People and Family… The First Source of Inspiration in My Journey

People and family have always been my greatest source of inspiration. I have often observed that many family problems do not begin with an absence of love, but rather with misunderstanding, weak communication, or a lack of awareness about how to deal appropriately with differences.

This is where my interest in family and educational fields grew. I felt that this was not merely a professional specialization for me, but a message and a social responsibility. I believe that a stable family does not only create happiness for its members; it also contributes to building a more cohesive and stable society. For me, caring for the family therefore means caring simultaneously for people, society, and the future of generations.

When Experience Becomes Real Impact

I believe the true turning point in my life was not a single moment, but the realization that my experience could become an impact that extends beyond the scope of daily professional work.

When I began sharing knowledge and experience through awareness initiatives, training, media, and family-focused content, I felt that my message had become broader. I began to see every opportunity to contribute to family awareness, help someone view their problem from a different perspective, or provide knowledge that could protect a family from reaching a more complicated stage as an achievement worth being proud of.

For me, achievement is not measured only by certificates or titles, but by the impact that remains in people’s lives and continues long after a situation or meeting has ended.

Challenges… A School of Learning and Reordering Priorities

Among the most significant challenges I have faced has been balancing different responsibilities, continuing professional development, and keeping pace with the rapid changes taking place within society and the family.

Families today face challenges that are different from those of the past. Technology has changed, communication patterns have changed, and the expectations of different generations have changed.

Through these transformations, I have learned that facing challenges does not mean resisting change, but understanding it, continuously learning, and at the same time preserving the values and principles that provide people and families with balance.

I have come to view every challenge as an opportunity to learn and reassess priorities. True development does not mean abandoning our principles; rather, it means understanding change and responding to it with awareness and wisdom.

The Emirati Woman… An Active Partner in Shaping the Future

Today, the Emirati woman is experiencing an important era of presence, participation, and empowerment. She has become an active partner in development, and we see her contributing across numerous fields, including education, employment, management, economics, science, media, and social and humanitarian sectors.

What is particularly inspiring about the Emirati experience is that a woman’s success does not require her to abandon her identity or family role. She can combine ambition, belonging, and responsibility. This makes the experience of Emirati women a distinctive model of achieving success while preserving values and identity.

I believe the next challenge is not simply for women to reach positions of success, but for their achievements to create meaningful value, impact, and genuine contribution to society.

A Simple Word Can Create Great Change

The moments that remain most vivid in my memory are those in which I feel that a simple word has created a profound change in the life of a person or a family.

When someone tells you that an idea you shared made them rethink a relationship or begin a different kind of dialogue with their family, you realize that words carry responsibility and that their impact can be much greater than we imagine.

These moments have taught me never to underestimate the power of impact. We may say a word and forget it, while it remains in another person’s memory for years. It may even become the reason they change the way they think, behave, or view their life and relationships.

Family, Nation, and Experiences… Partners in Creating Success

Family plays a significant role in shaping and supporting an individual, as does every teacher, mentor, colleague, and experience I have encountered throughout my journey. Every person and every chapter has left behind a lesson or contribution that has, in one way or another, shaped this journey.

The Emirati environment itself has also been an important factor. We live in a country that has opened doors for women to education, employment, participation, and achievement, providing them with broad opportunities to demonstrate their capabilities and pursue their ambitions.

I also believe that success requires an inner decision: to keep going even when the path is difficult, to learn, to accept criticism, and never to consider reaching a certain stage the end of the journey. Every successful stage should be the beginning of a new stage of learning and giving.

To Every Emirati Girl… Do Not Wait for Someone to Tell You That You Are Capable

My message to every Emirati girl is this: Do not wait for others to tell you that you are capable. Build your knowledge, discover your strengths, and invest in your education and character. Give your ambition a purpose that goes beyond personal success to serving your family, your country, and your community.

Do not compare the beginning of your journey with the end of someone else’s. Every woman has her own journey, timing, and circumstances. What matters is that you know where you want to go and move toward it with confidence and determination.

Success is not about reaching the destination at the same time as everyone else. It is about knowing your path, believing in your abilities, and continuing to walk it regardless of the circumstances.

An Ambition That Embraces Family, Awareness, and Media

My ambition is to continue developing my mission in the fields of family and community awareness, and to create content, initiatives, and programs that reach different segments of society.

I want family knowledge to become more accessible to people, presented in simple and practical language that connects with their everyday lives, particularly the younger generations.

I also aspire to expand my presence in training, media, and the creation of specialized knowledge-based content focused on family and human relationships, so that awareness does not remain merely information that we know, but becomes a genuine practice within our homes—one that positively influences communication, interaction, and the building of healthy human relationships.

