Maryam believes that taking the first step is always the hardest. She encourages every woman not to be afraid to begin, even if she does not yet know where that first step will lead. لكن الإنجاز الأقرب إلى قلبها يتمثل في إتاحة الفرصة لها للتعاون مع جهات حكومية وشبه حكومية وخاصة في دولة الإمارات، والمساهمة في مبادرات وبرامج تعزز الرفاهية، والقيادة، والصحة النفسية، وجودة الحياة. وتشعر بالفخر والمسؤولية في كل مرة ترى فيها أن ما تقدمه يسهم، ولو بجزء بسيط، في دعم الأفراد أو تطوير بيئات العمل في وطنها. كما تؤكد أن أجمل لحظات النجاح بالنسبة لها هي تلك التي يخبرها فيها أحد المشاركين بأن تجربة أو برنامجاً غيّر طريقة تفكيره، أو منحه بداية جديدة، أو ساعده على رؤية نفسه بصورة مختلفة

التحديات… مدرسة للنمو

مثل أي رحلة مهنية، لم تخلُ مسيرة مريم من التحديات. وتقول إن أكبر ما واجهته كان اعتقادها في بداياتها بأنها مطالبة بأن تكون قوية طوال الوقت، وأن تمتلك جميع الإجابات. لكن التجربة علمتها أن القيادة لا تعني معرفة كل شيء، ولا تحمل كل الأعباء بمفردها، بل تعني المرونة، وتقبّل أن بعض الأيام ستكون أكثر صعوبة من غيرها

مرت بلحظات شعرت فيها بالإرهاق والشك في نفسها، وتساءلت إن كانت تسير في الطريق الصحيح، لكنها تعلمت أن هذه المشاعر ليست دليلاً على الفشل، وإنما علامة على النمو والتطور. ومنذ ذلك الحين، أصبحت تنظر إلى التحديات باعتبارها فرصاً للتعلم، ولمراجعة الذات، وللنضج. كما أدركت أهمية طلب الدعم والثقة بالفريق، لأن النجاح الحقيقي لا يتحقق بجهد فرد واحد. واليوم تؤمن بأن القوة الحقيقية لا تكمن في غياب التعب أو الخوف، بل في الاستمرار، والتعلم، والتمسك بالرسالة مهما كانت الظروف

تنظر مريم إلى المرأة الإماراتية اليوم بكل فخر، مؤكدة أن الحديث لم يعد يدور حول مشاركتها في التنمية، بل حول قيادتها وتأثيرها الحقيقي في مختلف القطاعات. وترى أن أجمل ما يميز دولة الإمارات هو أنها منحت المرأة القدرة على الجمع بين طموحها المهني وتمسكها بهويتها وقيمها، دون أن تضطر إلى الاختيار بينهما

هذه اللحظات، كما تقول، تذكرها دائماً بسبب اختيارها لهذا الطريق، لأنها تؤكد لها أن ما تقدمه يتجاوز حدود تنظيم الفعاليات أو تقديم البرامج، ليترك أثراً إنسانياً قد يرافق الشخص لسنوات. وهذا هو الأثر الذي تسعى إلى تركه أينما كانت

شركاء النجاح

طموح لا يعرف التوقف

ترى مريم أن الحديث عن المرأة الإماراتية اليوم لا يمكن فصله عن الرؤية الحكيمة التي أرساها المغفور له الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان، طيب الله ثراه، الذي آمن منذ تأسيس الدولة بأن المرأة شريك أساسي في بناء الوطن، وأن تقدم المجتمع يبدأ بتمكين أبنائه وبناته على حد سواء، وتؤكد أن سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك “أم الإمارات” واصلت هذه المسيرة بكل إخلاص، حتى أصبحت رمزاً للعطاء والتمكين، وكرست جهودها لفتح الأبواب أمام المرأة الإماراتية في مختلف المجالات، مع الحفاظ على هويتها وقيمها الأصيلة. وبفضل هذه الرؤية، نشأت الأجيال وهي ترى المرأة الإماراتية حاضرة في جميع الميادين، تساهم، وتبتكر، وتقود، وتخدم وطنها بكل فخر، وهو ما منحها وجيلها الثقة بأن الطموح لا حدود له عندما يجد الدعم والإيمان والفرصة. وتختتم برسالة امتنان إلى سموها قائلة: “شكراً لكم على كل ما قدمتموه للمرأة الإماراتية، وعلى إرث سيبقى مصدر إلهام لأجيال قادمة
