My professional journey began in technical and administrative fields, taking me through diverse experiences and career stages that shaped my professional identity and broadened my perspective. I eventually moved into research and strategic communication, and later into my current path in writing, media, and training. I believe every stage added knowledge and experience to my journey and guided me toward the next stage with greater maturity and clarity.

Today, I work as a lecturer and trainer specializing in family and children’s affairs. Through workshops and training programs, I seek to empower younger generations with the tools that strengthen their self-confidence, develop their capabilities, and help them face life’s challenges with a positive and leadership-oriented mindset. I also hold certified qualifications in coaching, training, and leadership in early childhood, which have further strengthened my interest in personal development, developing thinking skills, and building healthy relationships within the family and society.

In the media field, I write for Al Bayan newspaper and contribute monthly articles to Al Amn magazine, published by Dubai Police, addressing social and educational issues affecting families and younger generations. Through my writing, I also seek to highlight government initiatives, positive values, and social innovation, believing that the power of words extends beyond the boundaries of a written text; words can raise awareness and contribute to meaningful change.

Throughout this journey, honesty, transparency, and effective communication have remained deeply rooted values in my professional and personal life, alongside three principles that I believe in and strive to embody in everything I do: achievement, growth, and development.

When a Passion for Innovation Leads to a Purposeful Career

From the very beginning of my professional journey, my passion for innovation and finding solutions was the driving force behind my career choices. I began my career in information technology as a programmer, where I genuinely enjoyed creating programs and systems that helped simplify procedures and facilitate work within organizations. As I gained experience, I moved into IT consultancy and later into project management, where my perspective expanded from developing technological solutions to managing comprehensive projects that improve performance and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

As my career progressed, I became increasingly interested in the broader landscape of government work and in developing ideas and strategies that could enhance institutional performance and create greater impact. This led me to the field of strategic communication, where I worked as a Senior Researcher.

Looking back today, I see that although my career has included different disciplines and stages, they have all followed one direction: searching for a better idea, a more efficient solution, and meaningful impact that makes work easier and serves both people and institutions. This passion for development and innovation guided me from programming to project management, and from technological solutions to strategic thinking.

A PhD, Motherhood, and Writing: Milestones That Transformed My Journey

Earning my PhD in Project Management was one of the most significant milestones and turning points in my professional journey. My doctoral dissertation focused on “The Use of Social Media for Community Engagement in Government Policies and Services,” bringing together academic research, government work, and community engagement. This experience opened new professional and intellectual horizons for me and led me to work as a Senior Researcher in strategic communication.

For me, the PhD was never simply an academic qualification. It was an experience that transformed the way I think, broadened my perspective, and strengthened my belief in the importance of research, analysis, and innovation in developing government work and creating meaningful impact within society.

On a personal level, motherhood has been the most beautiful turning point in my life. It introduced me to a world filled with love, responsibility, and continuous learning. Motherhood did not simply add a new role to my life; it transformed the way I view people, parenting, and future generations. It gave me a deeper understanding of family and children’s issues, which later became reflected in my writing, media interests, and training work.

There are also other milestones I am proud of, including entering the world of writing and authorship and publishing several works, continuing my journalistic writing, and maintaining a presence in media and training. I believe the value of these achievements lies not simply in their number, but in the fact that each milestone led me toward a broader space of knowledge, contribution, and influence.

Today, when I look back at my journey, I see that education gave me the tools of knowledge, experience gave me maturity, motherhood gave me a deeper human perspective, and writing gave me a voice through which I can leave an impact.

One of the most significant challenges I faced throughout my journey was balancing work and education at the same time, particularly because each came with its own responsibilities and demands. With motherhood, I also took on multiple responsibilities that required me to balance my role as a mother, my academic ambitions, and my professional commitments.

The challenge was not simply having multiple roles, but ensuring that each role received the attention and time it deserved without allowing one aspect to overshadow another. Time management, prioritization, and commitment therefore became some of the most important tools that helped me continue and overcome many of the pressures along the way.

Through this experience, I learned that balance does not mean giving everything the same amount of time. Rather, it means understanding what needs our attention at each stage and giving priority to what truly deserves it at the right time.