On Emirati Women’s Day… Thank You to a Nation That Believed in Women’s Capabilities

On Emirati Women’s Day, I say: Thank you to a nation that believed in women’s capabilities and opened the doors of education, work, and achievement to them.

Thank you to every family that believed in its daughter, to every mother who instilled confidence in her daughter, and to every father who told his daughter, “You are capable.”

I say to every woman that true success is not only about what you achieve for yourself, but also about the impact you leave behind. The value of a person is not measured solely by what they accomplish, but by what they give to others and the positive impact they leave on the lives of those around them.

On a personal level, it means becoming stronger through awareness and knowledge, and better through the impact I leave behind.

On the family level, it means recognizing that a woman’s strength cannot be separated from the strength of the family, and that an aware woman who is capable of building healthy relationships contributes to raising generations that are more stable and confident.

Professionally, it means that every achievement should be the beginning of a greater achievement, and that we should never stop at where we have already arrived.

On the national level, it means presenting to the world a model of the Emirati woman who combines identity, values, and ambition, while actively contributing to shaping the future of her nation.

For me, the strongest woman is not the one who never faces challenges, but the one who knows how to rise after them. And the better woman is not the one who competes with others, but the one who competes with herself to become, every day, a more aware and giving version of herself.

الإنسان والأسرة… مصدر الإلهام الأول في مسيرتي

الإنسان والأسرة هما مصدر الإلهام الأول بالنسبة لي، فقد كنت أرى أن كثيرًا من المشكلات الأسرية لا تبدأ من غياب الحب، وإنما قد تبدأ من سوء الفهم، أو ضعف الحوار، أو عدم معرفة الطريقة الصحيحة للتعامل مع الاختلافات. ومن هنا نما اهتمامي بالمجال الأسري والتربوي، وشعرت أن هذا المجال ليس مجرد تخصص مهني بالنسبة لي، بل رسالة ومسؤولية مجتمعية. وأؤمن بأن الأسرة المستقرة لا تصنع سعادة أفرادها فقط، بل تسهم في بناء مجتمع أكثر تماسكًا واستقرارًا، ولذلك أصبح الاهتمام بالأسرة بالنسبة لي اهتمامًا بالإنسان والمجتمع ومستقبل الأجيال في الوقت نفسه

عندما تتحول الخبرة إلى أثر حقيقي

أعتبر أن نقطة التحول الحقيقية في حياتي لم تكن موقفًا واحدًا بقدر ما كانت اللحظة التي أدركت فيها أن خبرتي يمكن أن تتحول إلى أثر يتجاوز نطاق العمل اليومي. حين بدأت أشارك المعرفة والخبرة من خلال التوعية والتدريب والإعلام والمحتوى الأسري، شعرت بأن رسالتي أصبحت أوسع، وأصبحت أرى أن كل فرصة أستطيع من خلالها المساهمة في نشر الوعي الأسري، أو مساعدة شخص على رؤية مشكلته بطريقة مختلفة، أو تقديم معرفة يمكن أن تحمي أسرة من الوصول إلى مرحلة أكثر تعقيدًا، هي إنجاز أعتز به. وبالنسبة لي، الإنجاز لا يقاس فقط بالشهادات أو الألقاب، بل بالأثر الذي يبقى في حياة الناس ويستمر بعد انتهاء الموقف أو اللقاء

التحديات… مدرسة للتعلم وإعادة ترتيب الأولويات

من أبرز التحديات التي واجهتها التوفيق بين المسؤوليات المختلفة، والاستمرار في التطور المهني، ومواكبة التغير السريع الذي يشهده المجتمع والأسرة، خصوصًا أن الأسرة اليوم تواجه تحديات مختلفة عن السابق؛ فالتكنولوجيا تغيرت، وأنماط التواصل تغيرت، وتوقعات الأجيال تغيرت. ومع هذه التحولات، تعلمت أن مواجهة التحديات لا تكون بمقاومة التغيير، بل بفهمه والتعلم المستمر والمحافظة في الوقت نفسه على القيم والثوابت التي تمنح الإنسان والأسرة توازنها. وأصبحت أتعامل مع كل تحدٍ باعتباره فرصة للتعلم وإعادة ترتيب الأولويات، لأن التطور الحقيقي لا يعني أن نتخلى عن ثوابتنا، وإنما أن نفهم المتغيرات ونستجيب لها بوعي وحكمة

