى”، لأنني أؤمن أن الفعاليات والمبادرات المجتمعية ليست مجرد أنشطة، بل فرص حقيقية لبناء جسور التواصل بين الناس وتعزيز القيم الإنسانية وإحداث أثر مستدام في المجتمع، ببساطة، ما يلهمني هو الإنسان؛ نموه، ووعيه، ومشاعره، وقدرته على صناعة أثر إيجابي في حياته وحياة من حوله

أبرز التحديات

من أكبر التحديات التي واجهتها التوفيق بين مسؤولياتي كأم، ومسيرتي المهنية، ومشاريعي الشخصية في التدريب والبودكاست والعمل المجتمعي. الوقت كان تحديًا حقيقيًا، وكان عليّ أن أتعلم كيف أوازن بين جميع هذه الأدوار دون أن أقصر في أي جانب منها، أما من ناحية الدعم، فالحقيقة أنني لم أتلقَّ تشجيعًا أو رفضًا بشكل واضح، بل كان هناك نوع من الصمت. لم يكن هناك من يقول “استمري” أو “لا تفعلي”، ولذلك كان عليّ أن أجد الدافع من داخلي. كنت أؤمن بالفكرة وبالرسالة التي أريد إيصالها، وهذا الإيمان هو الذي منحني الاستمرار رغم غياب ردود الفعل، تعلمت أن الصمت لا يعني بالضرورة عدم القبول، وأحيانًا يكون علينا أن نأخذ الخطوة الأولى بأنفسنا، وأن نصنع الثقة من خلال العمل والاستمرارية والنتائج. ومع الوقت، بدأ الناس يرون الأثر والقيمة فيما أقدمه، أكثر ما تعلمته من هذه الرحلة هو أن الشغف والإيمان بالرسالة قد يكونان أقوى من أي تشجيع خارجي، وأن النجاح يبدأ عندما تؤمن بنفسك حتى في اللحظات التي لا تسمع فيها تصفيقًا من أحد

دور المرأة في ظل التطورات والفرص المتاحة

أرى أن المرأة اليوم تعيش مرحلة استثنائية من التمكين والفرص، خصوصًا في دولة الإمارات التي وفرت بيئة داعمة تُمكّن المرأة من المشاركة الفاعلة في مختلف المجالات، من القيادة والأعمال إلى الابتكار وريادة الأعمال والعمل المجتمعي، وأؤمن أن دور المرأة لا يقتصر على تحقيق الإنجازات المهنية فقط، بل يمتد إلى بناء الأجيال، وصناعة الوعي، وتعزيز القيم الإنسانية داخل الأسرة والمجتمع. فالمرأة قادرة على أن تكون قائدة في عملها، ومربية في بيتها، ومؤثرة في مجتمعها، وصانعة للتغيير في محيطها، وفي ظل التطورات المتسارعة والتكنولوجيا الحديثة، أصبحت الفرص أكبر من أي وقت مضى للوصول إلى الناس ومشاركة المعرفة والخبرات وإطلاق المبادرات والمشاريع الهادفة. لذلك أرى أن المسؤولية اليوم لا تقتصر على الاستفادة من هذه الفرص، بل على توظيفها لصناعة أثر إيجابي ومستدام، أما رسالتي لكل امرأة: لا تنتظري الظروف المثالية أو موافقة الجميع، آمني بنفسك وبقدراتك، وابدئي بخطوات صغيرة نحو ما تؤمنين به. فكل إنجاز كبير بدأ بفكرة، وكل أثر جميل بدأ بشخص آمن برسالته واستمر في السعي لتحقيقها، وأؤمن أن نجاح المرأة الحقيقي لا يُقاس بما تحققه لنفسها فقط، بل بالأثر الذي تتركه في حياة الآخرين، وبالقيم التي تنقلها للأجيال القادمة

