Hanein Alyammahi is an Emirati woman whose journey began at the College of Law at Ajman University of Science and Technology and the Dubai Judicial Institute. She has worked across local government and private-sector entities, where her experience has focused on governance, excellence, and strategic planning. She currently serves as Executive of the Innovation and Future Readiness Department at Dibba Municipality and as an Excellence Ambassador. Hanein believes that continuous learning is the compass that brings together the rigor of law with the spirit of innovation and sustainable development.

When Education Becomes the Beginning of a New Passion

My journey began with choosing to study law, followed by training at the Dubai Judicial Institute, where the experience instilled in me the importance of order, accuracy, and commitment. I then transitioned professionally from the private sector to the local government sector, where I discovered my passion for excellence, innovation, future foresight, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, while also drawing on my legal background in my work. I always strive to be an active contributor to enhancing institutional excellence and creating a more efficient and sustainable future.

Milestones That Shaped My Journey and Strengthened My Path to Achievement

One of the most significant turning points in my journey was graduating as part of the first cohort to earn the Professional Certificate in Records and Archives Management from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with the National Archives and Library. Since then, I have continued developing my professional journey by obtaining a Certified Quality Lead Auditor certification and a Diploma in Cybersecurity, alongside professional memberships in various fields, including strategic planning, future foresight, and intellectual property. I also recently became a member of the UAE Researchers community affiliated with the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research, and I am currently studying to become an assessor for the GEM 2.0 Excellence Model at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University.

بدأت رحلتي باختيار تخصص القانون، وتدربت في معهد دبي القضائي، حيث رسخت هذه التجربة لدي أهمية النظام والدقة والالتزام. ثم انتقلت بعملي المهني من القطاع الخاص إلى القطاع الحكومي المحلي، ومن هنا اكتشفت شغفي بمجالات التميز والابتكار واستشراف المستقبل، والأمن السيبراني والذكاء الاصطناعي، إلى جانب الاستفادة من خلفيتي القانونية في عملي، وأسعى دائماً أن أكون عنصراً فاعلاً في تعزيز التميز المؤسسي وصناعة مستقبل أكثر كفاءة واستدامة

محطات صنعت التحول ورسخت مسيرة الإنجاز

كانت إحدى أبرز محطات التحول في مسيرتي تخرجي ضمن الدفعة الأولى للشهادة المهنية في إدارة الوثائق والأرشيف من جامعة السوربون أبوظبي بالتعاون مع الأرشيف والمكتبة الوطنية. ومنذ ذلك الحين واصلت تطوير مسيرتي المهنية في الحصول على شهادة كبير مدققي الجودة ودبلوم في الأمن السيبراني، إلى جانب عضويات مهنية في مجالات عديدة كالتخطيط الاستراتيجي واستشراف المستقبل والملكية الفكرية، وانضمامي مؤخراً إلى عضوية باحثي الإمارات التابعة لمركز البحوث والدراسات الاستراتيجية، وصولاً إلى دراستي الحالية كمقيّم لمنظومة التميز بجامعة حمدان الذكية

من التحديات نصنع فرصاً جديدة للتعلم والابتكار

كان من أبرز التحديات تحقيق التوازن المتقن بين دقة العمل الإداري والتنفيذي وإدارة مهام متعددة ومتنوعة بشغف وشمولية تامة، وقد تجاوزت من خلال تنظيم الأولويات والتخطيط المسبق وتبني عقلية مرنة ترى في كل عقبة فرصة متجددة للتعلم وابتكار الحلول الفعالة. وفي الأوقات الاستثنائية كنت أستلهم دائماً من قادتنا المعنى الحقيقي للتكاتف وصلابة الإرادة.