Today, I see that this period, despite its challenges, contributed greatly to shaping my character. It strengthened my ability to manage responsibilities, remain flexible, and persevere. It also confirmed to me that having multiple roles should not be an obstacle to ambition; when managed well, it can become a source of strength and maturity.

Emirati Women: A Presence Shaping the Future While Preserving Identity

I believe Emirati women are experiencing an advanced stage of empowerment and presence today, supported by the tremendous opportunities available to them across different fields. They have demonstrated their ability to transform this support into tangible achievements and have become active partners in the UAE’s development and future-building journey, with strong representation in education, the economy, media, technology, space, government, and many other fields.

What distinguishes the Emirati women’s experience is their ability to move confidently toward the future while preserving their identity, values, and sense of belonging. In my view, empowerment is not measured only by the positions women reach, but by the impact they create, what they contribute to society, and their ability to pave the way for future generations.

As for Arab women, I believe they have more opportunities today than ever before, particularly with the digital and knowledge transformations that have opened new pathways for learning, employment, innovation, and entrepreneurship. With these opportunities comes the responsibility to continue developing skills, investing in knowledge, believing in one’s capabilities, and preparing for the demands of the future.

I believe the next phase requires women who do not simply wait for opportunities, but prepare themselves for them, create them when possible, and transform them into impact that goes beyond personal success to reach their families, communities, and nations.

From Puerto Rico to the World: When a Child Protection Initiative Became a Global Message

One of the experiences that remains deeply rooted in my memory was my participation in an international forum in Puerto Rico, where I had the opportunity to present my project on protecting children from online sexual exploitation. The event brought together more than 800 participants from 81 countries.

For me, the experience was much more than participating in an international gathering. I felt proud to carry an important social and humanitarian cause and to represent my country among such a diverse international audience. It also strengthened my belief that writing for children and working on childhood-related issues requires more than producing beautiful content. It requires deep psychological and social understanding, as well as awareness of the changes and challenges surrounding children.

This experience became one of the milestones that encouraged me to explore this field more deeply, eventually leading me to obtain a Global Leadership certification in Early Childhood.

I attribute what I have achieved, after God Almighty, to my family, who have always been a source of support and encouragement and who encouraged me to travel and participate in initiatives that serve society and represent my country at international forums. I also deeply value the support and encouragement I received from the Arab Child Foundation and the organizers of the forum.

What remained with me most from that experience is the belief that an idea that begins with a sincere desire to serve society can transcend geographical boundaries and become a message whose voice reaches the world.

Family and the UAE: The Roots of Success and the Source of Strength

My family comes first among those who have had the greatest impact on my journey. They have been a constant source of support and encouragement throughout the different stages of my life. They stood beside me during my education, career, and motherhood, believed in my ambitions, and encouraged me to continue and embrace new experiences. I believe that having a supportive family environment gives a person tremendous strength to move forward, especially during periods that require significant effort and patience.

The other source of pride I hold close to my heart is my country, the beloved UAE. This nation has provided its sons and daughters with an environment that embraces ambition, opened doors to education, work, and development, and provided opportunities and resources that enable us to pursue success and excellence.

منذ بداياتي المهنية، كان الشغف بالابتكار وإيجاد الحلول هو المحرك الأساسي لاختياراتي. بدأت مسيرتي في مجال تقنية المعلومات كمبرمجة، وكنت أجد متعة حقيقية في ابتكار البرامج والأنظمة التي تسهم في تبسيط الإجراءات وتسهيل الأعمال داخل المؤسسات. ومع تراكم الخبرة، انتقلت إلى العمل كمستشارة في تقنية المعلومات، ثم إلى إدارة المشاريع، حيث اتسعت رؤيتي من تطوير الحلول التقنية إلى إدارة مشاريع متكاملة تسهم في تحسين الأداء وتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة. ومع تطور مسيرتي المهنية، ازداد اهتمامي بالصورة الأشمل للعمل الحكومي، وبكيفية تطوير الأفكار والاستراتيجيات التي تسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء وتعزيز أثر المؤسسات، فانتقلت لاحقا إلى مجال الاتصال الاستراتيجي كباحث أول. وعندما أتأمل هذه الرحلة اليوم، أجد أن مساري وإن تنوعت تخصصاته ومراحله، فإنه كان يسير في اتجاه واحد: البحث عن فكرة أفضل، وحل أكثر كفاءة، وأثر حقيقي يسهل العمل ويخدم الإنسان والمؤسسة. وهذا الشغف بالتطوير والابتكار هو ما قادني من البرمجة إلى إدارة المشاريع، ومن الحلول التقنية إلى التفكير الاستراتيجي

