تأثرت حليمة كثيراً بهذا العمل الفني الذي أنجزه والدها، وقررت أن تثبت أنها ابنة الصائغ عبدالله الذي أبهر العالم بهذا المنتج، ومن هنا، صممت تحفة فنية تراثية عالمية أطلقت عليها اسم «برقع الشيخة»، تعزيزاً وحباً وتقديراً لسمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك «أم الإمارات»، التي احتفظت بتراث لبس البرقع رغم التطور والحداثة التي غيرت الكثير من العادات، وكان تصميم «برقع الشيخة» عملاً فنياً فريداً يضاهي الأعمال الفنية العالمية، ويحمل في جوهره قصة امتداد بين جيلين، بين إرث الأب وشغف الابنة، وبين الماضي الذي لا يغيب والمستقبل الذي يعيد تقديم التراث بصورة جديدة.
