I especially remember the beginning of my professional journey. Most importantly, let your ambition come from a genuine belief in what you want to achieve, rather than from the image others expect you to become.

On a national level, I also see the theme as reflecting the story of Emirati women. Today, we have greater opportunities and wider spaces because of what has been built for us over decades. Our responsibility is not simply to be satisfied with how far we have come, but to build on it and leave greater opportunities for those who come after us.

Being “stronger and better” does not mean being perfect or succeeding at everything all the time. أحد أهم التحديات كان أن أتعلم ألا أنتظر أن أشعر بأنني جاهزة جيدا بل أن أخطو الخطوة التالية. أحيانًا تأتي الفرص قبل أن نشعر بأننا مستعدون لها بالكامل. تعلمت أن الثقة لا تأتي دائمًا قبل التجربة؛ أحيانًا تأتي بعدها. ومع كل مسؤولية جديدة أو موقف صعب، كنت أتعلم وأتطور وأصبح أكثر قدرة على التعامل مع التحدي التالي. كما تعلمت أن النجاح لا يعني عدم المرور بفترات صعبة، بل القدرة على الاستمرار والتكيف والتعلم منها دون أن نفقد رؤيتنا لما نريد الوصول إليه