الدكتوراه والأمومة والكتابة: محطات صنعت التحول

أعتبر حصولي على درجة الدكتوراه في إدارة المشاريع من أبرز المحطات التي شكلت نقطة تحول في مسيرتي المهنية، فقد ناقشت في أطروحتي موضوع «استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للمشاركة المجتمعية في السياسات والخدمات الحكومية»، وهو موضوع جمع بين البحث العلمي والعمل الحكومي والاتصال بالمجتمع، وفتح أمامي آفاقا مهنية وفكرية جديدة، لأنتقل بعدها إلى العمل كباحث أول في مجال الاتصال الاستراتيجي. ولم تكن الدكتوراه بالنسبة لي مجرد شهادة أكاديمية، بل تجربة غيرت طريقة تفكيري ووسعت رؤيتي، وعززت لدي أهمية البحث والتحليل والابتكار في تطوير العمل الحكومي وصناعة أثر حقيقي في المجتمع. أما على المستوى الشخصي، فأعتبر الأمومة أجمل نقطة تحول في حياتي؛ فقد أدخلتني إلى ذلك العالم المخملي المليء بالحب والمسؤولية والتعلم المستمر، ولم تضف إلى حياتي دورا جديدا فحسب، بل غيرت الكثير في نظرتي إلى الإنسان والتربية والأجيال، ومنحتني مساحة أعمق لفهم قضايا الأسرة والأبناء، وهو ما انعكس لاحقا على كتاباتي واهتماماتي الإعلامية والتدريبية. وهناك محطات أخرى أعتز بها، منها دخولي عالم الكتابة والتأليف وصدور عدد من إصداراتي، واستمراري في الكتابة الصحفية، إلى جانب حضوري في المجال الإعلامي والتدريبي، وأرى أن قيمة هذه الإنجازات لا تكمن في تعددها بقدر ما تكمن في أن كل محطة منها قادتني إلى مساحة أوسع من المعرفة والعطاء والتأثير. واليوم، حين أنظر إلى مسيرتي، أجد أن العلم منحني أدوات المعرفة، والخبرة منحتني النضج، والأمومة منحتني البعد الإنساني، والكتابة منحتني صوتا أستطيع من خلاله أن أترك أثرا

التوازن بين الأدوار: حين يتحول التحدي إلى مصدر قوة

من أبرز التحديات التي واجهتها خلال مسيرتي الجمع بين العمل والدراسة في آن واحد، خصوصا أن لكل منهما مسؤولياته ومتطلباته، ومع دخولي عالم الأمومة أصبحت أمام مسؤوليات متعددة تتطلب مني أن أوازن بين دوري كأم، وطموحي الأكاديمي، والتزاماتي المهنية. ولم يكن التحدي في تعدد الأدوار فحسب، بل في أن أمنح كل دور حقه ووقته المناسب دون أن يطغى جانب على آخر، لذلك كان تنظيم الوقت، وترتيب الأولويات، والالتزام من أهم الأدوات التي ساعدتني على الاستمرار وتجاوز الكثير من الضغوط. وتعلمت من هذه التجربة أن التوازن لا يعني أن نعطي كل شيء القدر نفسه من الوقت، وإنما أن نعرف ما الذي يحتاج إلينا في كل مرحلة، وأن نعطي الأولوية لما يستحقها في الوقت المناسب. واليوم أرى أن تلك المرحلة، رغم تحدياتها، أسهمت في بناء شخصيتي وعززت لدي القدرة على إدارة المسؤوليات والمرونة والمثابرة، وأكدت لي أن تعدد الأدوار لا ينبغي أن يكون عائقا أمام الطموح، بل قد يصبح مصدر قوة ونضج إذا أحسنا إدارته

