Wadha Ali Al Balushi is an administrator and certified trainer who combines her passion for continuous learning with community service. She is also a mother of three children. Her journey began from the classroom with great passion and remarkable excellence, graduating from high school with a 93% score in the literary stream and receiving an academic honor scholarship in recognition of her commitment and discipline. This foundation contributed to developing her research and critical thinking skills, allowing her to enter the fields of administration and training, equipped with specialized courses and certification as a trainer in psychological guidance methods, alongside a rich journey of volunteer and community service.

Wadha chose her professional path based on a deep belief that every person possesses hidden abilities that require the right guidance and support. Therefore, she selected the fields of administration, personal development, and counseling. She believes that administrative work provides her with the ability to organize and lead efficiently, while training and development allow her to create a lasting positive impact in the lives of others, helping them discover their abilities and enhance their skills. She considers this her true mission in life.
From receiving knowledge to giving and creating direct impact
The most significant turning point in Wadha’s journey was obtaining local and international certification as a trainer in self-development and psychological guidance methods from the British Board and SMT Institute training groups. This achievement moved her from the stage of receiving knowledge to the stage of giving and creating direct influence.
At the community level, she is proud of completing more than 70 volunteer hours through the “Kulluna Shurta” initiative, her active participation with the Emirates Red Crescent, and her membership in the Yas Society for Culture and Arts and the Social Media Pioneers Association. She also served as the Chairperson of the Yas Youth Council and managed the “Qimmah Card”, achievements she values because they enable her to directly serve her nation.
Balancing family and work.. a challenge transformed into a source of achievement
The greatest and most meaningful challenge in Wadha’s journey has been achieving balance between her family life, which remains her first priority, and her professional and work responsibilities. She also focused on managing her time and organizing her thoughts in a way that supports her growth and development.
She successfully overcame this challenge through faith, applying the skills she learned and trained in real life, including time management, smart prioritization, flexible thinking, and the support of her family, which transforms daily pressures into positive energy and motivation for further achievement and excellence.

One of the moments that remains deeply memorable for Wadha was the period after her graduation, when she experienced a phase of waiting without immediately receiving a job opportunity. However, she refused to allow this stage to become a moment of surrender.
Instead, she transformed the challenge into a starting point by investing every moment in developing herself, improving her skills, and gaining experience in administration and training. She turned the waiting period into a complete workshop for self-building, ensuring she would be fully prepared and confident when the right opportunity arrived. Time proved to her that some delayed beginnings are simply preparation for greater successes.
Family.. the first support and source of motivation in her success journey
Wadha emphasizes that her family has been the main factor behind her success. They are her support system and source of motivation, and their unlimited encouragement has been her greatest driving force.
She also values the wise vision of the UAE leadership, which opens doors for creativity and achievement, as well as the mentors who believed in her abilities. Her inner passion for continuous learning continues to renew her energy and motivates her to grow and progress.

كانت نقطة التحول الأبرز في مسيرة وضحة حصولها على اعتماد كمدربة محلياً ودولياً في تطوير الذات وأساليب الإرشاد النفسي من البورد البريطاني والمجموعات التدريبية بمعهد (إس إم تي)، وهو ما نقلها من مرحلة التلقي إلى مرحلة العطاء والتأثير المباشر. وعلى الصعيد المجتمعي، تفخر بإنجاز أكثر من 70 ساعة تطوعية ضمن مبادرة «كلنا شرطة»، ومشاركتها الفاعلة مع هيئة الهلال الأحمر الإماراتي، وعضويتها في جمعية ياس للثقافة والفنون ورابطة رواد التواصل الاجتماعي، إلى جانب توليها رئاسة مجلس شباب ياس وإدارتها لبطاقة قمة، وهي إنجازات تعتز بها لأنها تتيح لها خدمة الوطن بشكل مباشر

التوازن بين الأسرة والعمل.. تحدٍ يتحول إلى طاقة للإنجاز

كان التحدي الأكبر والأجمل في مسيرة وضحة هو تحقيق التوازن بين حياتها الأسرية، التي تمثل أولويتها الأولى، وبين حياتها العملية والوظيفية، إلى جانب الالتزام بالوقت وتنظيم أفكارها بما يساعدها على تنمية مهاراتها وزيادة خبراتها. وتمكنت من تجاوز هذا التحدي بفضل الله، ثم من خلال تطبيق ما تتعلمه وتدرب عليه واقعياً، عبر مهارات تنظيم الوقت، والترتيب الذكي للأولويات، والالتزام بمرونة التفكير، إضافة إلى دعم عائلتها الذي يحول الضغوط اليومية إلى طاقة إيجابية وحافز يدفعها إلى مزيد من الإنجاز والتميز.

حين يتحول الانتظار إلى ورشة لبناء الذات

من أكثر المواقف التي لا تزال عالقة في ذاكرة وضحة الفترة التي أعقبت تخرجها، عندما واجهت مرحلة انتظار لم تمنحها وظيفة فورية، لكنها رفضت أن تجعل منها محطة للاستسلام. وبدلاً من ذلك، حولت ذلك التحدي إلى شرارة انطلاق، فاستثمرت كل دقيقة في بناء ذاتها وتطوير مهاراتها واكتساب الخبرات في مجالات الإدارة والتدريب، وجعلت من مرحلة الانتظار ورشة عمل متكاملة لتكون بكامل جاهزيتها وقوتها عندما تأتي الفرصة، لتثبت لها الأيام أن بعض البدايات المتأخرة ليست إلا تمهيداً لنجاحات أعظم.

تؤكد وضحة أن أسرتها كانت العامل الأساسي في نجاحها، فهي سندها ووقودها، وكان دعمها اللامحدود دافعها الأول. كما تعتز بالرؤية الحكيمة لقيادة دولة الإمارات التي تفتح الأبواب أمام الإبداع، وبالمرشدين الذين آمنوا بقدراتها، إلى جانب شغفها الداخلي بالتعلم المستمر، الذي يجدد طاقتها ويدفعها دائماً إلى التطور والاستمرار.

إلى كل فتاة إماراتية.. طموحكِ لا حدود له

توجه وضحة رسالتها إلى كل فتاة وشابة إماراتية قائلة: «أنتِ ابنة الإمارات، وطموحكِ لا حدود له. استثمري في نفسكِ بالتعلم المستمر، ولا تترددي في خوض غمار تجارب جديدة. تذكري دائماً أن التميز يتطلب الانضباط والعطاء، واجعلي من خدمة مجتمعكِ ووطنكِ هدفاً أسمى، فالمستقبل يُصنع بأيدينا اليوم».