المرأة الإماراتية… شريكة فاعلة في صناعة المستقبل

المرأة الإماراتية اليوم تعيش مرحلة مهمة جدًا من الحضور والمشاركة والتمكين، فقد أصبحت شريكة فاعلة في التنمية، ونراها في مجالات متعددة؛ في التعليم والعمل والإدارة والاقتصاد والعلوم والإعلام والمجالات الاجتماعية والإنسانية وغيرها. والجميل في تجربتنا الإماراتية أن نجاح المرأة لا يعني تخليها عن هويتها أو دورها الأسري، بل يمكنها أن تجمع بين الطموح والانتماء والمسؤولية، وهذا ما يجعل تجربة المرأة الإماراتية نموذجًا مميزًا في قدرتها على تحقيق الإنجاز مع الحفاظ على قيمها وهويتها. وأرى أن التحدي القادم ليس فقط أن تصل المرأة، بل أن يكون لوصولها أثر وقيمة وإضافة حقيقية للمجتمع

كلمة بسيطة قد تصنع تغييرًا كبيرًا

أكثر المواقف التي تبقى في ذاكرتي هي تلك التي أشعر فيها أن كلمة بسيطة أحدثت تغييرًا كبيرًا لدى شخص أو أسرة. حين يخبرك أحدهم أن فكرة قلتِها جعلته يعيد التفكير في علاقته، أو يبدأ حوارًا مختلفًا مع أسرته، تدركين أن الكلمة مسؤولية وأن تأثيرها قد يكون أكبر مما نتوقع. هذه المواقف علمتني ألا أستهين أبدًا بالأثر؛ لأننا قد نقول كلمة وننساها، بينما تبقى في ذاكرة إنسان آخر سنوات، وربما تكون سببًا في تغيير طريقة تفكيره أو تعامله أو نظرته إلى حياته وعلاقاته

الأسرة والوطن والتجارب… شركاء في صناعة النجاح

الأسرة لها مكانة كبيرة في تكوين الإنسان ودعمه، وكذلك كل معلم ومرشد وزميل وتجربة مررت بها خلال مسيرتي، فكل شخص وكل محطة تركت درسًا أو إضافة أسهمت بطريقة أو بأخرى في تشكيل هذه الرحلة. كما أن البيئة الإماراتية نفسها كانت عاملًا مهمًا؛ فنحن نعيش في وطن فتح أمام المرأة أبواب التعليم والعمل والمشاركة والإنجاز، وأتاح لها مساحات واسعة لتثبت قدراتها وتحقق طموحاتها. وأؤمن كذلك بأن النجاح يحتاج إلى قرار داخلي: أن تستمر حتى عندما تكون الطريق صعبة، وأن تتعلم، وأن تتقبل النقد، وألا تعتبر الوصول إلى مرحلة معينة نهاية الرحلة، لأن كل مرحلة ناجحة يجب أن تكون بداية لمرحلة جديدة من التعلم والعطاء

إلى كل فتاة إماراتية… لا تنتظري من يخبركِ أنكِ قادرة

رسالتي لكل فتاة إماراتية هي: لا تنتظري أن يخبرك الآخرون أنكِ قادرة، بل ابني معرفتكِ، واكتشفي نقاط قوتكِ، واستثمري في تعليمكِ وشخصيتكِ، واجعلي لطموحكِ قيمة تتجاوز النجاح الشخصي إلى خدمة أسرتكِ ووطنكِ ومجتمعكِ. ولا تقارني بداية طريقكِ بنهاية طريق شخص آخر، لأن لكل امرأة رحلتها ووقتها وظروفها، والمهم أن تعرفي إلى أين تريدين الوصول وأن تتحركي نحوه بثقة وثبات. النجاح ليس أن تصل المرأة في الوقت نفسه الذي يصل فيه الآخرون، وإنما أن تعرف طريقها، وتؤمن بقدرتها، وتواصل السير فيه مهما كانت الظروف

طموح يتسع للأسرة والتوعية والإعلام

طموحي أن أواصل تطوير رسالتي في مجال الأسرة والتوعية المجتمعية، وأن أقدم محتوى ومبادرات وبرامج تصل إلى مختلف فئات المجتمع، وأن تكون المعرفة الأسرية أقرب إلى الناس، بلغة بسيطة وعملية تلامس حياتهم اليومية، خصوصًا الأجيال الجديدة. كما أتطلع إلى توسيع حضوري في التدريب والإعلام وصناعة المحتوى المعرفي المتخصص في الأسرة والعلاقات الإنسانية، بحيث لا يبقى الوعي مجرد معلومات نعرفها، وإنما يتحول إلى ممارسة حقيقية داخل البيوت، تنعكس على طريقة التواصل والتعامل وبناء العلاقات الإنسانية