قصة أو موقف ملهم من التجربة لا يزال عالقا في الذاكرة

من أكثر المواقف التي لا تزال عالقة في ذاكرتي منذ الطفولة، أنني كنت دائمًا أسأل والدي: “شو بصير لما أكبر؟ وين بشتغل؟”، في ذلك الوقت، خلال الثمانينات، كانت الخيارات المتوقعة للفتاة محدودة، فكان والدي يجيبني: “يمكن مدرسة، أو معلمة، أو ربة منزل.” لكنني لم أكن أقتنع بالإجابة، وأعود لأسأله: “أنا أبغي أشتغل في مكان عملك”، فكان يبتسم ويقول: “لا، ما في حريم يشتغلون عندنا، كلهم رجال”، مرت السنوات، وكبرت تلك الطفلة التي كانت تطرح الكثير من الأسئلة، ومع مرور الوقت تغيرت الفرص وتطورت الدولة، وفتحت أبواب جديدة أمام المرأة الإماراتية. وفي عام 2001 التحقت بالعمل في نفس الشركة التي كان يعمل فيها والدي، الشركة نفسها التي كان يقول لي في طفولتي إنه لا توجد فيها نساء، ودائمًا ما كنت أقول له مبتسمة: “تذكر يوم كنت صغيرة وأقول لك أبغي أشتغل في مكان عملك؟ شفت كيف؟ الله حقق الحلم”.. هذا الموقف علّمني أن الأحلام الصغيرة التي نسكنها في قلوبنا ونحن أطفال قد تصبح يومًا حقيقة، وأن ما يبدو مستحيلًا في مرحلة معينة قد يصبح واقعًا مع الإصرار وتغير الظروف وتوفر الفرص، لذلك أؤمن دائمًا أن علينا ألا نستهين بأحلام أطفالنا، ولا بأحلامنا نحن أيضًا، فربما يكون المستقبل أجمل وأوسع مما نتخيل

الأشخاص والعوامل التي كانت لها الأثر في النجاح والمسيرة

بلا شك، كان والداي هما الداعم الأكبر والأثر الأعمق في حياتي. والدي ووالدتي، الله يحفظهما ويطيل في عمرهما، غرسا فيّ منذ الصغر قيم الاجتهاد والالتزام واحترام الآخرين والعمل بإخلاص. تعلمت منهما أن النجاح لا يُقاس بالمناصب أو الإنجازات فقط، بل بالأخلاق والقيم والأثر الطيب الذي نتركه في حياة الناس

والدي علمني الطموح والانضباط، ووالدتي علمتني الصبر والعطاء والقوة في مواجهة التحديات. وما أنا عليه اليوم، بعد فضل الله، هو ثمرة التربية الصالحة والقيم التي زرعاها في داخلي. كما أن أسرتي وأبنائي كانوا وما زالوا مصدر إلهام ودافع للاستمرار والتطور، وكل تجربة مررت بها، سواء كانت نجاحًا أو تحديًا، ساهمت في تشكيل شخصيتي وصقل خبرتي

أما العامل الأهم في مسيرتي، فهو دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وقيادتها الرشيدة. فقد حظينا بوطن آمن وطموح، وفر لنا فرصًا كبيرة للتعلم والنمو والتمكين. وما وصلت إليه اليوم لم يكن ليتحقق لولا رؤية قادتنا وشيوخنا الذين آمنوا بالإنسان الإماراتي، واستثمروا فيه، وفتحوا أمامه أبواب التعليم والعمل والتطوير والابتكار

كما كان للأنظمة المؤسسية وبيئات العمل التي عملت فيها دور كبير في ترسيخ ثقافة التعلم المستمر والتطوير الذاتي، وتعزيز قيم الجدية والاجتهاد، وأؤمن أن النجاح لا يأتي من شخص أو عامل واحد، بل هو حصيلة تربية صالحة، ودعم أسرة، وتمكين وطن، ورؤية قيادة، واجتهاد شخصي، وإيمان بأن التعلم والتطوير رحلة مستمرة لا تتوقف، وأقول دائمًا: نحن محظوظون بأننا أبناء هذا الوطن؛ فكل إنجاز نحققه هو ثمرة قيادة آمنت بأبنائها وبناتها، ومنحتهم الفرصة ليحلموا، ويجتهدوا، ويحولوا أحلامهم إلى واقع