المرأة الإماراتية: حضور يصنع المستقبل ويحافظ على الهوية

أرى أن المرأة الإماراتية تعيش اليوم مرحلة متقدمة من الحضور والتمكين، في ظل الدعم الكبير الذي تحظى به، والفرص التي أتيحت لها في مختلف المجالات، وقد أثبتت قدرتها على تحويل هذا الدعم إلى إنجازات ملموسة، وأصبحت شريكا فاعلا في مسيرة التنمية وصناعة المستقبل، بحضورها في ميادين العلم والاقتصاد والإعلام والتقنية والفضاء والعمل الحكومي وغيرها. وما يميز تجربة المرأة الإماراتية أنها استطاعت أن تتقدم بثقة نحو المستقبل، مع حفاظها على هويتها وقيمها وانتمائها، فالتمكين في نظري لا يقاس فقط بالمناصب التي تصل إليها المرأة، وإنما بما تصنعه من أثر، وما تضيفه إلى مجتمعها، وقدرتها على تمهيد الطريق للأجيال التي تأتي بعدها. أما المرأة العربية، فأرى أن أمامها اليوم فرصا أوسع من أي وقت مضى، خصوصا مع التحولات الرقمية والمعرفية التي فتحت مجالات جديدة للتعلم والعمل والابتكار وريادة الأعمال، ومع هذه الفرص تأتي مسؤولية الاستمرار في تطوير المهارات، والاستثمار في المعرفة، والثقة بالقدرات، والاستعداد لمتطلبات المستقبل. وأؤمن بأن المرحلة القادمة تحتاج إلى امرأة لا تنتظر الفرصة فحسب، بل تستعد لها، وتصنعها حين تستطيع، وتحولها إلى أثر يتجاوز نجاحها الشخصي ليصل إلى أسرتها ومجتمعها ووطنها.

من المواقف التي لا تزال عالقة في ذاكرتي مشاركتي في منتدى دولي في بورتوريكو، حيث أتيحت لي فرصة عرض مشروعي حول حماية الأطفال من الاستغلال الجنسي عبر الإنترنت، وسط حضور دولي ضم أكثر من 800 مشارك من 81 دولة. وكانت تلك التجربة بالنسبة لي أكبر من مجرد مشاركة في محفل دولي؛ فقد شعرت بالفخر وأنا أحمل قضية مجتمعية وإنسانية مهمة، وأمثل بلادي بين هذا العدد الكبير من المشاركين من مختلف دول العالم، كما عززت لدي قناعة بأن الكتابة للطفل والعمل في قضايا الطفولة لا يقتصران على تقديم محتوى جميل فحسب، بل يحتاجان إلى فهم نفسي واجتماعي عميق، وإلى وعي بالمتغيرات والتحديات التي تحيط بالأطفال. وقد شكلت هذه التجربة إحدى المحطات التي دفعتني إلى التعمق أكثر في هذا المجال، وصولا إلى حصولي على شهادة القيادة العالمية في مجال الطفولة المبكرة. وأعود بالفضل فيما وصلت إليه، بعد الله سبحانه وتعالى، إلى عائلتي التي كانت دائما مصدر دعم وتحفيز، وشجعتني على السفر والمشاركة من أجل خدمة المجتمع وتمثيل بلادي في المحافل الدولية، كما أعتز بالدعم والتشجيع الذي تلقيته من مؤسسة الطفل العربي والقائمين على المنتدى. وما بقي في ذاكرتي من تلك التجربة هو أن الفكرة التي تبدأ برغبة صادقة في خدمة المجتمع قد تتجاوز حدود المكان، وتتحول إلى رسالة يصل صداها إلى العالم

العائلة والإمارات: جذور النجاح ومصدر القوة

يأتي في مقدمة من كان لهم الأثر الأكبر في مسيرتي عائلتي؛ فقد كانت مصدر الدعم والتشجيع في مختلف مراحل حياتي، ووقفت إلى جانبي في محطات الدراسة والعمل والأمومة، وآمنت بطموحاتي وشجعتني على الاستمرار وخوض تجارب جديدة، وأؤمن بأن وجود بيئة أسرية داعمة يمنح الإنسان قوة كبيرة للمضي قدما، خصوصا في المراحل التي تتطلب منه الكثير من الجهد والصبر. أما المصدر الآخر الذي أعتز به فهو دولتي، الإمارات الحبيبة؛ فهذا الوطن منح أبناءه وبناته بيئة حاضنة للطموح، وفتح أمامنا أبواب العلم والعمل والتطور، ووفر لنا الفرص والإمكانات التي تساعدنا على تحقيق النجاح والتميز. ولذلك أرى أن ما نحققه من نجاح لا ينبغي أن يتوقف عند حدود الإنجاز الشخصي، بل يجب أن يعود أثره إلى الوطن والمجتمع، فالإمارات التي منحتنا الكثير تستحق منا أن نرد لها العطاء بالعمل والإخلاص والولاء، وأن يكون لكل منا بصمة تسهم في مسيرة تقدمها وازدهارها