في يوم المرأة الإماراتية أقول: شكرًا لوطن آمن بقدرات المرأة، وفتح أمامها أبواب العلم والعمل والإنجاز، وشكرًا لكل أسرة آمنت بابنتها، ولكل أم زرعت الثقة في ابنتها، ولكل أب قال لابنته: أنتِ قادرة. وأقول لكل امرأة إن النجاح الحقيقي ليس فقط فيما تحققينه لنفسكِ، بل فيما تتركينه من أثر بعدكِ، لأن قيمة الإنسان لا ترتبط فقط بما يحققه، وإنما بما يقدمه للآخرين وما يتركه من أثر طيب في حياة من حوله

التمكين مسؤولية تتجدد مع كل جيل

أحب أن أؤكد أن المرأة الإماراتية لم تصل إلى ما وصلت إليه بمجهود فردي فقط، وإنما هي ثمرة رؤية وطن ومنظومة متكاملة من الدعم والتمكين والتعليم والفرص. ولهذا فإن مسؤوليتنا اليوم أكبر؛ أن نحافظ على ما تحقق، وأن نبني عليه، وأن نهيئ الجيل القادم من بنات الإمارات ليكنّ أكثر علمًا ووعيًا وثقة وقدرة على العطاء. فالتمكين الحقيقي لا ينتهي عند النجاح، بل يبدأ عندما نحول نجاحنا إلى أثر، وعندما يصبح ما تعلمناه وما حققناه وسيلة لفتح الطريق أمام من يأتي بعدنا

بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل… رسالة مسؤولية واستمرار

بالنسبة لي، «بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل» ليست مجرد عبارة احتفالية، بل رسالة مسؤولية واستمرار. على المستوى الشخصي، تعني أن أكون أقوى بالوعي والمعرفة، وأفضل بالأثر الذي أتركه. وعلى المستوى الأسري، تعني أن ندرك أن قوة المرأة لا تنفصل عن قوة الأسرة، وأن المرأة الواعية والقادرة على بناء علاقات صحية تسهم في صناعة أجيال أكثر استقرارًا وثقة. وعلى المستوى المهني، تعني أن يكون كل إنجاز بداية لإنجاز أكبر، وألا نتوقف عند ما وصلنا إليه. أما على المستوى الوطني، فتعني أن نظهر للعالم نموذج المرأة الإماراتية التي تجمع بين هويتها وقيمها وطموحها، وتشارك بفاعلية في صناعة مستقبل وطنها. وبالنسبة لي، الأقوى ليست التي لا تواجه تحديات، وإنما التي تعرف كيف تنهض منها، والأفضل ليست التي تنافس الآخرين، وإنما التي تنافس نفسها لتصبح كل يوم نسخة أكثر وعيًا وعطاءً

لكل امرأة تطمح لأن تكون من الأقوى والأفضل

أقول لكل امرأة تطمح لأن تكون من «الأقوى والأفضل»: لا تبحثي عن القوة خارجكِ قبل أن تبنيها داخلكِ، فالقوة تبدأ من معرفتكِ بنفسكِ، ومن تعليمكِ، ومن قدرتكِ على اتخاذ القرار وتحمل المسؤولية. كوني قوية بقيمكِ، أفضل بعلمكِ، جميلة بأخلاقكِ، ومؤثرة بعطائكِ، ولا تجعلي النجاح سباقًا مع امرأة أخرى؛ اجعليه رحلة مع نفسكِ. واسألي نفسكِ دائمًا: ماذا تعلمت اليوم؟ ماذا قدمت؟ ومن أصبح أفضل بسبب وجودي في حياته؟ فعندما يصبح نجاحكِ نافعًا لمن حولكِ، هنا يتحول الإنجاز الشخصي إلى أثر مجتمعي، وتصبح القوة الحقيقية في قدرتكِ على أن تمنحي وتضيفي وتتركي شيئًا جميلًا في حياة الآخرين

تمثل سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك «أم الإمارات» نموذجًا ملهمًا في دعم المرأة والأسرة، ومسيرة سموها رسخت لدينا مفهومًا مهمًا، وهو أن تمكين المرأة وبناء الأسرة ليسا طريقين منفصلين، بل يكمل أحدهما الآخر. لقد أصبح حضور المرأة الإماراتية اليوم في مختلف المجالات امتدادًا لمسيرة وطنية طويلة آمنت بقدرتها ووفرت لها الفرص، ولذلك أرفع لسموها أسمى كلمات الشكر والتقدير، وأقول: شكرًا «أم الإمارات» لأن دعمكم للمرأة لم يكن مجرد كلمات، بل مسيرة امتدت عبر أجيال، وشكرًا لأن المرأة الإماراتية تعلمت أن الطموح لا يتعارض مع الهوية، وأن الإنجاز لا يكتمل إلا عندما يتحول إلى خدمة للوطن والإنسان والأسرة. ونسأل الله أن يحفظ سموكم، وأن يبقى عطاؤكم مصدر إلهام لبنات الإمارات وأجيالها القادمة