الرسالة للمرأة الإماراتية

لا تنتظري أن يأتيكِ التشجيع من الجميع، فبعض الأحلام تبدأ في صمت، وبعض النجاحات تولد من إيمانك بنفسك قبل أن يراها الآخرون. ثقي بقدراتك، واستثمري في تطوير ذاتك، وتعلمي باستمرار، ولا تخشي التجربة أو الوقوع في الخطأ، فكل تجربة تحمل درسًا، وكل تحدٍ يصنع منكِ نسخة أقوى وأكثر نضجًا، وفي الوقت ذاته، تذكري أن النجاح الحقيقي لا يكون على حساب قيمك أو أسرتك أو هويتك. كوني طموحة، لكن حافظي على أصالتك وأخلاقك وإنسانيتك، فهي أعظم ما يميز المرأة الإماراتية ويمنحها قوتها الحقيقية، وأؤمن دائمًا أن أحلام اليوم قد تصبح إنجازات الغد، إذا اقترنت بالإيمان والعمل والاجتهاد

أطمح في المرحلة القادمة إلى توسيع أثر مبادراتي ومشاريعي المجتمعية لتصل إلى شريحة أكبر من المجتمع، وأن أستثمر خبرتي المهنية والإنسانية في تقديم محتوى ومبادرات تساهم في تطوير الإنسان وتعزيز جودة الحياة، أما بالنسبة إلى منصة “صدى” الحوارية، فأطمح إلى أن تصبح منصة ملهمة تُعنى بتوثيق القصص والتجارب الإنسانية الملهمة، واستضافة شخصيات من مختلف المجالات لمشاركة خبراتهم ودروسهم الحياتية، بما يساهم في نشر الوعي والمعرفة وإلهام الأجيال القادمة. كما أتطلع إلى توسيع المنصة لتشمل جلسات حوارية ولقاءات مجتمعية وبرامج تطويرية تُحدث أثرًا حقيقيًا في حياة الناس، وفيما يتعلق بـ “مدى”، فإن طموحي أن تنمو لتصبح مؤسسة مجتمعية رائدة تُعنى بتصميم وتنفيذ مبادرات وبرامج مستدامة تخدم مختلف فئات المجتمع، وتسهم في تعزيز الترابط المجتمعي، وتمكين الأفراد، ودعم القضايا الإنسانية والتنموية. وأسعى من خلالها إلى بناء شراكات نوعية مع الجهات الحكومية والخاصة ومؤسسات المجتمع، لإطلاق مبادرات ذات أثر ملموس ومستدام، وفي النهاية، يبقى طموحي الأكبر أن أترك أثرًا طيبًا في حياة الناس، وأن أكون سببًا في إلهام الآخرين وتمكينهم، وأن أرى أفكارًا ومبادرات بدأت بحلم صغير تتحول إلى مشاريع تصنع فرقًا حقيقيًا في المجتمع

بالنسبة لمريم، شعار “بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل” يحمل معنى عميقًا يتجاوز الكلمات، فهو يذكرني بالمسؤولية قبل الإنجاز، وبالأثر قبل الشهرة، وبالإنسان قبل أي شيء آخر، فعندما تقرأ هذا الشعار، أفكر في كل امرأة إماراتية تحمل على عاتقها أدوارًا متعددة؛ ابنة، وأم، وزوجة، وقيادية، وصاحبة رسالة، تسعى كل يوم لأن تقدم الأفضل لوطنها وأسرتها ومجتمعها. القوة هنا ليست فقط قوة الإنجاز، بل قوة العطاء، وقوة الاستمرار، وقوة الإيمان بأن كل ما نقدمه اليوم يمكن أن يصنع فرقًا في حياة الآخرين غدًا، ومن هذا المعنى جاءت منصة “صدى” الحوارية، لأنني أؤمن أن لكل إنسان قصة تستحق أن تُروى، وتجربة تستحق أن تُسمع، ورسالة تستحق أن تصل. ومن خلال “صدى” أسعى إلى إبراز النماذج الملهمة والقصص الإنسانية التي تزرع الأمل، وتعزز الوعي، وتلهم الآخرين ليؤمنوا بقدراتهم وأحلامهم، كما يعبر هذا الشعار عن فكرة “مدى”، التي لم تكن مجرد فكرة لتنظيم الفعاليات، بل حلم بأن نصنع مساحات تجمع الناس، وتقرب القلوب، وتعزز الترابط المجتمعي، وتترك أثرًا إيجابيًا مستدامًا. فكل مبادرة أو فعالية أو لقاء يحمل رسالة إنسانية هو خطوة نحو مجتمع أكثر وعيًا وتلاحمًا وعطاءً