إلى كل فتاة إماراتية: لا تكوني ناجحة فقط، بل صاحبة أثر

رسالتي لكل فتاة وشابة إماراتية أن تؤمن بقدراتها، وأن تستثمر في علمها ومعرفتها ومهاراتها؛ فالمستقبل لا يبنى بالأمنيات وحدها، وإنما بالعمل والاجتهاد والاستعداد المستمر للفرص. لا تجعلي الخوف من الفشل يمنعك من المحاولة، ولا تقارني بداياتك بإنجازات الآخرين؛ فلكل إنسان رحلته وتوقيته وبصمته الخاصة. تعلمي من تجاربك، وكوني مرنة أمام المتغيرات، ولا تتوقفي عن تطوير نفسك مهما بلغت من نجاح. ونحن في الإمارات محظوظات بوطن آمن بنا، وقيادة وضعت تمكين المرأة في صميم مسيرة التنمية، ومنحتها الفرصة لتتعلم وتعمل وتبدع وتشارك في صناعة المستقبل، ولذلك فإن مسؤوليتنا اليوم أن نحسن استثمار هذه الفرص، وأن نرد للوطن جزءا من عطائه بالإنجاز والعمل المخلص والأثر الإيجابي. وفي يوم المرأة الإماراتية أقول لكل شابة: لا تسعي فقط إلى أن تكوني ناجحة، بل اسعي إلى أن تكوني صاحبة أثر؛ فالنجاح قد يروي قصتك، أما الأثر فيجعل قصتك مصدر إلهام لغيرك

نقل المعرفة وبناء الأجيال: طموح يتجاوز النجاح الشخصي

من أبرز طموحاتي المستقبلية نقل خبرتي ومعرفتي إلى الأجيال الصاعدة، ومساعدتهم على اكتشاف قدراتهم واختيار مساراتهم العلمية والمهنية بوعي، والاستعداد لمتطلبات المستقبل بثقة ومرونة. كما أطمح إلى التوسع في تقديم البرامج التدريبية والمحاضرات، ومواصلة الكتابة والتأليف، لأحول ما اكتسبته خلال مسيرتي الأكاديمية والمهنية إلى معرفة نافعة وأثر مستدام. وأؤمن بأن أجمل امتداد لنجاح الإنسان هو أن ينقل خبرته لمن يأتي بعده، ويضيء له جزءا من الطريق دون أن يختار الطريق نيابة عنه

إلى الإمارات ونسائها: الامتنان الذي يتحول إلى إنجاز

في يوم المرأة الإماراتية، أتوجه بكل الشكر والامتنان إلى دولة الإمارات وقيادتها الرشيدة التي آمنت بقدرات المرأة، ووفرت لها بيئة داعمة مكنتها من التعلم والعمل والتميز، حتى أصبحت شريكا فاعلا في مسيرة التنمية وصناعة المستقبل. كما أوجه كلمة لكل امرأة إماراتية: كوني دائما على قدر الفرص والثقة التي منحت لك، وواصلي التعلم والعطاء، واجعلي من نجاحك قيمة مضافة لوطنك ومجتمعك. وأقول بكل فخر: ما نحققه اليوم هو ثمرة وطن آمن بنا، وأجمل ما نقدمه له في المقابل أن نحول هذا الدعم إلى إنجاز، والإنجاز إلى عطاء، والعطاء إلى أثر يبقى للأجيال القادمة

