I do not believe that success happens by chance. I believe it is the result of true passion, continuous effort, and the belief that every person has a message through which they can leave a positive impact on their community. I am Maryam Al Ali, working in the field of media and corporate communications, and through my work I strive to transform ideas into stories and initiatives into messages that reach people and inspire them.
The Passion of Beginnings and Creating Impact
From the beginning of my journey, I have been passionate about media and content creation—not only from a creative perspective, but also because of its role in communicating the right image and creating positive influence. My choice of this field came from my belief that media is a responsibility before it is a profession, and that words and images have the power to create real change.
Experiences That Shaped My Journey and Strengthened My Beliefs
Throughout my professional journey, I have moved through diverse experiences that contributed to shaping both my professional and personal identity. I had the opportunity to work in different fields, including youth councils, and participate as part of the security teams during the Conference of the Parties on Climate Change (COP28) in collaboration with the United Nations, in addition to graduating from the Young Parliamentarians Programme.
These experiences provided me with valuable knowledge and strengthened my belief that Emirati women are capable of excelling across various sectors. They possess the competence, adaptability, and confidence to proudly represent their country.
Special Olympics UAE… A School of Determination
One of the most impactful experiences in my journey was my work with Special Olympics UAE, where working with People of Determination became a daily lesson in willpower and resilience. I learned from them that achievement is not measured by the size of challenges, but by the determination to overcome them, and that true ambition lies in continuing to strive with confidence regardless of circumstances.
This experience changed my perspective on life and reinforced my belief that faith in one’s goals, sincere dedication, and perseverance are the true foundations of success. It also strengthened my conviction that people can achieve extraordinary accomplishments when they possess determination, passion, and persistence.
Sharjah Business Women Council… Continuing the Mission
Today, I continue this mission through my work with Sharjah Business Women Council, where I contribute to highlighting the achievements of Emirati women and female entrepreneurs, and sharing their success stories with the community.
I believe that media is not merely about reporting news; it is a tool for creating impact, inspiring others, and showcasing role models whose journeys deserve recognition.
Challenges… Opportunities for Learning and Growth
Every journey comes with challenges. One of the key challenges I have faced was working in fast-changing environments that require quick execution, effective prioritization, and the ability to manage work pressures while maintaining the quality of outcomes.
I learned that every challenge carries a new opportunity for growth, and that flexibility, continuous development, and openness to different perspectives are essential keys to achieving true success.
Emirati Women… A Global Model of Empowerment
I believe that Emirati women today are experiencing an exceptional era of empowerment and confidence, thanks to the wise vision of our leadership, which has provided them with all the opportunities needed to become essential partners in building the nation.
Women today are present across various fields—they lead, innovate, and compete globally while preserving their identity and authentic values. This is what makes the Emirati experience a model worthy of recognition.

One of the moments that remains deeply memorable for me is witnessing the impact of media work when it transforms into a real success story or creates a new opportunity for someone else.

منذ بداياتي، كنت شغوفة بالإعلام وصناعة المحتوى، ليس فقط من الجانب الإبداعي، وإنما لدوره في نقل الصورة الصحيحة وصناعة التأثير الإيجابي. لذلك كان اختياري لهذا المجال نابعًا من قناعة بأن الإعلام مسؤولية قبل أن يكون مهنة، وأن الكلمة والصورة قادرتان على إحداث تغيير حقيقي

خلال رحلتي المهنية، تنقلت بين تجارب متنوعة أسهمت في صقل شخصيتي المهنية والإنسانية. فقد أتيحت لي فرصة العمل في مجالات مختلفة، من بينها مجالس الشباب، والمشاركة ضمن الفرق الأمنية خلال مؤتمر الأطراف للمناخ بالتعاون مع الأمم المتحدة، إضافة إلى تخرجي من برنامج البرلمانيون الشباب. وقد منحتني هذه التجارب خبرات ثرية، وعززت لدي القناعة بأن المرأة الإماراتية قادرة على التميز في مختلف القطاعات، وتمتلك الكفاءة والمرونة لتمثيل وطنها بكل فخر

الأولمبياد الخاص الإماراتي… مدرسة في الإرادة

ومن أبرز المحطات التي تركت أثرًا عميقًا في مسيرتي عملي في الأولمبياد الخاص الإماراتي، حيث كان العمل مع أصحاب الهمم درسًا يوميًا في الإرادة والعزيمة. تعلمت منهم أن الإنجاز لا يُقاس بحجم التحديات، بل بالإصرار على تجاوزها، وأن الطموح الحقيقي يكمن في الاستمرار بالسعي بثقة مهما كانت الظروف. لقد غيّرت تلك التجربة نظرتي للحياة، ورسخت في داخلي قناعة بأن الإيمان بالهدف، والعمل بإخلاص، والمثابرة هي الركائز الحقيقية لكل نجاح، كما زادت من إيماني بأن الإنسان قادر على تحقيق إنجازات استثنائية عندما يمتلك الإرادة والشغف والإصرار

