كان من أبرز التحديات التي واجهتها نورة في رحلة رعاية ابنها متابعة احتياجاته اليومية وتطوره بشكل مستمر، إلى جانب الحرص على منحه الدعم والوقت الكافي الذي يستحقه. وتتطلب هذه الرحلة صبرًا كبيرًا ومرونة في التعامل مع المتغيرات، وحضورًا دائمًا ووعيًا بالتفاصيل الصغيرة التي قد تصنع فرقًا كبيرًا في حياة الطفل. أما التحدي الآخر فكان تحقيق التوازن بين مسؤولياتها كأم والتزاماتها المهنية وإدارة مشاريعها المختلفة، ولذلك اضطرت في بعض المراحل إلى إعادة ترتيب أولوياتها باستمرار، والتخلي عن فكرة الكمال، والتركيز على ما هو الأكثر أهمية في كل مرحلة. واستطاعت تحقيق هذا التوازن من خلال تنظيم الوقت، ووضع خطط واضحة، والاستفادة من وجود فريق عمل داعم يمكن الاعتماد عليه، كما تعلمت أهمية طلب المساندة عند الحاجة وعدم محاولة تحمل كل المسؤوليات بمفردها. والأهم من ذلك أن ابنها كان دائمًا دافعًا لها للاستمرار وليس عائقًا أمام طموحها، فقد منحها قوة إضافية وإصرارًا أكبر على النجاح، وأثبت لها أن التحديات مهما كانت كبيرة يمكن تجاوزها بالإيمان والصبر والعمل المستمر

عندما التزمت نورة أحمد بالخدمة في صفوف القوات المسلحة عام 1995، كانت تدرك أنها تخطو على طريق الشرف والتضحية وخدمة الوطن. وعلى مدار واحد وعشرين عامًا، حظيت بشرف خدمة وطنها، وتعلمت معنى الانضباط والصبر والثبات في مواجهة مختلف التحديات. وكانت تلك السنوات بالنسبة لها شرفًا كبيرًا ووسامًا تحمله في قلبها وتعتز به دائمًا

وفي عام 2016، ناداها واجب آخر لا يقل قدسية وأهمية؛ واجبها كأم تجاه طفلها من أصحاب الهمم. لم يكن قرار ترك العمل سهلًا، لكنه كان القرار الأكثر صدقًا وشجاعة في حياتها. فانتقلت من ميدان الخدمة الوطنية إلى ميدان الأمومة العظيم، لتكون السند والعين الساهرة واليد التي ترعى وتدعم طفلها، وتمنحه ما يحتاج إليه من حب ورعاية واهتمام

لقد كان لمبادرتكِ الاستثنائية وقيادتكِ الحكيمة في تنظيم مشاركة الجمعية في «قمة التصدير لسيدات الأعمال التركيات والشرق الأوسط» في تركيا، الأثر العميق في تمثيل الجمعية بصورة تليق بمكانة دولة الإمارات؛ غير أن اللفتة الأغلى والأعمق أثراً كانت تلك اليد المعطاءة التي امتدت بحب ودعم صادق لتأخذ بيد نورة أحمد محمد سعيد، وتحتضن شغفها وطموحها، وتمنحها فرصة حقيقية للانطلاق نحو آفاق جديدة