لذلك أرى أن “بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل” يعني أن نستمر في التعلم، وأن نعطي أكثر مما نأخذ، وأن نستخدم خبراتنا وتجاربنا لخدمة الآخرين. وأن نسأل أنفسنا في نهاية كل يوم: ماذا أضفنا؟ ومن ساعدنا؟ وما الأثر الذي تركناه؟

وأتمنى أن تكون “صدى” صوتًا يلامس القلوب والعقول، وأن تكون “مدى” جسرًا يربط الناس بالقيم الجميلة والمبادرات الهادفة، وأن أكون من خلالهما جزءًا من مسيرة وطن يؤمن بأن الإنسان هو الثروة الحقيقية، وأن الأثر الطيب هو أجمل ما يمكن أن يتركه الإنسان خلفه، بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل” بالنسبة لي هي رحلة مستمرة من الوعي، والعطاء، والمسؤولية، وصناعة الأثر الإيجابي في حياة الناس، فلا تنتظري أن تكون كل الظروف مثالية حتى تبدئي، ولا تنتظري أن يأتيكِ التشجيع من الجميع. آمني بنفسكِ وبقدراتكِ، واجعلي من العلم والمعرفة رفيقين دائمين في رحلتكِ، نحن اليوم محظوظات بوطن وفر لنا فرصًا كبيرة للتعلم والنجاح وتحقيق الأحلام، ولذلك تقع على عاتقنا مسؤولية أن نستثمر هذه الفرص وأن نكون على قدر هذه الثقة. اجعلي لكِ هدفًا ورسالة، واسألي نفسكِ دائمًا: ماذا سأضيف لوطني؟ وكيف يمكن أن أترك أثرًا إيجابيًا في حياة من حولي؟، لا تخافي من التجربة، ولا من الخطأ، ولا من البدايات الصغيرة. كل إنجاز كبير بدأ بخطوة، وكل قصة نجاح بدأت بحلم. قد لا يكون الطريق سهلًا دائمًا، لكن بالإصرار والاجتهاد والتعلم المستمر ستصلين إلى ما تطمحين إليه بإذن الله، حافظي على هويتكِ وقيمكِ وأخلاقكِ، فهذه هي القوة الحقيقية التي تميز المرأة الإماراتية. كوني طموحة، ولكن في الوقت نفسه كوني إنسانة تحمل الخير والمحبة والعطاء لمن حولها، وأقول من قلبي لكل فتاة: “احلمي بثقة، وتعلمي بشغف، واعملي بإخلاص. لا تجعلي أحدًا يحدد حدود أحلامكِ. ثقي أن الله أودع فيكِ قدرات كبيرة، وأن وطنكِ يؤمن بكِ، وأن المستقبل يحمل فرصًا أجمل مما تتخيلين. واجعلي هدفكِ ليس فقط أن تحققي النجاح، بل أن تتركي أثرًا طيبًا يبقى في قلوب الناس بعدكِ

