Dr. Latifa considers one of the most beautiful and significant turning points in her life to be her graduation from the UAE Government Leaders Program under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Since the beginning of her professional journey, she had dreamed of being honored by His Highness in recognition of her achievements.

Her recent journey includes many achievements she proudly remembers, including being elected as the first woman to become a member of the Dibba Sports and Cultural Club and taking responsibility for women’s sports, authoring four youth stories titled “Baba Zayed’s Values” to preserve the Founding Father’s legacy among younger generations, receiving recognition in 2026 from the Crown Prince of Fujairah among distinguished individuals and outstanding postgraduate graduates, achieving first place for initiatives aimed at developing services at Masafi Hospital through the “Zero Bureaucracy” initiative, and being honored by the Emirates Health Services Foundation in 2025.

تؤكد الدكتورة لطيفة أن مسيرة سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك «أم الإمارات» كانت ولا تزال المرجعية الأولى لها في مسيرتها الأكاديمية والمهنية والرياضية، فبفضل رؤية سموها أدركت أن المرأة الإماراتية قادرة على أن تكون عالمة، وقائدة حكومية، وكاتبة، ورياضية في آن واحد، دون أن تتنازل عن هويتها وأصالتها، وترى أن سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك غرست في المرأة الإماراتية روح التحدي والإيجابية، وجعلت من تمكين المرأة منظومة عمل وطنية متكاملة تفخر بها الإمارات عالمياً، وتوجه إليها رسالة تقدير وعرفان قائلة: “إلى ملهمة الأجيال وصانعة الريادة، أمنا الغالية أم الإمارات.. نرفع لسموكِ أسمى آيات الشكر والامتنان. شكراً لأنكِ آمنتِ بنا وبقدراتنا، وشيدتِ لنا صروحاً ننطلق منها نحو التميز. وكابنة من بناتكِ المحبات، أعاهد سموكِ بأن أظل سفيرة للسعادة والإيجابية والتميز، وأن أعطي جهدي ووقتي وكل ما أملك في خدمة الوطن، وأواصل تدريب وقيادة بنات الوطن في الميادين الرياضية والإدارية، لنظل دائماً كما أردتِ لنا: الأقوى والأفضل، وراية الإمارات في القمة دائماً”.