واليوم، أواصل هذه الرسالة من خلال عملي في مجلس سيدات أعمال الشارقة، حيث أساهم في إبراز إنجازات المرأة الإماراتية ورائدات الأعمال، ونقل قصص نجاحهن إلى المجتمع، مؤمنة بأن الإعلام ليس مجرد نقل للأخبار، بل وسيلة لصناعة الأثر، وإلهام الآخرين، وإبراز النماذج التي تستحق أن تُحتذى

التحديات… فرص للتعلم والنمو

لا تخلو أي رحلة من التحديات، وكان من أهم ما واجهته العمل في بيئات سريعة التغيير تتطلب سرعة الإنجاز، والقدرة على إدارة الأولويات، والتعامل مع ضغوط العمل مع الحفاظ على جودة المخرجات. تعلمت أن كل تحدٍ يحمل فرصة جديدة للتعلم، وأن المرونة، والتطوير المستمر، والاستماع للآراء المختلفة هي مفاتيح النجاح الحقيقي

المرأة الإماراتية… نموذج عالمي في التمكين

أؤمن أن المرأة الإماراتية اليوم تعيش مرحلة استثنائية من التمكين والثقة، بفضل الرؤية الحكيمة لقيادتنا الرشيدة، التي وفرت لها كل المقومات لتكون شريكًا أساسيًا في بناء الوطن. أصبحت المرأة اليوم حاضرة في مختلف القطاعات، تقود، وتبتكر، وتنافس عالميًا، مع حفاظها على هويتها وقيمها الأصيلة، وهو ما يجعل التجربة الإماراتية نموذجًا يُحتذى به

حين تتحول الرسالة إلى أثر

ومن أكثر المواقف التي بقيت راسخة في ذاكرتي، رؤية أثر العمل الإعلامي عندما يتحول إلى قصة نجاح حقيقية أو فرصة جديدة لشخص آخر. تلك اللحظات التي تدرك فيها أن ما تقدمه لم يكن مجرد محتوى، بل رسالة وصلت، وأثرت، وألهمت، هي أكثر ما يمنحني الدافع للاستمرار

الداعمون… شركاء النجاح

ولا يمكن لأي نجاح أن يتحقق دون أشخاص يؤمنون بك ويدعمونك. أعتز كثيرًا بدعم أسرتي التي كانت ولا تزال مصدر قوتي، كما أقدر كل قائد وزميل منحني فرصة للتعلم والتطور، لأن النجاح رحلة جماعية تُبنى بالتعاون والثقة

رسالة إلى كل فتاة إماراتية

إلى كل فتاة إماراتية وشابة تطمح لتحقيق أحلامها، أقول: لا تنتظري الفرصة، بل اصنعيها بنفسك. استثمري في تعليمك، وطوري مهاراتك، ولا تخافي من التجربة أو الفشل، فكل خطوة تخطينها اليوم ستكون جزءًا من قصة نجاحك غدًا. ثقي بنفسك، فالوطن يؤمن بقدراتك، ويمنحك كل الإمكانات لتتميزي

طموح لا يتوقف عند إنجاز

ما زلت أعتبر نفسي في بداية الرحلة، وأؤمن أن أمامي الكثير لأقدمه. أطمح إلى أن أصبح من الكفاءات الوطنية الرائدة في مجال الإعلام والاتصال المؤسسي، وأن أقود مبادرات إعلامية تترك أثرًا حقيقيًا في المجتمع، وتسهم في إبراز قصص النجاح الإماراتية إلى العالم. كما أتطلع إلى مواصلة تطوير نفسي أكاديميًا ومهنيًا، لأنني أؤمن أن الطموح لا يتوقف عند منصب أو إنجاز، بل يتجدد مع كل فرصة للتعلم، وكل تجربة تصنع أثرًا جديدًا

وفي هذه المناسبة، أتقدم بخالص الشكر والامتنان لقيادتنا الرشيدة التي جعلت تمكين المرأة نهجًا راسخًا، ولكل من آمن بقدرات المرأة الإماراتية وساهم في دعمها وتمكينها. كما أتوجه بالشكر لكل امرأة كانت مصدر إلهام لمن حولها، لأن نجاح كل امرأة هو نجاح للوطن بأكمله

يمثل شعار “بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل” بالنسبة لي دعوة مستمرة للتطور، وليس للمنافسة مع الآخرين، بل لمنافسة أنفسنا كل يوم لنصبح أفضل مما كنا عليه بالأمس. على المستوى الشخصي هو دافع للنمو والتعلم، وعلى المستوى الأسري هو مسؤولية في أن أكون قدوة إيجابية، وعلى المستوى المهني هو التزام بالتميز والابتكار، أما على المستوى الوطني فهو تأكيد على أن كل إنجاز تحققه المرأة الإماراتية هو إضافة جديدة لمسيرة الوطن

ورسالتي لكل امرأة تطمح لأن تكون من “الأقوى والأفضل” هي أن القوة الحقيقية تبدأ من الإيمان بالنفس، وأن النجاح لا يقاس بسرعة الوصول، بل بالاستمرار والإصرار والتعلم. لا تقارني رحلتك بأحد، فلكل إنسانة مسارها الخاص، والأهم أن تتركي أثرًا إيجابيًا أينما كنت