النجاح رحلة لا تتوقف: من الإنجاز إلى النمو والتطور

أؤمن بأن النجاح ليس محطة نصل إليها، بل رحلة مستمرة من الإنجاز والنمو والتطور، وكل مرحلة في حياتنا، بما تحمله من فرص وتحديات، تضيف إلى تجربتنا وتصنع جزءا من شخصيتنا. وما أطمح إليه دائما هو أن تكون مسيرتي ذات قيمة تتجاوز الإنجاز الشخصي؛ من خلال المعرفة التي أنقلها، والكلمة التي أكتبها، والخبرة التي أشاركها، والأثر الإيجابي الذي أتركه في حياة الآخرين. وأعتز بأنني ابنة الإمارات؛ وطن علمنا أن الطموح لا سقف له، وأن أفضل تعبير عن الامتنان لما منحنا إياه هو أن نواصل العمل والعطاء، وأن نترك بصمة تليق به

يعني لي شعار «بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل» أن ما حققناه ليس نهاية الطريق، بل أساس ننطلق منه نحو مرحلة أكثر نضجا وتميزا وعطاء. على المستوى الشخصي، يعني أن أواصل تطوير نفسي والاستثمار في معرفتي وخبرتي، وأن أكون اليوم أفضل مما كنت عليه بالأمس، وأسريا، أراه مسؤولية في نقل قيم الطموح والعمل والانتماء إلى أبنائنا، وإعدادهم ليكونوا أكثر وعيا واستعدادا للمستقبل. أما مهنيا، فيعني بالنسبة لي ألا أكتفي بما حققته، بل أواصل التعلم والكتابة والتدريب ونقل المعرفة، وأن أحول خبرتي إلى أثر يستفيد منه الآخرون. ووطنيا، يحمل الشعار معنى أعمق؛ فكل نجاح تحققه المرأة الإماراتية هو جزء من نجاح وطن آمن بقدراتها ومكنها، ولذلك فإن «بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل» بالنسبة لي ليست مجرد عبارة للاحتفاء، بل وعد بأن نواصل العمل والعطاء، وأن يكون القادم من مسيرتنا أكثر أثرا وتميزا، بما يليق بطموحات الإمارات

القوة الحقيقية أن نصبح أفضل نسخة من أنفسنا

رسالتي لكل امرأة أن القوة لا تعني أن تكوني بلا تحديات، والأفضل لا يعني أن تكوني في منافسة مع الآخرين؛ بل أن تعرفي قدراتك، وتستمري في تطوير نفسك، وتتعلمي من تجاربك، وتنهضي بعد كل تحد بوعي أكبر وثقة أقوى. استثمري في علمك ومهاراتك، ووازني بين طموحك وأدوارك المختلفة، واجعلي نجاحك يتجاوز حدودك الشخصية ليترك أثرا إيجابيا في أسرتك ومجتمعك ووطنك. فأن تكوني من «الأقوى والأفضل» يعني أن تكوني أفضل نسخة من نفسك، وأن تحولي قوتك إلى عطاء، ونجاحك إلى أثر

أم الإمارات: مسيرة ألهمت أجيالا من النساء

تمثل مسيرة سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك «أم الإمارات» بالنسبة لي نموذجا ملهما في الإيمان بقدرات المرأة والاستثمار في الإنسان والأسرة، وقد عززت مسيرة سموها رؤيتي بأن تمكين المرأة لا يقتصر على إتاحة الفرص أمامها، بل يبدأ من بناء وعيها وتعليمها وتعزيز ثقتها بقدراتها، لتصبح شريكا فاعلا في تنمية أسرتها ومجتمعها ووطنها. وما وصلت إليه المرأة الإماراتية اليوم من حضور مؤثر في مختلف المجالات هو امتداد لرؤية ودعم متواصلين أسهما في تهيئة بيئة تؤمن بطموح المرأة وتمنحها المساحة لتتعلم وتعمل وتبدع، مع اعتزازها بهويتها وقيمها الوطنية. وإلى سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك، أقول: شكرا سموكم لأنكم لم تدعموا نجاح المرأة الإماراتية فحسب، بل أسهمتم في بناء أجيال من النساء الواثقات بقدراتهن، المعتزات بهويتهن، والمدركات لمسؤوليتهن تجاه أسرهن ووطنهن. وخير ما نعبر به عن امتناننا لهذه المسيرة هو أن نحسن استثمار ما أتيح لنا من فرص، وأن نواصل العلم والعمل والعطاء، وأن نكون دائما على قدر الثقة، وأن نظهر الأقوى والأفضل بما يليق بالإمارات
