تمثل سمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك، «أم الإمارات»، بالنسبة إلى منى مدرسة وطنية متكاملة في القيادة والعطاء والتمكين، ونموذجاً يجسد قدرة المرأة على بناء الأسرة والمجتمع والوطن في آن واحد، فقد رسخت سموها مكانة الأسرة بوصفها النواة الأساسية للمجتمع، وعززت دور المرأة كأم ومربية وشريكة في التنمية وصناعة القرار. كما قدمت رؤية متوازنة للتمكين، تقوم على منح المرأة فرص التعليم والعمل والقيادة، مع الحفاظ على هويتها وقيمها الأصيلة ودورها المحوري في تماسك الأسرة، وتعلمنا من مسيرة سموها أن تمكين المرأة لا يقتصر على وصولها إلى المناصب، بل يشمل قدرتها على تربية أجيال واعية، وترسيخ الهوية الوطنية، وتعزيز قيم التسامح والتلاحم المجتمعي، والمساهمة في صناعة مستقبل أكثر استقراراً وازدهاراً، وتتوجه منى إلى سموها بخالص الشكر والعرفان، على ما قدمته لبنات الإمارات، وعلى رؤيتها الملهمة التي جعلت المرأة الإماراتية نموذجاً في العطاء والقيادة والتوازن، وتعاهد سموها بأن تستمر في غرس قيم الولاء والانتماء والتسامح في أبنائها، وأن تحافظ على الهوية الوطنية والتراث الأصيل، وأن تواصل خدمة الوطن بإخلاص وعلم وعمل، لتكون دائماً على قدر ثقة القيادة الرشيدة