من أكثر المواقف التي لا تزال راسخة في ذاكرتي، عندما كنت طالبة في كليات التقنية العليا عام 1997، وتشرفت بلقاء سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك “أم الإمارات”. خلال زيارتها، كانت حريصة على التواجد بين الطالبات والاطلاع على اهتماماتنا وطموحاتنا، وسألتنا عن الكتب التي نقرأها في مكتبة الكلية، وكيف نستعد للمستقبل، وكيف نعمل على تطوير مهاراتنا لدخول سوق العمل، لقد تركت هذه الزيارة أثرًا عميقًا في نفسي. ففي تلك المرحلة العمرية، شعرنا أن قيادتنا تستثمر فينا وتؤمن بنا وبقدراتنا، وأن تعليم المرأة وتطويرها ليس مجرد شعارات، بل اهتمام حقيقي ومتابعة مباشرة، ما زلت إلى اليوم أتذكر ذلك الموقف بكل مشاعره وتفاصيله، وأتذكر الحماس والثقة التي زرعها فينا. لقد جعلنا نشعر بأن لدينا مسؤولية تجاه أنفسنا ووطننا، وأن العلم والتطوير المستمر هما الطريق لصناعة المستقبل

ومنذ ذلك الوقت، أصبحت أرى المرأة الإماراتية كما أرادتها “أم الإمارات”: “امرأة متعلمة، وطموحة، ومؤثرة، وقادرة على تحقيق التوازن بين نجاحها المهني ودورها الإنساني والمجتمعي”. لقد علمتنا أن الاستثمار الحقيقي يكون في الإنسان، وأن المعرفة والثقة بالنفس هما أساس النجاح، وأستطيع أن أقول إن ذلك اللقاء لم يكن مجرد ذكرى جميلة، بل كان مصدر إلهام مستمر في حياتي. فكلما واجهت تحديًا أو بدأت تجربة جديدة، أتذكر تلك الرسالة التي حملتها لنا سموها: أن المستقبل يُبنى بالعلم، وأن المرأة الإماراتية قادرة على تحقيق الإنجازات عندما تؤمن بنفسها وتواصل التعلم والتطور، واليوم، أحاول أن أنقل هذا الأثر من خلال منصة “صدى” الحوارية ومبادرات “مدى” المجتمعية، عبر تشجيع الناس على التعلم، ومشاركة الخبرات، وإبراز النماذج الملهمة، لأنني مؤمنة بأن كلمة تشجيع أو موقفًا إيجابيًا قد يغير مسار حياة إنسان كما غيّر ذلك الموقف جزءًا من مسيرتي وحلمي

رسالتي القلبية إلى سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك “أم الإمارات” هي رسالة امتنان وفخر من كل امرأة إماراتية وجدت في رؤيتها وإيمانها بالمرأة مصدر قوة وثقة وإلهام، فلقد علمتنا سموها أن طموح المرأة لا حدود له، وأن التعليم والمعرفة والعمل والعطاء هي مفاتيح بناء المستقبل. وبفضل دعمها المتواصل، أصبحت المرأة الإماراتية شريكًا فاعلًا في مسيرة التنمية، تسهم في مختلف المجالات وهي متمسكة بقيمها وهويتها وانتمائها لوطنها، أقول لسموها: “شكراً لأنكِ زرعتِ في قلوب أجيال من النساء الثقة بأنفسهن، والإيمان بقدراتهن، والشجاعة ليتطلعن إلى مستقبل أكبر من أحلامهن. شكراً لأنكِ جعلتِ تمكين المرأة نهجًا ورؤيةً وواقعًا نعيشه كل يوم”، وبالنيابة عن الكثير من الإماراتيات، أقول إن أعظم أثر تركتِه فينا هو أننا تعلمنا أن النجاح ليس إنجازًا شخصيًا فقط، بل مسؤولية تجاه الوطن والمجتمع والإنسان، نسأل الله أن يحفظ سموكِ ويديم عليكِ الصحة والعافية، وأن تبقي دائمًا رمزًا للعطاء، وقدوةً للأجيال، وأمًا ملهمة لكل امرأة تسعى لتتعلم وتنجح وتصنع أثرًا طيبًا في وطنها ومجتمعها
